The service in the drive thru at this location is terrible. Whoever is running this location (manager) needs to be fired. The employees don't even acknowledge you at the window for 20+ minutes, then once they finally do it takes about another 15-20 minutes to receive your food. What is the point of ordering online and setting for a pick up time if you don't even get your food till about 40 minutes after that time. It is so ridiculous. Cars in the drive thru are constantly honking to get one of the workers attention because no one comes to the window. Whoever is in charge of this location needs to reevaluate their staff teach customer service or better yet hire a whole new staff. read more

My husband and I come to chipotle atleast once a week or so and I have noticed the same girl working in the window a few times now and she is extremely rude. She bluntly asks what the name on the order is, when we give the name she just walks away.. she returns w the food and I then ask for a salad dressing (bc it's not available to add to the order in the app), AGAIN, she just walks away and ACTS like she didn't hear me. This exact situation has happened twice now, I continue waiting until she notices I didn't leave and comes back to the window. I've had terrible luck the past few weeks with this location. They ALWAYS seem to be out of white rice and/or salad bowls. I've stopped on three separate occasions and they are consistently out of food. What the heck?? I've never had this problem at another other chipotle chain. This south side location is the absolute worst. Not only are they out of certain ingredients, they are also very dirty. There's trash everywhere and it looks very unsanitary. They're super clean here. Food is Good & when they make a mistake (which is very rare) they fix it with no issues or questions.

This location just opened recently. I was excited to finally have a chipotle near me. I went later in the afternoon to avoid the lunch rush. Huge fail because there was a long line. The line moved fairly quickly. Unfortunately, the food disappointed. The brown rice was out, the pinto beans were scraped from the bottom of the almost empty container, the onion & bell peppers were scraped from the bottom because they were almost gone. The server scraped the little remaining queso from the pan for the customer in front of me. I understand being short staffed. However, there were two young men preparing food standing around, goofing off, not worrying about the food that was running out. There was no visible manager guiding the staff of seemingly young employees. I will give them another try but not anytime soon. I'll give them time to get their act together. read more
