This was, without question, the worst Chipotle experience we've ever had. We placed a mobile order for chips and guacamole (and 4 entries) because we wanted to save time. Instead, we stood in the restaurant while at least five walk-in customers ordered and received their food before our prepaid order was ready. So much for the convenience of ordering ahead. The restaurant itself was dirty, with unclean tables and a dining room that looked like it hadn't been maintained for a while. We finally got our order and drove home, only to discover the chips we paid for were missing. We tried contacting Chipotle customer support, but couldn't get through to a person. The AI assistant simply told us we weren't eligible for a refund, despite the fact that we never received the item we paid for. At that point, we had no choice but to drive another 10 minutes back to the restaurant just to pick up the missing chips. Meanwhile, the rest of our meal was sitting at home getting cold. Think about that for a second: we paid in advance, waited longer than customers who ordered after us, received an incomplete order, couldn't get help from customer service, had to make a second trip to the restaurant, and ended up eating cold food because of mistakes that weren't ours. This location needs serious improvement, and Chipotle needs to stop hiding behind an AI chatbot when customers have legitimate problems. We paid for convenience and received the exact opposite (and some stale tortillas, too). read more

This is my 3rd or 4th time ordering from here because it's a convenience for me and I expect a different outcome. I'm disappointed every time. i knew the minute I picked up the bowl that it didn't have double portion, after eating at chipotle more than a few times you know how heavy a bowl usually is. I paid for double chicken and barely got a normal portion. This is ridiculous, the location off Cal Oaks is the best and always has been. Today I placed my first order through the Chipotle app. When I arrived to pick it up, the employee at the window could not find my order. She called over a manager, who also initially said there was no order under my name and told me to call customer service even though my card had been charged and I had a confirmation email with an order number. The manager was a younger kid and was very unprofessional. After checking again, he finally located the order, but the way it was handled was embarrassing. It made me feel like I was asking for free food, and no apology was offered for the confusion. My wife visited this Chipotle today and a man brought in his large pit bull. She stated the dog was clearly not a service dog. My wife said to the man this dog better not bite me.Than man jokingly said he won't. My wife said I am serious and that is when the man pulled back the dog. This establishment does not enforce people bringing in non service animals. My wife stated that she looked at the young lady behind the counter and surprisingly she did not say a word to the man. Really I would rate this one a 2.5 ish. Not a bad place but the service could have been more friendly and efficient. The new is very nice though and still since it's new. The ambiance is Chipotle but a little more modern. The cool thing about this one though is the digital order drive through. It's the first one I've seen that has it. Just order on the app, drive through and pick it up. The food was good and good sized quantities but a little over priced. However this is California so I get. That's it for this review. If I could give a zero stars I would. There was no one in the restaurant. It was dead. I ordered a double meat bowl and the carnitas were great but the brisket was cold. I went back to the counter to let them know and the employee, Mia, tasted the brisket in front of me and said no, it's hot it's because of the sour cream it's cold. She did not offer to get me a new bowl or new meat. I asked for my money back. It appeared that the manager or lead came over to credit me my money and when I told her what happened she ignored me and just continued with my credit being very condescending. When I asked her name she said she would rather not tell me. So not only was the food horrible but the customer service was even worse. Chipotle you use to have great food and great customer service. I go here almost once a week because it's all my daughter eats. The reviews say they don't give enough portions. I do not agree with that. I can feed a family of 3 with just 1 bowl here and a couple tortillas. Everything is fresh when ever I go and I'm assuming because I go from 10:30am-6pm the latest. I wouldn't go to Chipotle after 6pm only because you don't know if the food is fresh. I went one time at 8pm and walked out because I knew it wasn't fresh. So be picky! All three times I placed an order online and went in at the time they promise it will be ready and I stand there and watch several people walk in. Wait in line have their food made and sit down and start eating before I get my order. I gave this new location a couple tries considering they are newly open but at this point I feel like it's my due diligence to share. This is now the second time we ordered and received the same type of less than acceptable ingredients. First of all there was no chicken on my son's build your own taco kids meal. Secondly there were 5 pieces of chicken in my chicken bowl. Yes, 5. I was able to count. My husband's burrito had two pieces that he was able to locate. The first experience was almost exactly the same except the carnitas were not even edible. Same situation with the chicken, sparse. I'm not one to publicly criticize as I understand the impact a bad review can have on a business. So I am hoping this helps management make the necessary changes to be successful. Decided to try out the new location on Clinton Keith and huge disappointment. $30 for 3 tacos and burrito with extra meat. Husband only gets meat & cheese and it ends up Looking like a taquito if you don't up the meat. Our meat was so dry and tasteless & tasted d even though it was almost 5pm. I've never experienced this terrible food from chipotle so I responded to the email to rate my experience. I responded and provided proof of my purchase but never heard back. I really hope you like rice because that's what you're gonna get a "rice bowl" unless you pay for "double" meat. I'm serious when I say you get two huge scoops of rice and one small scoop of meat.
