I have been coming to this chipotle for 5 years. In all that time it was always my favorite. The staff was always having a good time and the portions were generous. Today we arrived 3 hours to close and they were out of numerous ingredients and apparently it's normal for the card reader to just not work. I get that tech can be finicky, but the Manager just shrugged it off. Our chips were stale and when we asked for a replacement the employee said I cannot promise any of these are fresh. By far the worst Chipotle i've ever been to. They take FOREVER. They are slow, unfriendly, and unprofessional. Always out of items. People eating in the back and not changing gloves. Unsanitary. The worst part is how slow they move a lunch or dinner rush - don't even bother going during those times, you'll be waiting in line forever. If you order online for pickup it's quick, but they always skimp out on the portion size. One time I waited 45 min for food. The main entrance is where the line is, so when you walk in during a rush you have to maneuver your way around a bunch of people in a very tight space. They should really redesign the layout. It's really sad how far the standards of Chipotle have dropped and this location is a prime example of it. We dined in today. Both the chicken and steak bowls were cold. Not luke warm but cold. They had no vegetables grilled at all. Not even an option. The keto stuff that they are huglely advertising on the walls did not even exist (I'm not a keto guy but might have added that just for taste and to make up for lack of veggies but not an option). Finally the tables and (men's) bathroom were dirty. Since the Lakewood Ranch location is equally bad I think I'm done with Chipotle overall unless I hear of something changing. read more

Don't do online order! You'll get your food if you stand in a line wrapped around the building before you get served!!! This place is not run well at all!!! The workers seem like none of them do good with the rush. I ordered online. Food was to be ready at a specific time. It was 20 minutes late. This is the second time I've been to this chipotle and the workers have been super disrespectful. The first time the two girls who helped my wife and I, didn't even listen to what we had said because they were too busy talking to each other. Skipped over my wife and I had to re tell them what she said. The second time I came in a little close to closing but it was definitely still open. The lady at the front was serving two other guests before coming up to us and was rude about our order and was basically throwing our food around while talking to us rudely in Spanish. Upon ordering they hold me in line until they get ready about 10 online orders ( understood). Then when it was my turn no brown rice and no chicken come one seriously ? After 10 minutes holding the line I started getting served and at the end I requested fresh lettuce because the one on the bin was soggy and looked disgusting. At that time he'll came out one lady from the back came telling me that they can't serve me lettuce from the next bin because it was for online orders. So I told her she couldn't tell me that as they were using the main bar to serve the 10 online orders ahead of me come on really ? I told her she can't push me to eat what the lettuce that was not fresh and not to sell something she won't eat. They don't even know how to fold a burrito or quesadilla . I wish I took pictures. I mean the only reason we ate their was we flew all day and then spent 3 hrs at rental car and everything was closed . Not even a grocery store was open. We tried the 7 eleven and they didn't have eggs or anything other than drinks and candy. Rice was everywhere . This is by far the absolute worst chipotle ive ever been to. I love chipotle, I love the fast service and good food. This location has neither. It's not the workers fault tho, it's management. At any given time there are 3 ppl on the line STRUGGLING to make the line move, they are constantly out of supplies like lettuce, meat types, CHIPS....it's beyond frustrating to watch and/eat. The line is always at least 20ppl long and everyone is just in a terrible mood because of the chaos. This location has serious management and personnel issues. I've visited twice for pickup and both times were disasters. Long delays on our order (10 mins and 35 mins), missing ingredients, inconsistent portions, bad attitudes, etc. it amazes me that a location can mess things up so much. I have never written a Yelp review until today. I placed an online order for pick-up and waited 20 minutes after my order was scheduled to be ready. I decided to leave without my food when one of the employees announced that they had run out of chips, which were part of my order. Other people waiting alongside me had waited for a full hour, which I contributed to my decision in leaving. The workers had no discipline and did not stay in their designated spot along the assembly line. This is a reflection of poor management. I have worked in restaurants before and been to other Chipotle restaurants. It's not rocket science to build a burrito, bowl or taco. Each worker needs to be assigned a role. Absolute horrible experience today 11/23 at Chipotle. We placed our order on the app at 12:15. Order was to be ready for pick up at 12:30. My wife waited inside the restaurant until 1:45 and still was not served. There were dozens of other customers in the same boat. Orders via the app were problematic. We were told there was no manager to speak with and that they were out of lettuce and cheese. The young woman who spoke to my wife was rude and inconsiderate. All people want to understand what is happening. We all make mistakes and we all have bad days. But when you are in the service industry, it's your job to explain to your customers what is happening and suggest a solution or remedy. We paid $35 and never received our order nor any type of apology nor explanation. Shame on you Chipotle for treating people so poorly. read more

Ordered veggie burrito, was told no guacamole, out of it today. About to pay and I noticed another employee pulled guacamole container out and filled side order of guacamole. I paused and asked... and was told that it's for online orders only. I requested to give me on side but they were so stubborn. I told them that I will order online. They instantly threw away my burrito in the garbage and told me to order online. What a waste of time and food? They do not care of any customer service or value of food. Never in my entire life have I ever walked out of an establishment because of how disgusted I was.. especially a restaurant. I had to use the restroom as soon as I got there. The first thing I see is their disgusting metal sink filled with what looked like human bile and peppers, and a huge pile of wet, dirty toilet paper. then I went over to the toilet, which was filled with urine and excrement all over the toilet seat and floor around the toilet and there was no toilet paper. It was unflushed in the middle of the bathroom was a big metal tub with what looked like brown water, and a paper towel inside in the bathroom stunk like sewage. I tried to shake this off and went back into line. While me and my buddy were waiting we were observing the staff. Their procedures and facilities seemed rather uncleanly. If they can't even keep their store and bathrooms clean, how do we know that they can maintain clean food safety procedures? Very disappointed and displeased. Will not be coming back. read more
