Tacos are loaded, and flavorful my personal favourite was the Trompo (pork) ones, but even my kids loved the Asada ones (and they don't really like meat usually!). So glad to have another taco spot in SA. I ordered the taco plate (asada tacos) and my sister ordered the asada quesadilla and we shared both plates. The asada tacos were good, I wish they had the cilantro and onion separately since I'm not a huge onion fan but i do love cilantro so I just ate them plain instead (but covered in the delicious green salsa) The star for me was the quesadilla, the melted Oaxaca cheese was so delicious and paired so well with the carne asada. Unfortunately, today I had an experience with the manager, Abby, that left a bad taste in my mouth--literally and figuratively. I ordered food for my family of six, which included a mix of fries, burritos, and tacos. As usual, I asked for sour cream and salsa on the side. After spending $70 on our meal, Abby handed me only two packs of sour cream and told me that anything beyond that would cost $1 per pack. I've been here about 10 times this year, and I've never been charged extra for sour cream before. When I asked for salsa, she gave me just three small containers--for food meant to serve six people. Ordered bean and cheese tacos and wow they are jam packed with flavor, the Oaxaca cheese makes bean and cheese elevated, especially with any extras you add that they give you right off the bat. Service was fast food style but efficient and effective overall good, ambiance is pretty nice depending on the weather, this is reusing sonics sitting layout but now with an added tv for watching the game while you eat there. We picked the combo #2 for $24.99 you get Tacos (we chose trompo for the occasion), papas topped with carne asada, charro beans and 2 agua frescas in which I chose the horchata, and I'll say the horchata is spot on compliments well with the tacos! The tacos trompo (choose to decline on the chopped onion and cilantro) were good, paired perfect with their green sauce and the papas asadas were on fire, creamy potatoes topped with melty butter and cheddar cheese with flavorful carne asada! Overall, recommend the green salsa spicy kick however you can get the reddish orange salsa which is very spicy, the street tacos and Pappas asadas were on point and the horchata was amazing, I'll be sure to recommend this taco shop if your ever in the Alamo Ranch area! read more

Me and my son visited tacos vitali today. I had seen the place for a while and been interested in trying it. It's set up in an old Sonic location so there's very limited indoor seating a few bar stools but there is outdoor patio style seating maybe about eight tables or you can do drive-thru via walk up ordering. The menu has a good number of items on it I would say the prices are kind of pricey. We got six mini tacos, a drink, and a burrito. The total price is $27. The burrito was really big the mini tacos were decent size. The flavor was really good we enjoyed the mini tacos the burrito was excellent I would definitely go back. Unpleasant Experience Watching Staff Be Treated Poorly I usually don't leave reviews, but I felt compelled to speak up after what I witnessed at this location. The food was what you'd expect from a fast food place -- quick and decent. However, the way the manager was treating her team really soured the whole experience. She was snapping at employees in front of customers, raising her voice, and seemed more focused on criticizing than actually helping. One young worker looked visibly upset after being scolded for something minor, and it was honestly uncomfortable to watch. Everyone else behind the counter was clearly working hard and trying to keep up with the rush. They didn't deserve to be talked down to like that. My meal came with cut lines, a half cut onion, and 2 sauces in packs; green (creamy) and red (spicy). Beans were okay and I wished they served larger portions. Get a ton of napkins because your mouth and hands are gonna drip gooey goodness. I enjoy this place but I just can't justify the price when I used to get 5 better street tacos at El Gallitos De Jalisco on Huebner road for 5 bucks before they closed down. I would pay rather pay 10 bucks for El Gallotios before going to this place. This place is good but not 16 bucks good for 6 tacos and a drink. They also give you less meat and no half potato at this location. However those locations don't have asada or pollo.
