I was visiting from out of town and in the mood for a burger. I saw the sign off the freeway so I was able to exit and drive right up. The food is consistent ad good. A simple menu that they do well. The extra star is for Savanah who was working the seating area. I didn't interact with her, but watched and she cleaned and helped customers. She spoke with kids and offered them hats. She greeted an elderly couple with mobility issues, asked for their number, and said she would bring out their food. She was being called to do something else, so I saw her communicate to her replacement the couple's number and to take out their food. She is exactly the type of server I want to see in any establishment. read more

As a visitor to California, In-N-Out was a must-try and it didn't disappoint. I got an animal style burger and regular fries, and I can see why this place has such a following. For the price, it's excellent bang for your buck, quality fast food that actually tastes good. I'd definitely go back next time I'm in Cali. read more

I don't think I have ever came across a bad In N out before. I was cruising through on the 101 and stopped by at this one for dinner and it did not dissapoint one bit! Went inside for dine in at 5:30pm and I was only inline a few minutes. Within 10 minutes our order was out. I decided to go with a cheeseburger, mustard fried with extra cheese. IT WAS AMAZING, 10/10. There is no place that can beat in n out in terms of freshness, quality and price. Thanks Arroyo Grande location for the great dinner! Till next time in n out! read more

Who doesn't love an In-N-Out and the secret menu? The AG location is super busy but the staff is so friendly and they work hard. They keep the restaurant clean and as soon as people leave, the tables are wiped down. You can see them cleaning the soda dispensers too which is important! read more

This place is the BEST for service, food quality, and cleanliness. I come to this location several times a week and it's alway top-rated. Most of the servers are young and they appear to really enjoy the jobs. The drive-thru is full of cars like most In-and-Outs, but the line moves quickly because everyone does such a great job. I can't recommend this place enough. read more

So ate here twice. The first time on May 12 didn't care for it. My cousin said let's try it one more time it's normally good. Days later we gave it a seccond time around and it was good. The food is what you'd expect for a fast food. It's no Westport burger but it was decent. The dining was a little disarrayed but it was very busy at the time. Lots of seating. I often stop at In N Out Burger wherever I might happen to be, as I really like their burgers and the prices are so reasonable. This particular location is fairly typical compared with other locations in the chain, as the food is very consistent and they always seem to have a steady stream of people coming and going. The one thing that is unique about this particular location is that it is located at the edge of a Walmart parking lot. So there should be more than adequate parking, unless of course you happen to get there at a time when the Walmart itself is especially busy, and then it might not be so easy to find a parking spot. read more

The atmosphere always is nostalgic. I am not a burger person but always game to go with my hubby. We do not have In-N-Out back home so he was excited. Always crowded and obviously no time to clean tables between customers which is understandable. I just can't get over the hype (sorry). The fries are tasteless even with the animal style. Burger was ehhh. My husband agreed and just wanted one last chance to try it. Needless to say he was disappointed as well. Just my opinion. read more

The wait at this in n out was quite speedy despite the slam packed crowd per usual. the workers did a wonderful job at accommodating all my wants and needs. the food could've been better but it overall was tasty. one complaint i have is that the inside was way too full that i was forced to eat outside in the cold. read more

Always always always has consistency in their food. Fantastic burgers, fries and drinks. Employees are amazing we had a nice conversation with Ben he was so helpful and friendly. Took time to answer our questions about the area and with a big smile. His attention to detail and pride in his job showed. My fiancé is a native Montanan and I brought him here to have the In-N-Out experience. He said it was probably the best burger he's had lately. That's a lot coming from a cattle rancher. Kudos to you all great experience, great food wish we had them in Montana!! read more

On 4-29-25 we visited this In-N-Out. We ordered #1 & #2 . First time at In-N- Out. Parker Gr took our order with a smile. Then proceeded to the floor to clean up. Wiped down our table. And was very nice. Actually all the employees seem happy here which made us happy to be here too. Thanks for an awesome experience. read more

