First time going to this Chipotle, and I could just say it's a mess. The line was long, and you could tell there weren't enough workers. They were really backed up on having the food out. When I ordered my food, I asked for beans and got told there wasn't any until someone in the back brought out a tiny bowl. When the girl wrapped my burrito, tell me why she stuck her whole fingers as she curled the burrito up. I understand they have gloves, but it's not pleasant to see someone's fingers getting covered with the sauce inside the burrito. Not only that, but the table where they make burritos and the bowls was also covered with food being spilled from other orders, and you could clearly see that there was food from the table touching my food. This is the absolute WORST Chipotle I've ever been to. Tables were filthy, but the worker was more worried about people not wearing a mask. 2 coke dispensers and they are both empty. No coke to refill and still too busy with masks. If they can't keep the drinks stocked and the tables clean not much else matters. I'm not sure what is going on at this location, new management? Just terrible, simply terrible. 1. The cleanliness has gone, this restaurant's appearance made me want to turn around and walk out, I'm fortunately I stayed and made a purchase. 2. The portion size was disappointing to say the least. Not sure what else to say about that. The prices on everything are increasing all around us. But we still pay for items and we expect them to be what they're supposed to be. 3. The "host" working the register found it more important to have a full conversation with another customer. That was after the customer had paid for and received his order and was otherwise done. I almost said "excuse me" to the so called host, as my burrito bowl was done and sitting on the counter. Do not eat here at opening. They definitely save the food from the night prior. The guacamole was brown and the food tasted off, was not fresh, sort of a dish water type taste. I got it to go on my lunch hour so I couldn't even return the meal. 2 of my co workers ordered as well. The 3 of us are now in so much stomach pain and feeling nauseas. I usually love chipotle and haven't had any issues. After reading the reddit reviews from chipotle managers online, it is confirmed that they keep their food overnight. I have been coming year for about 5 years now. It was always busy and clean. Not sure what has happened but the last three times I have eaten here I have left a little grossed out and frustrated. One person taking , filling and checking out patrons. What?! I watched the girl cooking steak in the back actually take meat and eat it as she was packing it up after she cut it up. Yes, with her gloved hands. Yum...not. Every table is dirty always now. You have to wipe it yourself or ask as your paying g for someone to clean it...faster and cleaner if you wipe yourself. Seriously!! The floors out in dinning room look like they have not been cleaned in months. Food all over...Then the bathroom.....It has NEVER been this disgusting smelly and clumps of dirt like stuff throughout the bathroom and the door lock was broken. I could go on but you get the jist.....I would hope that management takes a look at this review and tries to pull this place back to its former glory. Everything was fresh and appetizing. The associate offered us a taste of the pollo asada when we asked what it was as it's a newer option. Was out working with my coworker and so I was very happy when he suggested Chipotle. I knew the Sofritas would be acceptable in my vegan diet and very tasty. Everything was fresh and the place was very clean. The girl making our burrito was very friendly and we were happy with our service. I was mentioning to my coworker how I was surprised that it was not very busy, 5 minutes later the line was to the door. I included, along with the Sofritas, white rice, black beans, corn, lettuce, salsa and other great veggies to my bowl. I ordered the chips and they are really salty but still delicious. This place is pretty bad, service is slow, they never have food available, and online orders take forever. I once had to wait 20 minutes past my order time to get my food, at that point I had to walk up and just waited in line before I got my food and they told me they could not cancel my order and I'd pay double. Recently I went again to try it out and the food quality was awful. i always go to chipotle in different places by my work and I love it! An update to this location only from Friday, August 10. I had not gotten around to writing this, but discussing with my son this weekend I thought I should. We went in for lunch, the place was not overly crowded and there were 8 employees behind the bar fixing orders. My son only wanted meat and salsa on his burrito, but the staff couldn't figure out what was going on with it. Also two of the people there was having a full on conversation and ignoring him until I caught up to him and then one of the other employees used his wrapped burrito pretending to make a phone call with it putting it up to there ear and then laughed about it. WHAT THE....!!!!!!!! Is there a punch line waiting for this place..."hey how many Chipotle employees does it take to make a burrito...?" I did not make this an issue because my son, gets embarrassed easily and I didn't want to offend him. After we left he just told me that he doesn't want to go back to this one again and we could go to the other ones in SCV. Up to you if you want a dinner and a show, but that is not what I paid for at my lunch. read more

Went to this chipotle location for the first time yesterday. Food was good, service was bad. The line of workers behind the glass had no emotion like they were robots. Not welcoming at all. Then the cashier charged for rice and beans that I wanted on the side instead of in my bowl. The cashier was not nice and welcoming one bit and I think she might've been the manager. Our usuals are: Him a steak burrito and myself a chicken burrito in a bowl, hold the beans. They usually have about 6 or 7 people running the line, so it goes pretty quick. Speed was not the issue. My issue was their serving size and customer service. I use to love Chipotle because I could walk out of there with 2 hefty, infant-sized burritos for about 13 bucks. These days, I have to rummage around in my bowl for any signs of meat. They serve it with a very light hand. Now, I'm not asking for a huge, meat filled burrito, but how about not having to dig around for it? And I know I can be picky, by not wanting beans. But please, don't roll your eyes when I ask for more rice or grilled veggies instead. In general, they have good food... But maybe it's the service and the new portions of meat they give you. Maybe I should be grateful that you're not aiding in my weight gain, but come on. Give me more meat. And seriously, if I'm paying extra for guacamole, you better give more than one tablespoon worth. read more

They screwed up our order and the two young ladies serving the food, instead of being helpful, were huffing and rolling their eyes like annoyed teenagers.
