Went in today asked for the barbacoa, it looked so dried out I asked when they were replacing it they said 5 mins. I decide I would wait for the fresh meat. I waited for like 15 mins which was no issue I was willing to wait. When I got home I realized that they still gave me the dried old meat. I don't understand why. read more

We have tried this location multiple times. Not in person and through Door Dash. The people are nice and the restaurant is clean. But that's where the compliments end. Most every time i've tried the chicken it has been either dry, grizzle or hard. They are consistently out of items. So much so that they have a sign on the door to show the day's "outages". We have given this location multiple chances and decided the last one was the last. In summary - The food, for me the chicken in particular is almost inedible and you never know what they are doing to be out of. And don't try door dash or grub hubing because neither the store or the driver will take responsibility when you get someone else's ordered. Yeah - this happened twice. Manager melany is very rude. She has messed up my order multiple times. It's not hard to give good customer service but for her it is. She sits in the back laughing then acts like it's the end of the world when I want to order a bowl. Portion size stink still however I'm not even upset about that. The food is the standard (yet satisfying) chipotle fare, but the staff went above and beyond to make sure we left happy! I particularly appreciate their courtesy and great service as we slipped in here 5 minutes before closing on the day before thanksgiving. The woman who was closing went out of her way to make sure we had the tastiest burritos with all the fixings. Thank you so much! I enjoy chipotle and was craving it today! I made the trek out of the house into the virus-infested world for chipotle, only to be disappointed!! I ordered three burritos and two of them had long hairs in them - one two bites in and the other about halfway through. Disappointing when there is so much talk about sanitation and cleanliness to find a gross hair. Couldn't finish either burrito. I'm hoping other people haven't and don't have the same experience. It's a functional Chipotle ‍ parking in front is easy, employees are professional. They had a queso shortage when I went, but I don't hold it against them given pandemic-related shipping issues. I had my usual order: a burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, sofritas, pico de gallo, medium salsa, corn salsa, and lettuce. The rice was soft and the sofritas weren't too salty. I'm not sure if the pico de gallo or the corn salsa had chopped jalapeños in it- just a warning, if you find that spicy! Appreciated the generous portions of lettuce. Finally someone from the back came up, helped me, took order to checkout area and left it, no one to check out. Went & helped another customer, then yelled out cashier. Been here several times. Place is constantly dirty. Was trying to find a place to sit, almost every table empty but 100% of the tables were filthy. Food on tables, seats and floor. 6-10 people behind the counter but no one wanted cleaning duty. Finally asked an employee if I could borrow a rag to clean a table. Here's a picture after he cleaned ‍‍‍‍‍. Great that he didn't hand me the rag but.... This is a problem across the board with Chipotle. Come on guys easy fix. 1 person should be assigned full time seating area responsibilities. Not rocket science. PS; We consumers can help by cleaning up after ourselves but a clean eating area is a cost of doing business. read more

Literally the best Chipotle experience I've ever had. We stopped by here on our way back home to California and were beyond impressed with the service. Chipotle itself never disappoints, always clean and quality food. The girl helping us though was so sweet and so accommodating with my allergies. I've never had an employee go so out of their way to make sure my food was safe for me to eat. I am extremely appreciative of her taking the time to do that. Whoever you are Chipotle girl, thank you! After a long drive I did a mobile order. They did a terrific job on my quality of food. I have been to many Chipotles but this one I needed to go out of my way and rate the great food. I also used the bathroom and was pleased to see that it was clean. Workers are following guidelines durning this pandemic and look to be in great spirits durning hard times. Terrible service!! The guy making our food was VERY rude and when he added something I didn't ask for I let him know and he ignored me and when I finally got his attention he glared and got angry. At the registered we tried to use a gift card and the lady was also very rude. The gift card got denied (not their problem, I know) but her comment was "what do you want me to do about it". This Chipotle is disappointing. We had 2 chicken bowls and a steak bowl made today, with guacamole which must be a $3 charge per bowl, with two drinks it was just about over 44.00. The Chicken was so burnt, upon biting into it I felt like I was licking my barbecue grill, the bottom of it! The lettuce also put into the bowl was limp and I had to actually instruct the worker to not use the lettuce in the front bin as it seemed spoiled. So the chicken was put out blackened and they obviously knew it. I actually returned because it seemed like a lot to pay 44.00 for one bowl for my husband. Upon my asking for a refund I only received $20.00 I was not asked if I had been charged the xtra $6-7 for guacamole. Funny they definitely charge for it. I find this Chipotle struggling and lacking if you know their normal quality and live elsewhere. Skip this place if you're in town for the day and try somewhere else where the quality of fresh food is of importance. Hope this helps someone. read more

Staff is super sloppy when serving food and they only have one person working the line. Line was near out the door and they still only had one person working it including the cash register. This is the worst ran chipotle I have ever been too, and it has continued to prove to be the few times I have been. read more

Food tastes good just as always (easy for a chain). SMALLEST portions I have ever received from chipotle ever! And when I got home 10 minutes away it was cold. Chipotle is kind of a staple for us as vegans who take road trips. This was the dirtiest, least organized chipotle I have ever had the displeasure to visit. The one girl working the line could only handle one thing at a time. There were at least 7 people standing around that could have been helping. She would make the one burrito all the way down the line and then start another one. There were only 6ish people in front of us but we waited 20+ minutes and once we got to the food, the girl was rude and ignored our questions and requests. We watched her pick up different meats with her hands instead of using the spoon and didn't bother changing gloves. She completely ignored our request to please change gloves before making our burrito. I have never seen a line as dirty as the one at this chipotle. I'd rather starve next time we are road tripping. read more
