This is a HORRIBLE location. If I could give 0 stars I would. 3 orders in 2 weeks and every single one came with 2/3rds of the meal just missing. They simply don't care. No call, no complementary or equivalent item in its place, no message. Nothing. The simply send you a dinner that is missing 2/3 of the meal, and expect you to deal with it. Once in a while fine, I get it. 3 times in two weeks? It's a scam. They take your money knowing they don't have the items available, then expect you to file through Uber Eats, which you can only do so many times before they start denying your claims. So now you're stuck, out $30 in food, nothing to give your child, no refund. Corporate needs to come in and gut this location. It's just a dirt poor representation of the brand. And we've lived in South Florida and NYC, so that's saying a lot. At least in NYC they'd have the decency to call you and let you know they were out of something, so they could swap it out, or at least inform you that they were going to be sending over an incomplete meal. These are huge metropolitan areas with thousands of customers a day. And they still have the decency to call. Compared to what, 100 ppl a day for this location? You can see the pattern in their reviews. This is the worst branch of the franchise we've ever interacted with. They won't receive another dollar from me. read more

I'm typically not one to write a negative review, but I'd really like to see this location improve because it's conveniently located near the gym I go to. I've consistently seen and heard about very poor service at the location. I've witnessed workers verbally fighting with one another in front of customers. I've had a pickup order not ready 30 minutes after it was supposed to be and to add to it they tried to tell me they didn't have my order or it was the wrong location until an employee who knew what she was doing came up and found it. No matter what hour I come in the service is slow and there is generally no customers ahead of me. They're also always out of food items even when there is no one there. If this gets forwarded to the leadership at the location great, but I'm started to wonder if the leadership at the location IS the problem. It's as if there is no existence of management or supervision there. read more

This location is a hit or miss. I enjoy chipotle but for the price there shouldn't always be an issue. Out of grilled vegetables and salsa a lot. Today my rice was not cooked all the way. There is really no standard of service here. You just stand and wait for someone to care enough to start your order. People will look at you and just stand around. Let me preface this w I don't do reviews especially bad ones, but...I have been to Chipotle 2x in my life. My daughter had just completed a week of volunteer work on Skidway Island and all she wanted was Chipotle so we googled it and this was the closest location. There were 10+ kids working there all walking around not really paying attention to customers and the place was not clean. My wife and daughter ordered chicken bowl. Very painful process to say the least. Couldn't really understand anyone taking orders. I ordered chips and queso dip. They told me I could only get chips and queso through their app or online and pointed to a shelf with a dozen paper bags full of pre-packaged chips. Then they asked us for or drink order. I just happened to look towards their self serve drink station to see that they had a sign that said NO ICE. Keep in mind it was 90+ degrees out. Btw, there was a review from 3 days ago also mentioning there not being any ice. If this location comes up in your travels, do yourself a favor, and find another food option! read more

I have ordered 3 different times from this Chipotle. Yesterday being the last time. The food was so salty and it was the worst guacamole I've ever tasted. I ended up throwing a $10.00 bowl away. The experience was awful. My family did Doordash-our dasher was great. But when we got our food, both of our guacamole orders were missing; and Chipotle's guacamole isn't cheap! We also were not given any napkins or silverware. My burrito was good, but it came cold (our dasher only drove 5 minutes to deliver)... To top it off, the chips were stale. Very stale. Taco Bell puts Chipotle to shame. This will be my last visit. I never write reviews, let alone bad ones; but I hope this saves someone a incorrect order and disappointing meal. read more

Ok honestly- i walked in and should of immediately walked right out, but i didn't. Poor decision. The interior is a mess, food on the floor, don't even get me started on how pathetic, and seriously gross looking the tables and fountain drink section looked. YIKES. At the counter to order- rude employees, loud, obnoxious guys preparing the food. I noticed the one using his shirt to rebound rice he was pouring into a container. As I was ordering, i noticed how incredibly unsanitary the food counter was. There was sour cream splatter everywhere, cross contamination galore, meat and veggies looked as if they had been sitting for an absurd amount of time. The guy making my burrito had gloves on, but was touching everything else prior to making my food. He also wiped his forehead sweat, before rolling my burrito. I honestly felt so disgusted by the entire scene. I doubt they clean anything...I'm serious. I paid for this burrito, and there was no way i was eating it. What a waste of money, as i said, very poor decision on my part not to walk out. What a nasty chipotle. I have yet to find a decent one in the Savannah area. So upsetting! read more

