We ordered shrimp fried rice and asked for a "chicken and veggie dish". They were both delicious and did not have a negative effect on my mom who is salt sensitive. A bit out of the way for me and unfortunately they don't deliver to my neighborhood. However, the past two pickups went by very smoothly after it seems they've upgraded their fulfillment system. Let me tell you I DONT eat Chinese simply because I feel the restaurants are dirty. So I know this place is newer and gave it a chance..do not regret it one bit! Came in like 30 mins before closing and still received good service with fresh food! The lady at the front was so nice I believe she is the owner, she brought our take out order out from around the counter with a smile! Service was good but food wasn't great. Two family members had upset stomach over night. Seemed like we were served with old chicken and beef meat before closing time and dumped all the teriyaki sauce and rice over ti complete the combo meal. The last two times I have been there they have given me white rice instead of the fried rice I ordered with my entree. I also had their spring rolls which I don't believe were fresh cause the inside was mushy but they weren't too bad. Read the other Yelp reviews, and we decided that we needed to try this place. Considering we just moved here (back here after 6 years) this place is new. Obviously, as they opened in March this year. I have to say, the menu is limited for a"Chinese "restaurant, but I like to think that is because they put more into the quality of the food when there is less to cook. We like sitting over our laundry basket to use as a table until our stuff gets here from Hawaii. The chicken was amazing! Just right on flavor, and was a large portion. Enough for two of us, though that was for me! The teriyaki was enjoyed also, flavored well, cooked just right. Shrimp was not overcooked, nor was the chicken or beef. Came with rice and veggies. The ragoon, definitely "filled" up, unlike other places. Was worth it. People started calling and showing up as we waited. The poor girl at the front is also the flat top cook, so she was busy busy busy! But she balanced it all, and personally walked our to go order it to us by the couch. Chiyoshi is another story of your regular chinese take out. I would like to say, when I found a hard time to find the restaurant and call the lady about it, she actually really help me to find the restaurant with ease! She even called me back saying that she saw me already, how nice? Not to mention she is in the middle of busy day working on another order from customer. That's a plus point from me. Food, okay, I only order fried chicken wings, donuts, lo mein, crispy beef, lo mein again, fried rice, mapo tofu, lo mein again and sometimes crispy noodle and I can tell that their advertising of free MSG is real. I have no after taste about the annoying MSG. I like how the cook fried rice and lo mein, some people might find it's not as flavorful as other restaurant due to non MSG but for me, I prefer my food free off of unhealthy thing. Mapo tofu is not my favorite and also crispy beef is tasty and crispy just like its name but It was just too sweet for me. So why I gave 4 stars? because I am a fan! I keep coming back and also if you order delivery, they always came faster than the timing they give you on the website and food is still piping hot! Delivery guy is always nice and friendly, so far I've been seeing 2 different guys out of few times ordering.
