I recently found this place, and after a few good pedicures, I trusted Naomi to do my nails. I have had bad experiences with gel nails making my nails weak, and also times where the gels didn't last very long. I am extremely impressed with the job she did. Clean, quiet little place with friendly staff. They did a really great pedicure. They accept Venmo which can be really helpful at times.

I got a gel mani/ pedi. My daughter got a mani/ pedi, with a holiday design. Naomi was great. Made us laugh from beginning to end and did a wonderful job. My nails were terrible, i bite them so I was worried nobody would be able to do a decent job. Naomi did great, and the lady who did my pedi was also great. We will be coming back. Had a beautiful classic pedi recently on the recommendation of my mom (new to the area). Owner and staff are following COVID protocols regarding separation and hygiene, as were the clients I saw. The atmosphere is friendly and professional. I'm returning soon to get a naked manicure that promises to improve the health and appearance of nails. Note also that you can tell they also adhere to sanitary practices for sterilization of their tools and accessories. I may become a regular customer to treat myself if the manicure turns out well. I scheduled a birthday pedicure at this salon based on the reviews. I was not greeted when I walked in, but was simply told, "Pick a color." I was seated directly next to a client who talked nonstop at a stunningly loud volume for 20 minutes to the woman doing my pedicure and the woman doing hers. Worst, however, was that my nail technician grabbed and pulled the cuticle on the side of my big toe, tearing it with the cuticle cutters; I gasped and said, "Stop!" She seemed unphased. When she got to the other big toe, I stated firmly, "You can trim but do *not* pull my cuticle." She complied but never said anything like, "I'm sorry I hurt you." Tonight, five hours later, the toe nail bed is red and sore. It stung when I put rubbing alcohol on it to disinfect it. I will never return to this salon. read more

Love this place! I am so picky about where I get my nails and toes done especially because my nails are brittle and my heels are very dry. Naomi is so gentle with my nails and they always make my feet look amazing and hydrated. Very personable and clean place. And it never smells like chemicals. I won't be going anywhere else anymore. I go to school in the city and have been seeking a good nail salon and I have finally found it! It was super simple to make the appointment online. I got the luminary gel nail. I was getting a refill, because I had previously gotten the ibd hard gel. She said they no longer used the ibd gel, instead they use luminary gel which is stronger. They are holding up very well and I am impressed. They were able to take me right away and the staff was incredibly kind. Above all, as a college student, the prices were reasonable. I will definitely be back in three weeks to get another refill!!!! read more

Staff nor customers were wearing masks. No social distancing practices. All the drill bits looked like they weren't cleaned in months and the files were reused. Nothing is sanitized between clients. Girl who did my nails was rushing because they had like 6 customers and only 3 employees. How do you make customers wait an hour if you're an appointment only salon? I've had people rush, but not this bad. My nails turned out so uneven and nothing like the picture. There is polish on my skin on some nails or my skin was cut. I booked a design for my appointment too, but didn't get one. I was too afraid to ask since they were so busy, and seeing how ugly they made my nails, I didn't even want a design from them. I could've gotten a better job done at a cheap place in the city for half of what I paid. Also all the employees were talking shit in Vietnamese. They were being so nice and sweet in English, but so rude in Viet. They didn't think a mỹ trắng could understand/speak Viet i guess, but tôi đang bực I'm never coming anywhere near this place again... awful read more

I went to Chloe on today to request a mani pedi. There were two women getting their nails done with two workers serving each woman. After I asked for service, one worker said "We don't have time," I thought to myself, how awful was her response. She never said call to make an appointment or we are booked to capacity...just "We don't have time." I don't want to think this happened because I'm an African American woman, but the customer service was below acceptable. Honestly, the BEST pedicure I've ever had! The salon was clean and the friendly staff was very patient as I kept changing my mind as to my chosen nail polish color. Naomi did my nails with such skill. From the leg and foot scrub to her expert leg and foot massage, I felt pampered my entire visit. She also took such care as to put a perfect coat of polish on my nails. She checked her work and made modifications when necessary. This is definitely going to be my go-to mani-pedi salon from now on! read more

Completely overcharged me!! Paid $70 for a new set??? I got a gel acrylic new set and was charged $70, which I have never been charged that much for a new set before. She charged for length and shape and randomly added costs. I got a simple acrylic set, no design and it took about 45 minutes for her to complete. This should have been $50 at most. read more

I love doing my nails but infrequently because, 1) They often weaken after doing and it and 2) having moved from Queens, NYC to The Mainline, OUCH- the prices in the area are absurd and for half of the included stuff I used to get (back massages, foot massages, etc...) I thought this might be an exception based on the reviews and the tidiness of the place, but the service I got was subpar. $45 for mani/pedi?! Without tip- You can buy a pair of shoes that last longer or at least two nice shirts with that money. I called to ask if I could come in and was told yes, if I could get there in 10 mins. I was making my way from work and made it there within 15 because everytime I've been told "10 mins" at a nail salon, I waited at least 20! So, I get there and the owner somewhat scolds me for not being there on time, rushes me to pick a nail color even though I say "Please, I am trying to select one. I just have a hard time when pressured" , and asks if she could do my manicure as well as pedicure at the same time which I despise and misunderstood as just her doing my manicure and not the woman who would be treating my feet. I am trying my best to make small talk to gather whether this might be a one time instance, hassled and rushed. She proceeds to call clients on speakerphone in front of me, particularly one woman who she spoke of as an Elite and demanding person, and , albeit half jokingly, asked her "Why are you late?!" when the woman's appointment was 3:30 (not at 3, hence the extreme rush to take care of me), and then called other clients on speakerphone while doing my nails all while I am trying to have a relaxing time. I go to salons so I can take a load off and have a break from regular life. I don't want people being embarrassed on the phone in front of me while I am being treated to these services! The only reason I am adding three stars is because the place is clean, doesn't use chemicals, and the woman who did my pedicure was gentle and sweet and it came out alright. Otherwise, I am definitely not returning , especially after when the Elite Lady she called earlier walked in the door and both women completely forgot about me nor bothered to say thank you when I tipped them nor bothered to say goodbye when I left. It was the rudest experience I have had thus far at a nail salon. read more

There are so many nail salons around, it's easy to pop into any of them for a walk-in in between errands. But over time, I found myself coming back here time and again because Naomi and Anna are so good at what they do. They have a great eye for what colors go well with cool/warm skin tones. They also have high quality products and my manicures always look great and last a week or more. I used to think that a manicure was a waste of money for me because the polish would chip or peel after a few days. Not anymore! They also offer a gel manicure which lasts even longer. They don't do acrylic nails anymore, so gone are the days of inhaling fumes from other people getting their acrylic nails done next to you. My lungs are so happy. My back is happy too from the massage chair. The space is airy, clean, and spacious but also feels relaxed and intimate at the same time. It's a great little gem! read more
