Did an online order at 9:30pm store restaurant does not close still 11pm I live 15 minutes away from this location the closest one near me get home and my orders is completely wrong I did not receive what I asked for I only got 3 items on my bowl rice chicken and lettuce and burrito out of all my ingredients that I add on this. Came here two weeks ago and the chicken was out. They had just put more on and said it would be at least a 10-14 minute wait. We left. Came back last week and they said it would be an 8-12 min wait for chicken. Here today and chicken is out and it's a 10 min wait. My husband and I come to chipotle atleast once a week or so and I have noticed the same girl working in the window a few times now and she is extremely rude. She bluntly asks what the name on the order is, when we give the name she just walks away.. she returns w the food and I then ask for a salad dressing (bc it's not available to add to the order in the app), AGAIN, she just walks away and ACTS like she didn't hear me. This exact situation has happened twice now, I continue waiting until she notices I didn't leave and comes back to the window. I repeat my request and again she doesn't acknowledge that I've spoken, just walks away.. This girl is made to be kitchen staff, NOT customer service- She's not kind, she's not friendly or even welcoming. Every visit feels like an inconvenience to her. read more

I've had terrible luck the past few weeks with this location. They ALWAYS seem to be out of white rice and/or salad bowls. I've stopped on three separate occasions and they are consistently out of food. What the heck?? I've never had this problem at another other chipotle chain. This south side location is the absolute worst. Not only are they out of certain ingredients, they are also very dirty. There's trash everywhere and it looks very unsanitary. They're super clean here. Food is Good & when they make a mistake (which is very rare) they fix it with no issues or questions.

This location just opened recently. I was excited to finally have a chipotle near me. I went later in the afternoon to avoid the lunch rush. Huge fail because there was a long line. The line moved fairly quickly. Unfortunately, the food disappointed. The brown rice was out, the pinto beans were scraped from the bottom of the almost empty container, the onion & bell peppers were scraped from the bottom because they were almost gone. The server scraped the little remaining queso from the pan for the customer in front of me. I understand being short staffed. However, there were two young men preparing food standing around, goofing off, not worrying about the food that was running out. There was no visible manager guiding the staff of seemingly young employees. I will give them another try but not anytime soon. I'll give them time to get their act together. read more
