I had a terrible experience at the West Hartford Chipotle. I placed a pickup order for 7:30 PM, but when I arrived, my order had been picked up by someone else. I was waiting in line and kept getting skipped over by the staff, and when I asked to speak to the manager, she rudely informed me she was on her break and couldn't be bothered to help. The staff was extremely unprofessional, the restaurant was a complete mess, and I ended up waiting until 8:05 PM before anything was resolved. I will never return to this location, and I strongly advise others to avoid it. Absolutely unacceptable service. I want a refund for the poor experience and wasted time. read more

Food was very bland and processed. It is obvious nothing is made fresh at Mo's and there are no authentic Mexican chefs overseeing the cooking. The staff was harried and inexperienced. A big deciding factor for me at any Mexican restaurant is the guacomole, and this one was not that great. Very bland to say the least. I might give it one more chance once they have been open for a while longer, but if the food and service aren't improved that will be the last time there for me. read more

Went again cause i was in the area and decided to try it again, Ordered the Chicken and got a Steak burrito. So i figured id try it again since i love steak and couldnt imagine it being bad a second time. I was wrong. The steak was so chewy i couldnt even finish it. And the chips are just not good. Do not come to this chipotle. Server with a goatee is a complete jerk and gives you probably 1/3 of what you pay for. It's chipotle - rationing off portions towards customers isn't helping out the billion dollar corporation. If I was chipotle - figure it out with this guy or replace him with one of your servers. The food itself is very good, but it is disappointing that there is such a limited choice of sauces. Only a few varieties of Tobasco, which is not even actually Mexican. Authentic restaurant-made salsas (like at Moe's) would be great, but even a variety of good bottled Mexican sauces would be a huge improvement. read more

I tried different locations in the area and honestly I'd prefer this one better than other ones like the one in berlin turnpike or the one right across the mall. I usually go the one right across the mall and yesterday was the first time I stopped by the west Hartford center located place. Service was fast even though the place was pretty busy, that's a plus.