The food is typical. But what stands out is the number of tables that are messy. Not super busy. Staff seems to not be over worked behind the counter. So let's grab some rags and wipe down the tables. The trash cans are so full their over flowing. read more

I love Chipotle, but this was the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. The service was so bad that I didn't even get a chance to complete my order. 1) There was no line, but it took 5 minutes for someone to rudely ask what I wanted to order. 2) The employee clearly didn't know what she was doing because she threw away two entire packages of tortillas while trying to separate them. So wasteful... 3) Then, she just walked away and didn't come back. I figured it wasn't worth the wait and just left. Unfortunately, I live less than 5 minutes away but will NEVER return to this Chipotle. If the manager wants to improve business, it would be best to hire decent people who care about their job, not people with neck tattoos who are rude and feel entitled. read more

I love Chipotle. I was introduced to it in Houston. There the employees are always super fast and super friendly. At this location, the staff is rude. Well mostly the cashiers. This time the cashier left my card in the counter and walked away. I picked it back up and waited till she got back to pay for my order. Not cool. Also the food was sub par. Two people in my group got terribly burnt chicken. I'll go back just because of the name but I don't expect a miracle change. read more

Ordered a chicken bowl from Postmates and my order was missing guacamole and lettuce. Aside from what it was 'missing', the rice was undercooked and majority of the grains were hard and tough, the chicken was so damn salty and the sour cream smelled and tasted close to expiration. I thought maybe it was just the chicken that was over seasoned but the chips and queso dip had enough salt to fill a sea! Whoever was back in that kitchen on 6/12/2019 around 8pm was too heavy handed with the seasoning! Unfortunately, the whole meal was just to salty and undercooked to ingest or finish! I love Chipotle but I won't be going back to this specific one, never again! read more

I use the app to order vs standing in line. For the last three trips there has been something missing, order not even ready and a cashier with a bad attitude. Makes going here harder than going to LaNapolera next door. The plus is the awesome line worker Bryce. He aways manages to get my oder right and keep my food vegan without the cross contaminatiin the other employees allow to happen. This is the second chipotle that opened in Savannah. I prefer this location over the one by victory square. The staff here is friendly, the assembly line is always clean, the food tasted amazing (as usual because it's chipotle), and I could feel the energy in the back by the cooks. This location is far more consistent with the taste compared to the other one, and it's less busy. read more

I've tried and tried but I'm just not a fan of Chipotle. Today solidified my opinion of this chain. The facility was clean, and the workers helpful, but I was less than impressed by my meal. I got a steak burrito. The meat was undercooked, tough, and cold. I felt as if I'd be chewing forever and was beyond grateful to have floss in my pocket today. I love me some Chipotle and being from SoCal I was stoked to find out that they were located here. I ordered my usual a bowl with all the fixings, but I have to say this was probably the worst chipotle I have ever had. Something just didn't taste right. The rice seemed a little off and it wasn't warm like it usually is. I have a feeling I just had a bad batch but I was a bit bummed. I also ordered guac on my bowl and the guy forgot so I had to be rung up twice which was kind of annoying, but the guac was on point!! This Mall Blvd location's staff has bad attitudes and are very unprofessional. They really behave as if they don't want customers to come in. As if you're bothering them to place an order. This location also doesn't practice healthy food handling as much as you would expect from Chipotle (with all the negative press from before). I love Chipolte and will eat at any of them, but in Savannah this is the only location to go to. The employees are friendly, efficient, and helpful! My order is always right and the food is always good. The Pooler location has super rude employees, some don't even speak English and they look miserable to be at work. The Victory location is ok, but always has a super long line and it is hit or miss with the employees. Great job to the employees and management at the Mall Blvd locale!! read more
