It's time for an updated review of this place. The kids were nice but the restaurant was extremely dirty. The food was NOT fresh and left out in the air for a significant amount of time. They did not have any Guacamole nor did they have fresh corn tortillas. The last time we visited it was just as bad but I wrote it off to them being busy. 1 month later it's the same ordeal. Unfresh food, insects, lack of products and food that just seemed to have been sitting in the cold and hot wells all day without being stirred or topped off. And how am I supposed to know it's missing when the bag is tied up upon pick up? I was so blown away by the staff here! They were so nice and friendly and allowed me to try a few options to ensure I was pleased with my order. I've gone to many Qdobas and never have I been as impressed as I was here. Since it was shortly after their opening, I was a little worried about the service, but they quickly proved me wrong. The food was fresh and tasted really good. I love the drink machine because it had a lot of options for the indecisive person like myself. My husband and I had Qdoba for lunch today- it was prime lunchtime so busy, and there was one talented, strong and fast moving woman working by herself at this location. She crushed it! Our food was as expected, hot, and delicious even after we got home (15min drive). We had a fussy toddler in the car and my husband was nervous about how long it would take to get our food and even though we've had issues with this location in the past, we'll be back to hopefully see her!! Brand new location and totally awesome! This location is on par with the more established locations around the country and the are. The staff are always friendly and greet people when they walk in the. I was unbelievably excited they opened this location so close. When I get there I'm waiting almost 10 minutes before someone helps me then when they do I order the 3 cheese nachos and they're out of nachos yet I see a big bag of nachos on the table. I ordered a burrito and two orders of chips and queso on their app. They gave me a literal 3.5 inch burrito and only one bag of chips with two cups of queso.
