Find another location, this Chipotle is the worst, with the worst customer service. I have picky kids who only want a bowl with cheese and rice. Every Chipotle EXCEPT THIS ONE charges me for a 3 pointer because it's literally a bowl of almost nothing. THIS Chipotle however, charges for a veggie bowl which is more than double the price because it would normally include additional ingredients. I tell them that it's a 3 pointer and they argue with me every single time telling me it's a veggie bowl...with no veggies... my husband gets irate anytime he has to go through the whole ordeal where I tend to just laugh and say whatever, I'll pay $25+ for 2 bowls of rice/cheese so my kids can eat and I give up arguing. They are always so cocky and I truly don't understand how they don't feel stupid telling me it's a veggie bowl...despite no veggies being present. Went to riots and qdoba twice, only once for chipotle Chipotle Good Price for combo Kids meal Kids meals can include fountain drinks Lots of option Fastest of all 3 Burrito was 2 out of 3 (Rio's was far better) Bad Forgot items Chips were burnt Burrito was smallest of the 3 Too few chips. Lots of salsa Limited fountain drinks, coke products Qdoba Good Kid's meals 2nd biggest burrito Combos for a reasonable price Drink station Burrito size was 2/3 Bad Burrito quality 3/3- not to say it's bad, but chipotle and Rios were better Combos default to queso and bottles for mobile orders. Disappointing Experience -- Used to Be Much Better This location used to be a solid Chipotle, but it's gone downhill. You're now paying more and getting noticeably less--especially when it comes to the meat. I received just a few small pieces of chicken, and the flavor was off. Could have been the guacamole, but either way, it left me concerned I might get sick. Service was also awkward. Two employees making burritos for one person sounds efficient, but both talking at the same time and expecting responses while showing visible annoyance made it uncomfortable. They give you way smaller portions than they used to. Then when you agree to pay for double the meat you still get less than a single portion. The people working there give you an attitude. Friday At 6 pm there was 25 people waiting in line because they had no meat cooked. How is that even possible? I have never been to a chipotle that has had no meat ready at all. If I could give the establishment 0 stars I would. I normally don't write any negative reviews but recently when visiting the Severna Park location, we walked in and it was noticeably dirty with trash, food, and filth on most of the table surfaces, condiments area and floors. We normally come to this location for convenience but noticed it deteriorating in upkeep and professionalism. It appears the staff invites friends in to hang out and neglects basic cleaning and food preparation. Today at 5PM the business was out of all chicken products, which to me is crazy given that it's open until 11PM. OK, where to start. Let me start by saying I never leave negative reviews, but my husband convinced me to do this because I have complained to him so many times. I live in Severna Park and have been to this location many, many times (as my daughter and I love Chipotle). The food is pretty standard, but that's where it ends. The restaurant is always filthy (with trash and leftover food on the tables, floors, and trays and around the beverage station). I wish I would have taken pics to post. They are usually out of something (or everything), like straws, forks, knives, napkins, and specialty beverages. The last two times we have been there, they have forgotten to put part of our order in the bag (e.g., chips, chimichurri sauce). When I went back to ask the cashier for my daughter's missing chips, I was met with a very rude attitude (she simply handed me the chips like I was being a pest and gave me a side eye). I am hoping that someone at corporate reads this and cleans up this location as we would like to continue to dine there without all the ick. read more

Would give them 0 stars if I could. I recently had a frustrating experience with my Chipotle pickup order. I placed my order at 8:20 PM for a 8:40 PM pickup and arrived at 8:35 PM. I was told to wait 4-10 minutes for the chicken, but after waiting 20 minutes, I was informed it would be another 5-10 minutes. Bottom Line: Super long lines but overall consistent with the Chipotle Brand. I'm not a huge Chipotle fan but every now and again I will pop in here for a quick dinner. Pick your form (salad, bowl, taco, burrito, etc.) pick your protein (steak, chicken, tofu, etc.) and then load it up with the toppings. In love Chipotle and have for decades, it's prices and food, and just overall quality is superb. But how does the Severna Park fair from the other Chipotle locations near it? Well, it's one of the best. So this loc is spacious, but its exterior look doesn't provide that justice. I walked in and realized that it was huge. Like it was absurd and they have a side that shoes you employees working on things like fresh rice and stuff. The employees are very productive and attentive. What I enjoyed that I liked the most was that the employees are kind and think ten steps ahead. I ordered burrito bowl and said I was dining in, but the employee gave me a lid instead in the event I had any leftovers I wanted to take home. That is such a high level of attention to detail that it makes me surprised that more locations don't do that. Only complaint is I felt they stiffed me a bit on rice and slightly on meat but I won't lose sleep over it considering some locations are A LOT worse in one or both aspects. read more

