I never had a problem with this chipotle since I moved to St. George in April until now. I ordered 2 burrito bowls thru the app and I normally get our usual bowls and my moms bowl was missing the cheese and tomato salsa and mine was dry I only got the rice, meat, beans and guacamole. Nothing els I ordered and was listed on the tag on the lid of bowl. I live in Bloomington and I wasn't going to drive all the way back to the restaurant. First time visiting Utah and was treated with nothing but respect. They were fast and took both of my orders quickly! Have great portions of the food, yet the rice did not have any lime in it, or atleast didn't have the taste of it! That was a bit of a bummer but overall, needs some more seasoning! Never been mask policed like I have at this specific chipotle. The manager there is utterly and absolutely clueless on customer service. My mask was ON, slightly not covering my nose and he started threatening to not serve me and kick me out of "his store". And also found it necessary to lecture me on masks, all the while there are 20+ people eating no more than 10 feet behind me (with no masks on). If a customers mask is on, it's not your obligation to tell them HOW to wear it, it's your obligation to SERVE FOOD. I will never be returning to this location, and I recommend others to follow heed. The people literally wouldn't let me buy a bowl of rice or put rice on my quesadilla. They said the only way they'd give me rice is if I put it in a small salsa cup with lid. I would've paid whatever, they wouldn't even give me the option and didn't care. They put barely any cheese and barely cooked the quesadilla. After avoiding the construction going on I walked in the front and was greeting with the hipster Chipotle atmosphere. The line wasn't long as we waited to give our orders. I tried the new chorizo burrito, and would recommend. It's well cooked and not as moist when most people think of chorizo. The associate wrapped my burrito wrong so I couldn't use the foil to gradually unwrap it. The cashier didn't know at first how to ring up the new item, so it took longer. Our table was dirty and had to be cleaned off. Although customer service needs work, burrito was still good. read more

I have never eaten at a Chipotle before but we had some gift cards so we decided to try it. I know protective mesures need to be taken in times like these, they asked us to order online but we cant use gift cards online. Nobody helped us and the workers were very rude!!! They gave me my food but i didnt get my drink or my chips and queso, when i asked for it they rolled their eyes and proceeded to take care of the other Customers in their cars. I finally got my food after 30 minutes of BS and it wasn't very good the salad tasted unwashed and the burito was mediocre i will not be visiting here again. read more

We were so excited that they finally opened a Chipotle here in St George. We can now get our fix! Chipotle is consistently great food. I have tried pretty much everything on the menu. The staff here is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. They aren't as friendly as other locations and seem uninterested most of the time. The food more than makes up for it, but it would be nice to have the enthusiasm of other locations. Other thing that would be nice is if they served alcohol like other locations, but here we are in St George... Anyone who has ever been here knows the alcohol in restaurants struggle. Worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Waited almost 10 minutes in line whip they prepared meat for only one customer rather than keeping the flow of customers going by taking others orders. They were definitely disorganized and unprepared considering how half of their meets were almost empty. This was then reflected in my bowl considering a sizable chunk of what should've been there wasn't. I've been to Chipotle enough to know how much they should serve you. I also ordered tortillas on the side and one of the food prep employees tried to charge me extra for the freaking tortillas. Never experienced this at any other location. To top it off the lettuce tastes old. Almost seems as if they were still serving the same lettuce that they did when they opened in the morning. Don't go for a couple of weeks until management changes its act. Considering the other reviews I know I'm not alone in this one. read more

This Chipotle was probably the best chipotle I've ever been to. I'm from California and last week my family went on vacation to Utah. We hiked a lot on Tuesday (7/12/16) and we were all really hungry. I go to Chipotle like everyday and I'm pretty much addicted to it, so I suggested we go to Chipotle. (I was craving it so bad! Lol) so we stopped at this one around 6pm. From the moment we walked in, the staff was super friendly and greeted us, especially the guy on tortilla. I got a steak salad with guacamole and it was amazing, everything down to the cut sizes were perfect. Their food looked very appetizing and none of the meats looked dried out. Good job grill! The flavors of the food were so vibrant and flavorful. Overall it was an amazing experience and I wish I could go back to Utah just to eat there again. It was nothing like I've ever tasted in California. Good job management team and crew! Keep it up! read more

This is the worst experience I've had at a restraunt. The tortillas tasted and had the texture of being a day old. The steak was all fat and gristle. Rice was not cooked. My wife's order wasn't even taken correctly. She ordered a salad and it came out as a bowl with some lettuce thrown on top of it. Her pork was large chunks of fat with little meat and she said it tasted like roast beef. The staff was more interested in their own conversations and the new piercing or tattoo each of them had than what i was ordering. This was a complete waste of money. Went in to grab a couple items for dinner with a coupon for chips a salsa. Only three employees working with no interest of helping their customers. No "welcome " slapped ingredients on the tortilla with little regard for the sight. No Interest in conversation and when presented with the coupon, it seemed to be an imposition and slammed chips on the counter.
