The store is nice and bright lots of class and baked goodness all around. If you're coming in to get a bunt cake big or small for an occasion, they have cards and balloons. If you join their rewards program on your first visit you get a buy one get one. So, I got 2 for the price of 1 on first visit and the send out coupons too!!! Right when I walked in the door I received a warm hello and was asked if I was part of their rewards program.

Based on looks, I would say that's pretty accurate. Like most of the other cookies I've had from Crumbl it's thinner at the periphery, but towards the center it's dense, thick, and chewy. The flavor of the actual cookie is primarily a combination of butter, vanilla, and sugar. Initially I wasn't getting any OREO flavor, but eventually I found it. There are pockets of OREO baked into the cookie and when encountered, they lend a welcoming chocolate flavor that helps balance out the buttery vanilla flavor and sweetness of the rest of the cookie. Combined with the creamy vanilla frosting, I did get OREO milkshake vibes. Lastly is the mini-OREO gracing the top center of the cookie. It's 100% for aesthetics as it really only impacts a single bite. Personally, I think I would have preferred if Crumbl added crushed up OREO pieces to the entire surface instead of just one mini-OREO, but that's just me.
