I went into this restaurant I was second in line I waited 5 minutes to just get some food on my plate. I then got some rice and some chicken on my dish and there were three people ahead of me and they all had their bowls with rice and meat and we stood there for another 10 minutes. There were 10 people minimum working there nobody would serve the second part where the vegetables are. There was a guy at the register he stood there doing nothing would not help the first customer in line who asked him after waiting all that time. Finally the first guy in line he just left his food there walked out the door. I finally got my food after being in the restaurant 20 minutes worst service ever I don't know who the manager was but he does not know how to manage a restaurant or his help that is for sure. This chipotle is the absolute worst Chipotle I've ever been to and it's been horrible for years... you would think they would've done something to improve it by now. The service is horrific and staff is unfriendly. If you want a meal make sure to MOBILE order it at least an hour before you plan on picking it up. The staff member handling to go orders at 5:30 on Monday evening was struggling to the max... seemed defeated and was moving extremely slowly with a scowl on her face as literally tons of people were waiting for their orders for very long wait times. It was bad. On top of that after I inquired about a specific order I was told it would be a few more minutes... later I was told that someone else had taken the order. The to go employee was extremely rude in tone it was beyond belief.. when I asked if it could be remade she simply repeated "it was already made .." I had to speak to a manager to have the order remade . If I could give them a negative star I would. Men's bathroom was filthy. I should have walked out after seeing it but didn't want to be that guy who visited the restroom and didn't buy anything. Line was about 8 people when I got on it. 20 minutes later I was 4 in line. How is that even possible? Plenty of crew, just standing around while one person sorta worked. I have been to this location before and had a similar experience. I just wanted Chipotle the way it used to be. Never again at this location. Don't expect to get an accurate order even if you walk in and tell the worker what you want. Only two or three of the staff are fluent enough in English to understand the items on the menu which can be a problem when you order one thing and they put another in your bowl and don't understand what you're saying when you tell them that's not what you asked for. Even delivery items are completely inaccurate it's almost as if they make whatever they want and send it to you. read more

amazingly poor customer service at this location. i walked in and was first in line, 5 employees clearly saw me standing there waiting to order, and not one even acknowledged my presence for over 5 minutes. they just kept doing what the were doing, eventually i raised my hands up and said, " HELLO, A CUSTOMER IS HERE". finally one said he would get to me when he got a chance. rule number one in customer service. acknowledge the customer. say, "hello", let them know you will be right with them. people will wait as long as you communicate. Placed an online order for pickup. One order was correct, the other wasn't anything we had ordered. Went back to the restaurant to fix it and the staff never apologized, just grabbed the original container from me, literally threw the correct order together, not really even giving a full portion, and shoved it across the counter. The dark-haired, heavy-set boy who did this then just turned around and left. RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. As I read other reviews I question the competency of the management here. This is the WORST Chipotle around. This is the second time I ordered a SALAD only to be told they ran out of salad dressing. Why not inform the customer BEFORE they make your salad that they have NO SALAD DRESSING. SO My husband and I both had salads made only to have them thrown out because there was no dressing. It would be one thing if we were taking them home but we said it was eat in! This place is also DIRTY. All the tables were dirty and there was only on table being sat at. This is literally the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. It's not because of COVID either, I've been going to this one for 5 years and has been going downhill for the past 2 years. Tonight really irritated me enough to write this review. It is such a poorly run establishment, as I was waiting in the extremely long line that wasn't moving, there was only one worker on the line preparing food as the others were in the back and one was in the dining area FaceTiming with his friend. Finally about 20 minutes later it's my time to order and they say they're out of tortillas for burritos which is fine, I understand. When they gave me brown rice though I only got a small scoop because that's all that was left, and the same thing happened with the black beans and mild salsa so I ended up with a very small bowl. After I paid and was leaving I saw that they were making a burrito for someone on a tortilla- wtf! And as if I weren't pissed off enough when I got home to eat my bowl (literally a 5 minute drive to my house) everything in it was ice cold. Gross! I hope I don't get sick from it. Just terrible. This location needs some serious help.. read more

