This is the second time that I have been there in the last month. The first time they were out of rice and pinto beans and had a small amount of chicken. So I walked out. My son picked up carry out tonight. I ordered a bowl with chicken and rice. It was only filled halfway and the rice was hard. Will never go to this location again. I'm not really certain what I want to say about this location but it's by far been the worst Chipotle experience I've ever had. Restaurants are supposed to be clean, inviting, with all options available, staffed appropriately and customer focused. I can't help but hold the owner of this location liable for the condition of this location as well as my experience today. If he or she had any pride it their investment they would surely be more involved to understand what's happening. I ordered a steak bowl and chips for my daughter and I to share. There were three people working the main line and one working door dash/pick-ups. No one was on the back line cooking fresh food or prepping anything additional. I asked for an extra bowl so I could split out food and didn't get one. There was no rice on the line. The line itself was filthy. The sour cream spoon had some sort of red sauce on it...salsa maybe? One employee, who may have been a manager was trying his best to stay on top of everything but either the crew was under-staffed or he was just over whelmed unable to actually manage. I asked for chips and a cup for water. Was given the cup but no chips. I had to grab one of the baskets by the register to actually split the food (remember I asked for an extra bowl when I started my order). All of the tables had some element of food on them. The garbage cans were all pretty full and the women's bathroom smelled like a boys locker room. I honestly have never eaten in this particular one. I typically go to the one in Mason which overall is a million times better than this location. I thought eating inside would be better than getting to go because it would be made fresh but I now wish I never saw the inside of where my door dash has historically came from. Sat in the chipotle pick up lane for 5 minutes while the kid working in there sat on his phone. Didn't get my order until another customer inside the store pointed out to him that there was someone at the window. He the continued to text on his phone while he walked to the window until he opened to ask for the name of of my order. read more

The best Chipotle around my only complaint is the parking but I can get over that The service is always friendly and quick. The steak is cooked perfect and tender not chewy at all. The toppings are always fresh and they are never out of anything. Which is why I love this location the best. The inside is very clean and roomy. read more

This place should be arrested for robbery because they take your money and give you barely any food in exchange. Don't EVER order online from here. I stood in the store watching them make online orders and it was pathetic. They barely put enough in there for a 1 year old. A sprinkle of rice, a couple pieces of meat, a measly amount of cheese and any other toppings you ask for. If you want queso or guacamole, which you pay extra for, save your money - it's a complete rip off for the tiny little dollops they dish up. I watched them make a bowl that had ordered virtually every topping and it was not even close to being filled to the top of the bowl. Maybe barely half way filled - with all the toppings (supposedly!). The place is dirty, food bins are always down to the bare minimum with crusty looking stuff in them. They act like you're asking them to take money out of their own bank account for extra of anything (to get it even remotely close to what should be a standard serving) or for them to actually grab fresh ingredients instead of taking those last few pieces of brown lettuce frozen to the side of the pan. It's an experience that leaves you wondering why you'd ever give them your business again. If you work in customer service but hate serving the customer you need to pick a new line of work. The dudes that work there are rude and complain about no one doing their job, while they do a terrible job at theirs. I mean these issues are not unique to this Chipotle location but this one is a shining example of those that rip you off while being a jerk to you in the process. read more

Tough hours, low wages, difficult customers, etc. That being said, this is quite possibly the least functional Chipotle in the state, and it just doesn't seem to be getting any better. Random hours of operation & last minute closures. Random online ordering availability. Random portion sizes. The one thing that you hope for from a large chain is consistency. However, the Food was cold and order was not consistent with other locations, rice was under cooked, steak was chewy gristle. Had to keep pulling large cilantro stems out of the bowl. I just got the Al Pastor chicken burrito (DoorDashed from this location) and it was absolutely fantastic!! This store always does a great job, so the fact that this time was so excellent is really impressive. The chicken was flavorful, the burrito was wrapped tightly, and all the fillings were distributed evenly. Lots of Chipotles get a bad reputation, but this is not one of them. read more

My husband asked for a small scoop of rice because he was eating his burrito in the car. They didn't even listen to us and respect our orders- they were rude. One of the first restaurants with a drive-thru pick-up window. You can't drive up and order, but you can order on the app and pick it up at the window. Or you can order it on the app and park in the three spots out front and a Chipotle person will bring it to the car for you. Or you can walk in and order and eat in the restaurant or get it to go. Unless you want a quesadilla, you HAVE to order it on the app. So, we went to the restaurant and when we ordered, the fella at the counter tells us we can only order quesadillas on the app. We finished my order and my wife ordered her quesadilla on the app from the line in the restaurant. Of course, my food was made to order, and we had to wait for her quesadilla to be prepared in the order it was received. So, Chipotle, how about let us order off the same menu whether we're on the floor or in the car? If you're dead set on making it app-only, how about a bit of common sense and make the quesadilla for the lady in the lobby, rather than putting her in the 20-minute que for the quesadilla? I ordered my meal - and all that was in the bowl was rice, chicken and sour cream (they forgot fajitas vegetables, tomato salsa, corn salsa and lettuce - so basically half the bowl). I wrote a strongly worded email to them letting them know of the mistake. They sent me a coupon for a free drink. What a joke!!! Avoid the Chipotle at this location at all costs!! It's back to not being good again. Their opening was very rough but after a few months it became tolerable. Past few visits were not good and last night was the last draw. Oddly enough as we walked in two folks eating outside warned us it wasn't good. Went inside and they were out of chips, fajita veggies, and gauc. We left for good. I managed a Penn Station at Kings Auto Mall #9 in the USA overall rankings and this store is in need of some serious customer service training. It was great when first opened but now it's a bunch of Generation Z's that don't seem to be able to communicate well. How hard is it to put chicken and rice in a bowl when the ticket says chicken and rice ONLY! Hold up to the window and the kid said we don't have your order what time was it placed four and I said 8:10 PM, he replied we're still on the 6 PM's so yours is going to be an hour or so wait. My quesadilla was small compared to other locations, my bowl was TINY when I had asked for extra chicken. I paid 11 dollars for a bowl I thought I'd get two meals out of, and ended getting only one.
