One came as the normal size that I expect to receive and the other literally measured to 3 inches long. Not to mention the missing chips and dip that was ordered. I tried ordering through their app. Keep in mind I don't have an account with them, nor did I screenshot the confirmation. I also never received a confirmation email, even though they ask for it so they can send you one. But anyways, I went in to grab my food that should've been ready, the manager then tells me that it's not possible for there to have been an online order because the ordering system was down. I told them it wasn't because I was charged and able to get my food. I was met with a lot of attitude because I didn't have any "proof" of my order except for a bank statement saying they took my money. Only reason it's not getting a 1-star is because the cashier was extremely nice and understanding, and even offered me a refund (I declined). The manager however needs to take some manager classes or be taught how to be respectful toward customers. It's not my fault the system was down and no one was notified, nor is it my fault the app never sent me a receipt to my email. am a fan of Chipotle in general. Their concept is appealing in that it results in a good, fresh, filling meal. I'm not arguing that their food is any fresher or healthier, just that it tastes good to me. Overall I would give the chain four stars. , and the same for this location. Food is good as stated above, the premises are clean, and staff is friendly. The thing I like best about this location is they really stuff the burritos when you ask for extra portions. Whether it is more rice, beans, cheese, or whatever... When you ask for extra you get a lot! Sometimes I am amazed they are successful at wrapping the burritos up. Other locations can be hit or miss in this area. Recommend using the app to order ahead if visiting this location during peak times. They can get pretty busy. read more

The management team at this location needs to be changed. The staff are slow, they don't listen to orders. They are careless with the food. Chipotle has had a lot of bad press due to food prep and today they served me a GIANT piece of bone in my bowl. Larger than a quarter and sharp. The workers either add way too much or not enough of every ingredient. And for the record, I didn't ask for chicken. I wanted steak but the kid behind the counter want listening and gave me a pile bone filled chicken. But considering the headache, I told him chicken would be fine so the line wouldn't get any longer. This is all a result of bad managers... A good manager keeps his employees in check and notices wasteful serving. It's time to take notice of this location Chipotle... This chipotle location has messed up our online orders so many times that we came in to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. It took 35 minutes for us to get to the front of the line, where they told us they were out of fajita veggies and guacamole. Meanwhile the to-go station had both and all of those orders were getting them. Insanely frustrating experience that resulted in my order still being wrong due to incompetence. read more

There's this thing, called customer service. Restaurants nolonger care about it. At this chipotle the staff don't seem to "like" their jobs and behave as if they don't want to be there. No one was welcoming, or smiling. In fact one staff member seemed very put out when items were asked for, after she thought the order was complete. Also it seems like common sense, but if there is a line, and you are busy, employees should not be in the kitchen checking their personal phones. I don't think I will be back. The reason Chic Fil A has a drive through line around the building is because they are pleasant. You don't mind waiting because they make it seem that they WANT to help you. I always physically go to Chipotle to ensure I get my money's worth. With this pandemic it's now impossible to do that. I ordered Chipotle delivery via DoorDash last night (as a treat since we've been eating in every night) and my bowl wasn't close to being filled. I wish I took a picture - I barely had any rice (at first I thought I had none) and way too much sour cream (I didn't ask for extra). Just to give a visual, I poured a little bit of salad dressing they have into my bowl and I instantly regretted it because due to lack of actual food, my bowl looked mostly like salad dressing and it was so watery looking. I'm very disappointed that this is the quality of food Chipotle's customers get when they can't physically be in the store. I will not be ordering Chipotle again until I can physically go to the store again since we apparently have to demand a normal portion of white rice... read more

It really depends honestly on the day or I don't know what. The workers usually give me good portions but there are some that I have to ask for a proper portion. They're always nice about it though. Same goes for delivery. Sometimes the portions are great. Other times there is no rice or the vegetables are dry. Hit or miss. I will say that the location is kept nice and neat. read more

What has happened to quality? I used to love them. Last time i door dashed and it was terrible. didn't blame them entirely since it was handled third party. I tried them again yesterday and ordered a burrito. it was hot, but i ate half of it and it had no chicken in it! the other half had very little in it. what it did have was very dry. i also got chips and cheese. it wasnt the same either. liquidy and watered down. I was so disappointed. it seems like everyone is cutting corners and its getting harder to get quaility we came to expect. come on people! This place doesn't even deserve one star. We placed an online order on Saturday, March 19. I picked it up without checking the bag ( because I SHOULDN'T have to) and went to Quiet Waters Park. I opened the kid's quesadilla to find NO CHEESE on the quesadilla! Isn't cheese the main ingredient in a quesadilla? How does an employee just throw a soft tortilla into a container without realizing they forgot the cheese - on a CHEESE QUESADILLA? Completely missing from the bag were the juice and fruit we ordered. Two out of the three bowls we ordered for the adults were messed up with wrong ingredient combinations and there was no ice, so the sodas were luke warm. Chipotle has really gone downhill... or at least at this location. We ordered dinner on the app. Scheduled it for 5:15pm-- 30min after we ordered it. I was running late due to traffic, so 10min after we ordered, I called to ask if they could delay the order. They told me couldn't because they had already made it. 20min before pickup time. I expressed an issue with this, but they said they have to make it in advance. Understand that they make it in advance, but TWENTY MINUTES in advance?!?! They were kicking a guy out for not having a mask as the cashier had his mask below on his chin not covering his nose or mouth. They were out of multiple items. So we started eating here last summer when we moved to Severna Park. The food then was better and the people working there were not bad - Naturally, Spanish-speaking folks but good folks working hard. About 3 months ago, the entire staff turned over and since then it has fallen apart. Completely. Seriously, I had cleaner conditions in Tijuana. In a tunnel. Crossing the border. During my recent visits I saw - 1 A staff member drop utensils on the floor and then put them back on the shelf. 2. A staff member drop a bag (sort of sealed) of chips on the floor and put them back onto the shelf. 3. Shorting portions 4. A staff member clean a table by sweeping the table top with the floor broom - sweeping the food on the table onto the floor. 5. Leaking air conditioning and water in the drywall ceiling above the steam table from which food is served. 6. Quesadillas which were undercooked be delivered to the customers (me) 7. Filthy tables and overflowing trash cans And an assortment of other failures. All of this was over three visits. Thank God I speak fluent Spanish or I would have suffered in frustration as the current batch of employees speak such poor English that you can't get what you need until you start talking to them in their native tongue. In short run away from this location - the long line is because people crave Mexican, but this place has failed that Taco Bell is a better option across the street. Happy eating. read more

Typically upon arriving at a Chipotle and I see a long line, I'll normally walk away and find another dining option. However, they are VERY efficient at getting the line moving quickly. The staff and management are friendly, and I always walk away satisfied with the quality of food I get here. The tables and areas within are always clean and tidy, and they are well-stocked at the condiment station. Always feel free to ask for special things like: Sauces on the side, extra ingredients, etc. They're always eager to please here! Workers are not that friendly. I'm really not impressed with this location. I love chipotle but I always cringe when I go to this location. Went again today and it was still terrible. Went at 3:00 so there was zero line and ordered. Staff was fine. Not overly pleasant but efficient. Got home and the food was just average.
