Came here for lunch on a Saturday. There was a line, but it moved pretty quickly. My son ordered a steak burrito with queso and guac which increased the price to $17. They didn't get his order right even though you stand in front of them and tell them what you want. Also got chips and guac. The chips were very salty. The ambiance was fine for a fast food place. Sad that in just a year this location went from 5 stars to 1. First off, the price went up to $10.15 plus tax for a chicken bowl. I would complain more about that but we all know how the economy is these days. I ordered my usual chicken bowl. Asked for extra brown rice, chicken, extra corn, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. Look at the picture I posted compared to the one from a year ago. How sad does it look? I ASKED HIM for extra rice and corn and he failed miserably. They didn't even have much product which is something I've noticed at multiple locations. When I got to the register to pay, there wasn't one, but TWO other customers complaining. One had placed a pickup order which he CLEARLY had the receipt for on his phone and the workers said they have it as a delivery. They didn't even really look at his phone and they were arguing. The second customer ordered food to her office and her friend did as well. Her complaint was that her friends order, which was wrong, went to her and a bag with her receipt for her order was in the bag but her order wasn't there. I had also asked for a water cup and had to ask twice cause of all of that going. It was all happening at the same time so I wasn't too mad when I had to ask again. But then I went to the drink machine to get my water and guess what? There was no ice in the machine. I love Chipotle but this trip was the WORST one I've had in a while. Hands down the worst Chipotle I've ever been to from a process and management standpoint. The food was surprisingly fine after the experience I had. I stood in line for over 30 minutes. The entire process at this location is broken. Clearly understaffed for the demand, disgustingly dirty, and the employees are not with the program. At one point the cashier left the register for at least 5 minutes. The kid scooping rice and meat had to ask a customer what meats were what and was painfully slow scooping. He also kept mixing up the bowls of the customers in line. Employees did not change out their gloves when touching other things and then went to touch food. Do yourself a huge favor and go to the other Chipotle in Burlington. read more

This is the first time that I've been to a Chipotle and it will be my last. It is too bad because I love healthy Mexican food. I got there at 9:30 PM so it was late, but they had 10 people in before me, 6 people that came in about the time I came in, and then there were 5 people that came in after me. They were out of all protein other than beans. Someone grilled up some chicken so that was your only choice. They were completely out of all rices, which didn't bother me because I personally don't like to add rice, but the person was going to fill my burrito bowl with a scoop of beans and a scoop of chicken so it was 1/4 full. They didn't ask me if I wanted anything else. I spoke up and said I wanted double black beans. They were out of salsa except for 1 scoop and when I asked if they had more in the back they said, "no." Supposedly they had a deal that if you sign up for their rewards and order more than $5 of food, you would get free chips and guac. I scanned my account when I paid $11 for the burrito bowl plus tax, but the offer didn't apply to the first time you order...this is false advertisement, which made me give them all of my information. I tried to download a photo of my receipt, to let management know, but their system wouldn't accept it and the website to contact management kicked me off, which is also why I'm going to rate them poorly. Also the tables weren't clean and both trash bins were overflowing. I placed an order for pick up, but the girl behind the main line with a pretty face and dark long hair lied and said they don't do carry out anymore. While I sat and ate, 5 people came and picked up their carry-out orders. I really felt like this place was awful and will soon go out of business. They were out of most meats. No pico. No white rice. 4 employees standing around in the back. No one making more food. 7 pm on a Friday night. Line to the door. They don't tell you until you order, they don't have half the items. What were the portion sizes you were giving out. Prep is part of your job. Do not recommend this location to anyone - worst service, serving sizes, and optionality of any Chipotle I've ever been to. To start, the girl serving rices, beans, and meats, gave the most abysmal portion sizes I've ever seen. She then proceeded to tell me they "don't have" fajita veggies at their location. The girl then working on toppings was beyond rude. She asked me what the person in front of me ordered and then was mad when I got confused and didn't know what he ordered. She then threw my burrito to the woman working the register - I mean literally threw it. Went there with my daughter for lunch on 12/28/2024. Well, the food didn't make me sick, but I really wonder how this place passes it health inspections. The place is an absolute pigsty. The floors look like they haven't been swept or mopped in weeks. The tables were all dirty, and the trash cans overflowing. I mad the mistake of going to use the restroom, it was disgusting! Toilet clogged, sink filthy, paper all over the floor. I turned around and got out as fast as I could. I don't know who the franchisee is of this location, but they ought to be ashamed of themselves and of the condition of this eatery. Wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. The food was not ready on time and they ran out of one item between the time I ordered it and when it was (eventually) ready. That's unfortunate, but stuff happens, not a big deal. However, when I asked how to get a refund for the missing item, two of the customer-facing employees said I had to complete an online survey to initiate and request a refund. I did the survey in the parking lot and reported the missing item in the survey and surprise: no refund. Head back into the restaurant where the manager now said, her employees used "the wrong words" and I had to call a 1-800 number to get my refund. Called from inside the restaurant and when I explained what happened and asked for the promised refund, was instead offered a store credit for my next order. Let me tell you, there will be no "next order". Aside from the general incompetence of the staff, while I was on hold I watched an employee compress an overfilled trashcan with his bare hand then simply return to work. In the 30 minutes it took me to get my order and refund, this same employee also kept putting his hand down his pants then interacting with food and customers. No wonder Chipotle has been linked to several foodborne outbreaks. This location is filthy. The employees are not helpful, flat out rude and have some of the worst hand hygiene I have ever seen. I would give this zero stars if I could but I'm giving it one. After waiting in line for over 45 minutes the worker put lettuce on my burrito that was dripping in water and soggy. She then picks up a piece of lettuce, looks me in the eye, and tells me that there is ice in my lettuce. She put this piece of lettuce back in my burrito and said, "it will give it a bit of crunch!" I was FURIOUS. The rice was undercooked and they barely gave me any guac. I do not have the kind of money to pay for Chipotle so when I do it is me TREATING MYSELF. I ordered a meal at Dorset street chipotle at 4:45 and did not receive the meal until 5:30. My original pick up time was 5:10 so it was fine they were 20 minutes late whatever but then I get into my car after waiting 45 minutes for this damn burrito. My girlfriends burritos label is on my burrito and she bites into it and almost throws up because it wasn't her order she spits the food all over my car and drools on my burrito. Then we switch burritos so we both have our original order and I start eating my burrito to find out there are multiple ingredients in it that I didn't order including peppers and beans and some type of sauce so they had to have gotten my order wrong because I hate beans and would never order peppers. If you ever want to eat at this chipotle NEVER! Order online because there is a 10% chance of their staff making your order correct. No thank you chipotle I will not be returning. read more

They couldn't staff a chipotle down the road so somehow this location popped up and now we have two chipotles that can't be staffed and will consistently take your online orders despite not being open. You won't find out they are closed until you try the door and realize you have been duped. This HAS to be an easy fix with management closing the online portal and yet without fail they can't manage this one task. read more

However I do feel as though the 2 customers ahead of me and myself would have loved to be noticed by the chatting and singing employees to the the music that was so loud we could hardly think.
