The food from this location was so good. The ingredients tasted super fresh and were just generally better. The staff too was super kind and accomodating to all of our customizations. The portions were MASSIVE. Our bowls were overflowing from the sides and were just so heavy, we couldn't even finish! I came here for dinner prior to getting to my hotel during a work trip. The restraint wasn't too crowded but I will say it was rather messy where they make the meals. The cooktop was especially bad as it sat there burning the leftover food scraps directly in the cooking surface. Whoever cooked the most recent batch of meats should have absolutely scrapped/cleaned the cooktop immediately following the cooking instead of allowing it to burn on. The fajita vegetables looked old (brown instead of colorful). Compared to other Chipotle's, they provided less of each item when creating a bowl. I like Chipotle. I often refrain from eating meat and dairy and Chipotle has been a reliable place to get a large burrito that suits my preference while on the road. Last night my son and I stopped into this particular location and left shortly afterwards without ordering. It was crowded, and understaffed and we would have been waiting a long time to eat. I decided to give Chipotle another shot since last time may be just a bad day. So glad I stopped by today as the service I received was phenomenal. Food came out super fast and Miranda was a joy to have an interaction with. Will be back to this location with a big tip next time. It felt nice to be treated like a loyal customer. Seriously what is going on with this location? It is severely understaffed and has been the case for a long time. The place is always extremely dirty with trash all over the floor, tables and soda station are filthy and the kitchen looks just as bad. Not the workers fault, how can they keep up when they barely have someone to help out the customers? Only one person for a long line, doing all the stocking and checking out. I ordered a carnitas bowl and while eating realized the carnitas were still cold. I went back inside to see if they could make me a new bowl with warm/hot carnitas. The employee helping me asked the manager on duty today and she made face and had him to give me a side of carnitas from the same cold batch I was just served from. They gave my back my bowl with the cold carnitas and gave me a side of cold carnitas. As a business the goal is to keep customers coming back...I will not be returning to this location for how this was handled. Serving counter has food scattered all over the counter, the employee was prepping food for customers and using the cash register and touching cash without washing or exchanging gloves. It's against health code. Also they ran out of corn, salsas etc. A loud customer waiting for their food pick up was in the way of the register and on speaker phone yelling at someone and none of the employees told them to be quiet or to leave even though that person was disrespectful and disruptive to the facility, physically in the way of chipotle making their sales, and other customers. The staff efficiently pulled together a Chipotle bowl with steak, the famous cilantro lime rice and all the other fixin's ($9.45). Lemonade and a large side of guacamole with chips, was out the door for $20. ***** Note to Chipotle HQ: You have some of the most positive team members working here, so friendly and professional and the store is immaculate front to back. Every single table both inside and out was dirty. We asked for someone to clean a table so we could eat and had to wait 5 minutes before one of the employees came out to clean a table for us. We said all the tables are dirty so he cleaned the ones on the outside but not the inside. Trash was all over the patio. I can't imagine what goes on in the kitchen. Will not eat there again. This place is known for not having items. Very understandable as everything comes fresh. Although today, I came in and got a bowl and paid in cash. Quickly after I realized the guy had given me too much change. I go back immediately to let him know and the manager comes up to oversee what I was doing and I was counting it back handing them their money. The manager then in the middle of me doing this asks me to give him all the money so he can count it. As I did that the man starts to accuse me for not giving them all of the money back. This was crazy to me. As I'm trying to do the right thing the manager then accuses me of stealing what was owed to them. When simply I could have walked about with everything. I thought this was very unprofessional and the managers needs to consider the way that he treats customers. Doing this with not even a thank you I left as he continued to get mad at the man for making a mistake when some bills were stuck together and he gave me too much change. A worrisome Chipotle. The garbage cans are always full and overflowing onto the floor. Constantly out of items. The chips are a toss up 50/50 of being completely stale. My main concern is how dirty and unsanitary the cooking and serving areas are. I've been a college student working in food/service so I get it how hard it can be to keep things up to standard especially when it's busy or you're understaffed. But this place is just another level of bad. It's food poisoning waiting to happen. Older woman lady manager was so mean to me. I ordered a kids quesadilla meal and asked a different worker if I could add on one more quesadilla. I was told I would be charged for a tortilla. The new guy working helping me with blonde hair was super nice and getting yelled at by the manager. The kids meal is legit 5 bucks and I was rang up by the manager and she told me my total was 15 dollars. I told her I was told I was getting charged for a side tortilla and that it's ridiculous the side small kids single quesadilla is 10 dollars when the meal with the same quesadilla and all the sides is 5. I have liked every single chipotle I've ever been to for the past 10 years. This is the only one that I refused to order food from. When I arrived, it was clear that they were understaffed. I came here after reading the other reviews mostly because 1) I was craving chipotle & needed something quick and 2) I was lowkey curious to see if the other yelp reviews were realistic or dramatic. To my dismay, the comments were accurate!!! I was there for 23 mins - standing in a line most of the time. The line was out the door( except it was raining so everyone is cramming inside and lining the wall). I felt like I was at the DMV or an airport or something. I was shocked the line wasn't moving.
