They need to hire more employees for weekend surges. I came on a Friday night, ordered drive thru, and it took over an hour. I thought it was a one-time occurrence since it's one of a few late-night places open. I'm now here, pregnant, on a Sunday evening, attempting to eat in-store. It's been almost two hours of waiting and not once have I gotten an update other than "yes I see your order". This is the only thing I'm craving at the moment, but will likely not return to this location. Update: after getting our food, we were missing a couple of items. Are we asking for the missing items? I haven't had Taco Bell in a year or so. But I used to always get the 2 taco supremes and 1 burrito supreme combo with drink it was around $8 maybe $9. Swung through drive thru tonight in Severna Park. No combo so I ordered 2 taco supremes and 1 burrito supreme. No drink and I t was $13.43 wow. I can get MUCH better meals for less. Won't be back such a ripoff. read more

I always order the same thing and it's always hot and made to order (no onions, etc). I absolutely love the woman at the drive thru. She is so genuinely kind. Please give her a raise! (sorry I don't know her name) The young man that used to work the drive thru was great too. My only issue is that the recording is a little annoying when you approach the drive thru. Switch it up. As far as dining inside, the only minor issue is that there isn't usually a human presence in the front of the store. It would be really nice to be greeted and to know that there are humans in the building when dining in. But overall, I love this location and the food has always been perfect. Thank you! read more

I'm a doordash driver. During a recent visit to the Taco Bell in Severna Park, Maryland I encountered a white female in her late teens to early twenties between 5 ft 5 in. tall in 5 ft 7 in. tall with brown hair and glasses who was working the front counter. When I asked for the customer's order the young woman handed me three separate items that the customer had ordered but forgot to place them in a plastic bag. I asked her if I could please have a bag. She then proceeded to get one for me but handed it to me directly instead of placing the items in the bag herself which is part of her job. I asked her why the items hadn't been bagged originally. Her response was you're a doordash driver you're supposed to have your own bag. I didn't appreciate her response nor the service she provided. She acted as if I was inconveniencing her by asking for a plastic bag. This isn't the first time I've received poor service at this taco bell location. The owner of this particular Taco Bell franchise might want to consider teaching each pimple popping young adult working at this particular location about what customer service is and what it actually looks like. Specifically if they're a front line employee dealing directly with customers because clearly this particular employee lacked both customer service, communication and problem solving skills. read more

Ordered 12 tacos and asked for a lot of sauce and they gave us 6 packets. It's a shame that they don't understand a simple request. And they guy at the drive thru doesn't tell you your total amount he just holds his hand out waiting for you to hand him the money. Well tonight we didn't plan well for dinner and time was starting to run out before the kids needed to head off to bed. So I decided to make a run to Taco Bell (in Severna Park, MD). I ordered 4 tacos with double ground beef and tomatoes (ONLY)...one kid cant have dairy, and 2 taco supremes (add refried beans). After 25 minutes in the drive through I rushed back home to deliver dinner to the kids. What we discovered in the bag were 6 tacos that didnt come anywhere close to resembling what I had actually ordered. I checked my receipt and verified that I had properly placed the order. I told my one kid to pick off the diary items and deal with it, and the other kid just dealt with not having refried beans...and so off to bed they went. But if you know me I'm the type that is more inclined to seek "justice" than to walk away having not received what I paid for....so back to the Taco Bell I went. I politely explained what had happened and asked for a refund for the inconvenience and for the time wasted that their error had caused. After having explained to the person at Taco Bell that my kids just dealt with the issue by picking off the items that they didn't order, and not getting the items that they did order...Taco Bell said that they could not refund my order but were happy to remake the entire order. I re-explained that the faulty tacos had already been consumed and that a re-make of the entire order would go to waste and politely asked for the refund once more. Taco Bell then told me the only way that they could refund my money was if I were to go back home, get the tacos (the ones that my kids already ate), and drive the already eaten tacos back to Taco Bell (a would-be 3rd trip to the Bell at that point). At this point I became frustrated and reminded the Taco Bell person that even IF I could somehow get the already eaten tacos out of my kids' stomachs and return them that they would not be able to be resold and would just be thrown in the trash. I then asked if they could please just make this right. Then I got the fake smile and the patronizing comment "I'm very sorry sir, there is nothing more I can do for you". Folks I dont know about you, but this kind of attitude towards customers is unacceptable. Unless your addicted to the food there (I can't imagine that) save yourself the trouble and eat somewhere else....anywhere else. read more

The chalupas are so delicious they're the only thing I ever order, so feel free to take this review with a grain of salt (or a drop of delicious, salty hot sauce). Deserves zero stars. This is possibly the filthiest restaurant of any type I've ever been at. Anywhere in the world. Appears the tables, floors and chairs especially were last cleaned around 1995? Pure filth. Agree with prior post comment about no tray liners. And dirty trays. Bathroom was filthy as well. Don't go to this Taco Bell if you plan on using the drive through and don't have time to waste. Seriously, this is the SLOWEST place, of any fast food restaurant, I have ever eaten at. It's always like this too. One time my younger brother and I were in the drive through line for almost a half an hour. Also, more often than not the food that is served to me is prepared and wrapped in such a sloppy manner. I recently ordered the spicy chicken Dorito tacos and for some reason the shells were so soggy that it wasn't edible. It completely crumbled apart while trying to pick it up. Disgusting! read more

I love the renovations and the new look is modern and fresh. The main table is substantial and great for a larger group. It even has USB ports and hooks to hang your purse. Oh yeah and the food is great too! Fast friendly service is also a huge plus! read more

Sat in the drive through for a half hour at 10:30pm, finally got to order my usual #3 soft supreme tacos... i even said soft supreme... finally get my food and drive home to find out that they are not soft supreme tacos... place sucks. I cant believe how terrible this Taco Bell is. I used doordash to get my food delivered to me and when it arrived I received the wrong drinks, which were only half way filled, and one of my food items was thrown upside down in the bag unwrapped causing a big mess in the bag and ruined the item it was all soggy and gross. read more

We we're positioned in the drive through And had already ordered, we received a text saying we needed to get another chicken quesadilla. I offered to walk inside and order inside so we wouldn't have to go through the drive-through again. I walk in and began to use the digital screen to order. I order for around seven minutes while form for years stand maybe 10 feet from me in Plain view, until one sees me in freaks out because the lobby is closed end it is yelling at me about how I got inside. I explained that I came from the drive-through and I understand that the lobby is closed but I was trying to order something and if I could finish my order that would be great. She wouldn't listen to me and became very upset when I told her that they should have told me I couldn't be in here seven minutes ago in the order started. She became extremely frustrated and was almost pushing me out while walking uncomfortably close. I immediately ended and canceled the order when she angrily approached me. I tried the breakfast menu for the first time, and the last time. Not a single item was seasoned at all. BLAND all around. The flagship waffle taco was greasy and spongy, and the eggs were dry. Assembly of the taco was an afterthought at best, and the cheese was non existant as if it were being rationed. Stick with the lunch menu. read more

This is the WORST Taco Bell ever... we ordered via mobile app and when arriving I received the persons order behind us. I ordered a Mountain Dew Baja blast instead I got the people's drink order that was behind us and almost got there food.. I asked for a new drink. When we pulled off to park to eat my chalupa meal was the texture of a soft shell taco and my hard Taco was missing.. I've worked in restaurants before it's really not rocket science to getting someone's order right!!! Very disappointed!! This location needs to just go out of business already.
