My burrito bowl was cold, contained ingredients I did not order, and only had about 1/4 of a normal portion of meat. Employees were not helpful or friendly. I came in to pick up my order, and instead of putting the orders on the order pickup shelf, the employees put them behind the counter where they were not visible. My order was probably ready 10+ minutes before I picked it up, but nobody called out my name or displayed the order, and the app didn't tell me the status. There were other confused people waiting with me to pick up their orders. Honestly, all the chipotles have gone to the gutter in the past 5 years. I came in and the hand sanitizer at the beginning of the line had only a few drops left in it. I know this is a relatively small thing, but this has been the norm at Chipotle for years. Why have them if you're not going to refill it regularly? I understand things happen and certainly wouldn't complain if this was an occasional occurrence, but it is almost every time. The ordering went fine other than a little trouble hearing, but I think there was a language barrier as well which I'm understanding of. The rice portions seemed smaller than usual. The root beer was out of syrup and I politely asked for them to refill it, I went to the restroom and was gone for at least five minutes, I came back and they had not fixed it. There were 2 of us. We stood in line for probably 5 minutes. There was only 1 person ahead of us. The girl who started our order pushed our food over, you know like Chipotle does. And there were at least 4 other employees nearby but none of them came over to finish our orders. One of them kept wiping down the counters. One of them kept talking to the employee chopping at the meat station. Another employee stood at the phone ahead or pickup station. Not sure that's the right term. But even though she wasn't doing anything, she stayed where she was. The other employee checked the temperature of the food and then walked away. Of all the chipotles, this one is by far the worst. I could talk about it being dirty or how the food is cold and the portions are tiny, but the worst part by far are the people working there. It seems like they hate you just for walking in the door. You are met by hostility and rudeness. I would comment about the food but I was unable to get any. I placed an order for pickup and I arrived 5 mins before my pickup time. When I went to the door there was a note that said they decided to close early. The staff was all inside shutting down the place. I knocked on the door and they looked up but decided to pretend they couldn't hear me. For whatever reason, this location really struggles with timeliness, order accuracy, cleanliness, and fulfilling online orders. At least alerting Chipotle HQ through the app about the big problems I've encountered resulted in refunds. There are other, much better Chipotle locations near here. Friends, there are Chipotle's out there that are firing on all cylinders, and then there are those that...aren't. This one is just not it. Have had multiple times where our to-go order was incorrect in some way. Can usually count on the order to be delayed beyond pick up time. Was recently looked at like I was crazy for standing and waiting for my order at the register when it wasn't waiting on the unused pick-up shelf. Have been to this one a few times now, and I'll do my best to order elsewhere for a meal on the way home from work. I think out of the 4 times I've gone here, I've only actually gotten food one time. And the one time it took a very long time to get the food. I'll cut them a little slack for that one since it was during the pandemic and they seemed very understaffed, just unable to handle the crowd. 3 other times were just attempts and I left without food. Their store hours are posted as open until 10pm, but I don't think I've ever actually seen them close at 10 it's always earlier. That would be fine except that does not sync up with online ordering so every single night people order food thinking they can pick it up, only to find the restaurant closed and then have to try and figure out how to refund themselves. I pulled up having placed an order at 7:50pm, they were closed. Employees ignore the irritated people outside who placed orders to find out they're closed. I sat outside for 15 minutes in my car, I probably saw at least 10 people come up to get their orders and find the doors locked. That means every night they make like at least 20 to 30 people mad by simply not being open. Impressive. After reading several of the reviews on here, I'm not sure if a manager even exists here, and I'm not sure if it's even safe to eat here, or if the staff even cares much about sanitization. Maybe someone will get sick, and theyll get shut down. Avoid this place. read more
