I had a "Combo Coupon" ($10 Combo instead of regular price), but still the bill was basically $43 dollars. The current manager today name Oscar I think did not handled my situation as a well trained manager for Burger King in San Luis Obispo. I ordered a Texas Burger combo at about 2 pm today and I took 2 or 3 bites trying to make sure I am am being considerate not to return my food because that is the last thing I do when I to out to eat with my family. So when I try to return my dry and a bit harden beef patty on my burger. The Mananger name Oscar we're trying to argue and being defensive that I bit more than I should off to be returning the dry and a bit harden beef patty on my burger. And being a banker for 6 years and 21 years in the auto industry. I know how to show good customer service. So, Oscar! Please do not be confrontational specially in front of your customer's kid and can hear the way your following your companies protocol how to handle a simple problem to exchange a burger. And don't question your customers next time that they bit off more than normal to try to return your dry and a bit harden beef patty burger.