3.5 stars Chipotle delivers a good "fast food" Mexican option. The new pollo asado is delicious. Love mine in a burrito bowl. I also like the adult quesadilla option but it is not available on most "in store" menus and when you order online this location frequently forgets the included guacamole. I try to frequent this restaurant regularly but every time I go, anytime between 8 and 10pm, the trash is piled so high that it is falling on the floor. The drink station is a mess, with liquid in the sugar container, no utensils, and sometimes, no napkins. Various proteins will be completely out of stock too. But the worst part lately is the quality of the food. Chips are often VERY stale and the rice is just plain white rice instead of the traditional Chipotle rice with cilantro and lime in it! No good at all serving it plain!! I tried using their online app to chat with someone ( Pepper along with 3 other reps) but the app kept ending our conversations early and I was not able to get my entire problem conveyed or to even have a decent conversation. The app was VERY frustrating to use ... after having it cycle me through 4 different reps and REtelling my story and details each time! Uugh! Lastly, the spit-balls on the framed photos there were almost enough to chase me away. The same spit-balls on those photos two weeks later is what has me coming back here! ;-( They also have a long-standing code violation there that's an accident waiting to happen! read more

I have a health concern regarding a staff member at the Severna Park store who was using hands in a big stainless steel pot mixing rice with both arms inside up to elbows. Customers all in line observing this. I left the line and walked out. This was very upsetting since I have been a regular customer for years at this location but have no desire to eat at any location if this is a standard process for mixing rice! I could not see if he had gloves on but wouldn't matter since he had arms in the pot as well. I have been trying to inform a manager about this but obviously there is no way to do this online. I have asked a staff member of another store about this and was told this is a normal procedure to mix rice with hands. This is not good and not good that I cannot resolve this concern with management! I will no longer eat at Chipotle until I receive a response. I come here every single day and I have for the past 3 months and I have only run into this problem 1 other time and it was the same lady. It had been some time since I've been at any Chipotle. The line was about as long as it usually is and I was okay with standing in it because that meant fresh food. Actually watched the gentleman make the cilantro lime rice that I couldn't wait to taste it. Upon ordering the lady was extremely rushing and wasn't really paying attention to what I was saying to her. I had to reiterate to make sure that she got my order right. After getting through the line and starting to eat my food I noticed that I couldn't taste any of the lime in the rice. That was okay because as I continued to eat, my green salsa made up for the absence. I found two burnt. . . Actually I have no idea what they were, pieces in my food. I kept waiting to taste some kind of seasoning on the chicken, like that wonderful smoky chipotle flavor it was supposed to have but I couldn't find it. I wasn't too disappointed since I did get this meal for free because of their promotion when they were closed the other day so that doesn't make me completely disappointed. I'll start by saying that I'm happy Chipolte is in our neighborhood. We go here at least once every 2 weeks, and in general we keep coming back because we really like Chipolte. The food is good and satisfying. There are a lot of bad reviews in here. Many of the bad reviews come from a direct comparison of the customer service of Chipolte to Chick-Fil-A. Yeah, hands down Chick-Fil-A has WAY better customer service and attitude in general. Chick-Fil-A is very close so it makes a great comparison. In general when compared to other Chipolte places, I find this one rather skimpy on servings. Now, I have never had a problem when asking for more, but it just takes a little more effort. Just small examples, are the cheese. They usually sprinkle just a little. I ask for more, and I get more. The hot sauce cups when you order chips and salsa, get filled 1/2. So I ask for more. Yeah, sometimes they seem a little irritated when I ask, but oh well. So one striking example of skimpy servings are the chips. Now this may be the whole chain or just this place, but please look at my pictures I posted. This is not a fluke, it's like this every time we go. The chips are barely covering the bottom of the bag. The bag is 11 inches tall and the chips are filled 2 inches up. If you imagine the bag is see through, you can imagine that the chips barely fill up to the bottom of the "CHIPS" lettering. Just go to Qdoba and witness the huge bag of chips that they give you. I suggest one of the following: 1) More chips 2) Smaller bag 3) Charge less for what you are now serving 4) Change name from "Chips and salsa" to "Bag with a few chips and 1/2 cup salsa" read more

4 times we have ordered delivery from this location. 4 TIMES THEY HAVE NOT GOTTEN THE ORDER CORRECT AND CHARGED FULL PRICE!! This is absolutely ridiculous. Each time we wait extended periods of time for the orders to be delivered. Each time we ask the driver is it all here. Each time the driver is told it's all there. Food is delivered and each time a part of the order is missing. Is it really that difficult to read an order, make it, and put it in a bag to have delivered? This is the most infuriating experience with a business that I have EVER had, there is absolutely zero oversight on these orders, management needs to be REPLACED. When attempting to call and discuss the problem they hang up on you, make you wait extended periods, tell you it's the delivery drivers fault (really because all they are doing is delivery). While part of the order may be refunded and they apologize, you now have no food and have waited over an hour. That is unacceptable!! I WOULD NEVER ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION!! EVER!! Went to support the MDSPCA August 10, 2017. I told the cashier I was supporting the MDSPCA and she nodded. I looked over my receipt and fundraiser was not on the receipt. The person in charge said did you tell her I said yes and the cashier then proceeded to say I don't know what your talking about. They told me they would do the fundraiser for the next 3 people in line but who knows. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