I understand most Chipotles are always very busy and there is always a line, but at this location it is pretty much impossible to get out quick. I usually try to order ahead on the app so that my food is ready when I arrive, but the last time I waited nearly 40 minutes for my food to be ready. All I had ordered was a bowl and a bag of chips - simple. When I eventually got sick of waiting because I had spent practically all of my break there, I had asked for a refund so that I could leave and go to work (with no food, mind you). Conveniently, that is when my food was done and I left. When I opened my bowl, there was no guac that I had paid extra for. This also happens frequently. I pay for the guac on the app and no one informs me that they are out. Do I ever get a refund? No, of course not. And today when I decided to give it another shot I went in and was standing in line for quite a bit, it wasn't moving, the workers were just standing there and the customers were all looking around cluelessly. I am not one to normally complain about service at restaurants as I have worked in one before and I know the challenges and difficulties. But this place just continues to disappoint and I am never apologized to or cared for by the employees. Just an overall let down. read more

We are from out of state and have never seen a location this lazy and unprofessional. All the worker on shift were very upset to hear that customers didn't want to eat because they were slacking on making food. They had tables dirty for hours and no lids stocked up. I am extremely disappointed with this chipotle location and I'm trying to avoid blasting it on social media which is why I am coming here first. I ordered 2 burritos and chips and queso. However, that is not what i received. I was given 2 bowls that were extremely dry. They had no sour cream or salsa or anything that I relatively ordered that was supposed to be on my burrito. If you're going to accidentally give me bowls instead of burritos, at least make sure they have the other things on them that I asked for. I did not receive the queso. Instead I was given a note saying sorry we are out of queso, if you would like a refund call the store. I called the store to tell them how the queso wasn't the only problem. I told them how I ordered 2 burritos instead of bowls and I didn't receive my queso. The women I talked to was very impolite. I asked to speak to her manager. While she was doing that I heard her talking to her other co-workers saying how it's not even a big deal. I eventually spoke to management. I spoke to a gentleman named Ezekiel. He basically told me there is nothing he can do and that I should call corporate to resolve my issue or come into the store. The whole point of me ordering from uber eats was so I can stay safely in my home and avoid the pandemic. This was not uber eats fault. This is just laziness on the behalf of chipotle employees to simply double check an order before putting it in the bag and saying it's ready to go. And you can tell they don't care by the way they speak to their customers. This makes me no longer want to be a customer. And I was not given a receipt. But I will be happy to post the note I received and the complete wrong order from the location. I'll be enjoying ranch instead of sour cream on my bowls that aren't burritos. Thank you. I just sent this today to corporate. This happened to me today and I'm extremely upset about the issue and the fact that no care was given in this matter. Zero was not available. My daughter finally talked me into trying Chipotle and it didn't go well. We sent in a mobile order and when my daughter got home with the food, the bowls were not even close to what we ordered. so, 20 minutes back to the restaurant and then we couldn't get anyone to help us. we felt invisible. I had to stand right I front of a worker, hold the bag in her face and tell her the order was completed wrong. Then they looked at it and threw them away. they made our orders again and unfortunately hardly put any food in the bowls. 1/2 cup of rice and 5 pieces of chicken. With the cost of things now this is ridiculous. it's not that hard to read and put the proper things in that people order. no one cares anymore and they just want to be paid to be there. Fire everyone and only hire people that can read and do a good job. That's what it is, a job. If you don't care and your not happy then do us a favor and quite!!! Chipotle is off the list. At least the one on Fruitville in Sarasota Florida. Worst Experience EVER! I ordered my food thru Door Dash 20 mins before I went into this location (it said it was ready when I went in). When I went in to pick up my order , to my surprise, my order wasn't available. I asked where it was they told me they didn't "get it". I said " well I ordered it, I got the Receipt, where is my families order. They then told me I could Reorder it . That would involve me paying twice and getting refunded thru Door Dash. Which I don't know how long that takes. So I was told to go to the End of the line and wait just like a regular order (not an order that was made 25 mins ago that your restaurant LOST) . When I REORDERED I couldn't get what I wanted BECAUSE your restaurant RAN OUT OF CHEESE ... A Tex-Mex restaurant RUNNING OUT OF CHEESE!!! I Said "This is ridiculous!!! , I have to redo my order". I asked for a manager , Kerra came up to the front and said there isn't anything she could do . Another Employee said I was "Acting like a real ASSHOLE ". I asked for his name and the Manager said "she didn't need to give that to me " .... So 1. No Apology for messing up on my order . 2. No substitute for running out of CHEESE !!! 3. This is the worst Chipotle. Put in an online order at 4:45 pm to be picked up at 5:15pm. The order didn't come out until 5:50 pm.

