This location recently opened it is a very clean and wifi friendly place to eat. The seating is amazing and it offers you the option of eating out on the patio, very nice to grab a bite to eat for dinner and enjoy under the stars. I am not much of a meat eater so getting the soy option was perfect, having tofu on the menu is always a plus. I purchased the sofrita burrito bowl the first time and the sofrita burrito the second and each time it was delicious. The ingredients were fresh and delicious and the colors were very bold and inviting. I was pleased with the servers as they were patient when making my selections. I purchased the tortilla chips with queso which was delicious and a little mild for my taste especially since I like my food spicy, but it served its purpose. Unfortunately, the second time, they were out of queso which was NO GOOD. You should NEVER run out of ANYTHING. I would like to mention that the staff was friendly, patient, and clean which was appreciated and made the food more appetizing. I was "excused" to order at 9:20am, and when I got to the front there were barely any options to choose from. I understand if your closing then the customer is subjected to limited options. The orders were really messed up our catering order. When we called for a refund, we were told to take the food back! Unfortunately we didn't have time to take the food back as we received it really late! The order was missing at least a few items on each persons order and some of the orders had wrong ingredients. At first I figured it was so messy because it was a line of customers forming. But when I looked in the back part of the kitchen, onions were all over those counters as well. This Chipotle is the absolute WORST in the entire chain. Of all the locations I've lived near, never has any been this slow, dirty, and unorganized. There is ALWAYS a line, they are ALWAYS out of something, and the staff is ALWAYS falling over each other and slow. I keep giving it another chance because the next closest Chipotle is in Jenkintown, which is another 15 minutes away, but after last night I am done. Twice while waiting on the slow-moving line, when it became my turn to order, I was told to wait so the three staff members could fill out online orders. So last night, I figured I would do an online order and pick up on the shelf. My order was supposed to be ready at 7:00p, and I waited behind three other people waiting for their online orders until 7:35. A delivery service came in and cut the line, and they helped him first, lost a woman's order, told another person that their order "did not print out," and after I asked three times for mine, it seemed to appear out of nowhere in a soggy wet bag with black bean juice all over it. When I called the restaurant to report the problem, the "manager" said that her restaurant is so busy that they make frequent mistakes on orders and there's nothing she can do to help me.