I'm from the east coast and came to in and out since this is the only place I can get it. sad to say it has not lived up to the hype. I'll start with the fries. They were hot, but very much cardboard texture not cooked long enough not crispy very floppy, and very quickly became cold. Cardboard fries 3/10. I got the double Patti which is a must since a single would feel like a condiment. In fact that is what this burger felt like; the beef was dry as fuck, no juice or fat, burgers are so thin. I've gotten slices of cheese that are thicker than these burgers. so 2 thin dry beef tasting discs, with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, all of which great and fresh. I could taste the veggies fresh and delicious but I would taste almost no burger.2/10 The place was clean. There were a lot of people there. they had to say outside which is where we ate the girl at register was kind of snitty but overall services OK .5/10 Overall experience 3/10 read more

It was really dirty! Didn't good job cleaning it! I didn't see any staff walking around cleaning tables like others in n outs. I also got really bad food poisoning from this in n out! I got really sick I never get sick from in n out. I had really bad symptoms such throwing up and diarrhea. I had really sharp pain in my stomach for hours. Super uncomfortable. I would not recommend this in n out! It was the worth feeling ever. The meat wasn't fresh and the bun came fall apart. read more

When I realized this burger place did lettuce wrapped burgers, I was all in. The burgers are juicy and flavorful and the fries with spread and grilled onions were delicious! I waited about five minutes for my order and watched the kitchen staff work while I waited. It says a lot to me when workers are happy in their job. These young people were clearly having a good time together. Highly recommend a stop in! read more

The food is always consistent. The staff work hard to serve the many people. I love what the company stands for and how they pay and offer great benefits, as well as the opportunities for promotion! Nothing beats the burger and fries here. When something works, focus on that and you have incredible quality and consistency! There are things you can order that aren't on the menu, but too many to really write. I personally get the double cheeseburger with raw and cooked onions and peppers and fries well done because the regular fries can get a bit soggy, limp and get cold fast. However, I will eat them cold because it's In N Out! read more

I live the protein style burgers and animal fries.I honestly don't care about the line being so long.My only issue is that I notice the daytime crew members makes my order sloppy .But when I arrive around 11:45pm,omg!!!It looks amazing and it tastes better .I don't know who keeps working on the night shifts but thank you for making my order delicious! So disappointed with the way this store is. I used to love coming here. Anytime we travel to this area, this is one of our favorite stops. The last few times we've stopped it's been nothing but disappointment. If it's not the quality of the food, it's the overall cleanliness. In n out use to pride themselves on these values but I guess it's all changed. read more

Quality of the burgers has gotten worse Again, always oversalted meat & Fry's .Bread falls apart easily and easily is saturated by tomatoes and pickles, and thousand island. You can get a better burger just about anywhere now. Services is good ,Food just not worth it anymore. read more

I have loved In N Out for a number of years. When they first came to Southern California, I always went and got a hamburger fries and a Coke. Sometimes I get there vanilla malts/shakes. The people are always friendly and the service is pretty fast. Their prices have stayed rather low compared to every place else. The place is always clean and people are so friendly. read more

Regardless, it won't keep us away from Brooks...cause the food is still "bangin". Yesterday's order was to go...we always ate "in" at the SLO location (just a "nicer ambiance") but always "take out" from Pismo (not thrilled with the fact that there is an added "take out fee" for this on your bill). Jaxon was our Order/Cashier associate on this occasion. He was personable in service and knowledgeable with regard to menu offerings. The restaurant wasn't as busy as I expected at 7PM but it took "a bit" to get the order out. Nevertheless..it was "on the money accurate" (exactly what we ordered/wanted) and that in my opinion...is worth waiting for. Our order : 2X Black and Blue Salads (4/5...yummy) and a Crispy Chicken Combo with Tater Tots (5/5...delicious). I had a "Combo Coupon" ($10 Combo instead of regular price), but still the bill was basically $43 dollars. Somewhat of a "value factor" because with a salad each, we were able to share the Crispy Chicken and were completely satisfied with our meal. Dallas (Owner) was already gone for the day, so we missed saying "hi". In this Yelper's opinion...on this "take-out" occasion because the food is still really "bussin", Brooks Burgers in Pismo Beach truly earned this 4 Star review.