I don't think I have ever had a positive experience here. If I go in person, they are out of ingredients and takes 30 minutes. If I order for pickup I end up waiting 30 minutes for it anyway as it is never ready to only get home and the order is half wrong. My fault for getting steak at a fast food place but I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. Fatty. Almost every bite. Chipotle is not that cheap. I have spent less at authentic Mexican restaurants and you don't have to choose between cheese and sour cream. You get both. Granted the burrito was huge. I saved half for the next day. But then you get nothing at all with it so is it really less expensive? Granted, there is rice in it so technically you can call that a side. I do love their chips and salsa and would go back for those. They do not have ground beef or crunchy tacos so that right there is a thumbs down for me from the start. Oh well. I love how people (including me) are reviewing Chipotle. It's almost like reviewing McDonalds, except that Chipotle is a lot better of course. So I live in San Francisco, with amazing taquerias every two blocks, and probably eat 2 burritos a week. These SF taquerias are cheap, family-owned and delicious, resulting in me never going to Chipotle unless I'm traveling. That being said, Chipotle is fantastic. They serve high-quality meat, freshly grilled vegetables, and quality beans. And all of this from an open kitchen that screams "clean!" The caveats are that they serve white rice instead of yellow rice (but I think it works well), and the prices really shoot up if you order extras like chips or guacamole. Stick with the basics and you'll get a great, cheap, and super-filling meal. read more

This was the most unsanitary and unprofessional chipotle I've ever been to. We went to use the VACCINATION bogo deal and were told it was fake, despite it being literally all over the news and chipotle's corporate website. After not receiving our deal, we still decided to get burritos which had approximately 7 grains of rice and 3 pieces of meat in each of them. Instead of getting new batches of these items, they continued to scrape the insides of the containers for the very last grain. I had a bad experience at Chipotle on Monday night, March 7, 2022. They were clearly understaffed, as I was in line for 25 minutes before they were able to begin preparing my order. I got my usual: a bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, chicken, and toppings... except for lettuce which they were out of (had I realized this in advance I would not have waited 25 minutes in line). When I got my order home the first thing I noticed was that the hot sauce, which I normally have no trouble tolerating, was twice as hot and twice as bitter as normal. This should have been my cue to stop, but I was hungry so ate about half before pushing it aside. I began paying for what I did eat the next morning and as I write this three mornings later, I'm still feeling the effects. I believe Chipotle's operation, which relies on a wide assortment of "fresh" items (peppers, guacamole, cheese, tomatoes, etc), is currently compromised by quality control problems exacerbated by staffing and management deficiencies, and I won't return there any time soon. read more

Doesn't understand customer service. I showed up at 9:00 p.m. They close at 10:00 p.m. There were 3 people eating and no one in line. I ordered a quesadilla. I was told I can't order that in the store only online. WTH? So I said, you mean I can order if I go out to my car, order on my phone and then come back in to stand in line. She said yes. I looked around for a hidden camera. I mean, I understand during rushes they want advance notices for quesadilla's but there was NO ONE in front or behind me. She said I could only order a kids quesadilla in the store. I just shook my head and said I will take my business elsewhere. Small portions. I came around lunch time, which is very busy in this area, but there was no line. I usually do a three pointer (steak and rice) with extra steak. I had to repeat myself for extra steak. It was a full house of customers so I can understand the gentleman didn't hear me. I got HALF a scoop of steak. He followed up with a second HALF. I didn't feel like repeating myself a third time. When I got to the line, I was rung out an additional $3.35 for extra steak. I brought it up to the girl that he did two half scoops of steak. Her tone came off as "annoyed", so I just said no. If something was done incorrectly, then it should be resolved as soon as possible, not further delayed by interrogation. I've never had any issue getting a proper portion of food at any other chipotle - and I frequent them often. It's just disappointing when all you wanted to do is eat. read more