Pan seared on both side for that wonderful crust yet tender goodness. Salad dressing with cherry and almond slices made this salad so enjoyable while staying lighter. Was not expecting such salmon from a brewery, excellent food here! I ordered the chicken bacon ranch with a mix of tots and seashore. It was filling and delicious. The fries were still very crispy which I loved. Most places that serve fries like these have soggy fries within minutes of serving but this place were able to serve it crispy for awhile. The portion was great too even if my order was a small. I ordered two hamburgers with just the basic works. Both tasty even with the simplicity of the burger. I wish the patty was a little bigger though but still tasted good. SERVICE: The lady at the register was more than willing to help me with any questions about the menu or the food. Very friendly and welcoming. Quick service as well but I think I just went during a slow time so I got lucky. It seems like it could definitely get busy during peak times. AMBIANCE: It doesn't look that big from the outside but plenty of seating inside and a whole arcade too with plenty of different types of games. The inside is bright and clean. Not stuffy which is a plus for me. The games aren't too loud but perhaps when there's plenty of kids playing it could get loud. Overall, looks like a really good spot for family, friends or a quick lunch. The food is decent. Prices are tad bit high but that's not new anywhere else. Quick service and friendly staff. I personally had a good experience so I would recommend it to others.

I had the BBQ chicken sandwich with side salad. It's apparently a new item. It was quite good both the chicken and the salad. My kid had the chicken and shrimp basket. Good ol fashioned fried foods. My wife and other kid had the pesto chicken pasta and the shrimp Alfredo pasta. Also quite yum. And too large for either of them were able to finish. So leftovers for dinner! Overall would def recommend. Just don't bring 2 whole basketball teams with you.

The fried green tomatoes and the white beet appetizers were standouts. I especially loved the vinegary dressing on the greens of the beet dish. For mains, we got the leek olive potato pizza, the ribeye, and the wood fire poached halibut. The avocado chimichurri that accompanied the ribeye was the perfect balance, and the sautéed greens under the fish were savory with the right amount of bite. I also liked their selection of mocktails; the pink pony club was a particular standout. I waited 45 minutes and paid $6 dollars for this piece of crap (will attach a pic) i got the vegetarian taco, which you would think they could at least add some cheese to it for flavor but nope. Also, for a place called "The gril", you would think that the vegetables WOULD actually be grilled, but no, they were not. The rice was dry, and the beans had no flavor. I literally could not eat it and left half of it there. My server felt so bad she insisted on not taking a tip. So because of this crappy company, my server did not get a tip. I would have insisted, but I didn't have cash, and she would not allow me to add a tip to my card charge because she knew I waited 45 minutes for a fu*king vegetable taco ‍ Honestly, I think they screwed up and forgot, because there's no way it should have taken that long, and she knew that....she kind of flinched and grimaced, and she said "I'm sorry, I think they got backed up" and kind of rolled her eyes as if to say, I think they fu*ked up, she even said quietly to me "I think maybe they forgot". This was for the live music event on Friday, 6/19 at Claiborne & Churchill. The music was great, The servers/ wine stewards were amazing, but the food was horrible. At least my taco was. if I ever see La Parilla serving food again anywhere I am, I will not order anything! BLECH. Oh, also I asked for no onions, and they couldn't even get that right. In one of my pictures, you will see onions that I pulled aside on the plate. I could have pulled aside more, but I was wolfing down what I could after waiting 45 miinutes for a frigging shit*y vegetarian taco that was crap when I got finally got it. NOT worth the wait. No cheese, no sour cream, no guacamole....just dry rice, flavorless beans, and a few pieces of bell pepper, plus onions - which I asked to NOT HAVE. What a pathetic, underflavored, overpriced taco. Ironically, I drove by Hannah's tacos food truck earlier, and I should have just bought some tacos from them. They are, I think $3 per taco, and 10 times better than this crap was
