Cute little shop. Seller was very friendly and polite. It seemed like my hubby ordered the entire store.. and she had the patience for it! Well if you want to sample some small batch high-end European style chocolates, you really have to check out Chocolate Wave if you're ever in the vicinity of downtown Rehoboth Beach. Needless to say, every single piece of their chocolate pretzels, fruit clusters, truffles, bon-bons, chocolate bark, and chocolate bars are handcrafted on site. We bought a bag of chocolate covered malted milk balls, a fantastic chocolate bar with pistachio nuts, and six assorted clusters for $26. So far, we've only tried the pistachio bar, but I gotta tell ya, it was magnificent - with fantastic chocolate flavor capped with a crunchy dusting of pistachios. Now we can't wait to try the rest. Chocolate Wave doesn't have a website, but they do have a Facebook page with gorgeous photos. So glad we stopped to check out this independent chocolate shop during our trip to Rehoboth Beach last week! Upon entering the store the divine smell of chocolate hits you. The friendly owner was behind the counter and let us know that everything is made by her on the premises. The free samples sold us though- delicious, rich, smooth chocolate but not overly sugary or sweet. It was hard to decide on what to get but we ended up with a mixed boxed of various truffles (for us) and a few bars of the chocolate bark (for gifts). There are endless varieties of the bark available which is unique and fun. This place is miles above Candy Kitchen or Dolles. Support local, shop small, treat yo'self, and definitely give this place a visit next time you're in Rehoboth! read more

She went further by adding the bride and grooms initials to several pieces of the chocolate. She individually boxed the pieces for us and had them ready to go on the agreed upon date and time, and on budget. The chocolate was DELICIOUS and we received many many compliments. If you're out to eat a pound or so of sugar that is mildly reminiscent of chocolate, this isn't the place for you. If you like really good chocolate that is smooth, flavorful, well and freshly made, this is the place to go. The white chocolate-covered pretzels are excellent and the dark chocolate cranberry walnut clusters are phenomenally good. They are my favorite. I had the fudge sample. New chocolate store in Rehoboth Beach, on 1st Street, just a couple doors down from Rehoboth Ave. on north side. They make small batch chocolate which is supreme. The dark chocolate is 60% cocoa and to die for. We got dark chocolate bark with salted caramel drizzle - a-mazing! Also chocolate fudge (they only make small batch chocolate fudge), which was perfection. Highly recommend if you are visiting Rehoboth Beach, especially as ibach's closed. read more

Excellent chocolate! I was at a small event at a campsite in Rehobeth, and there was a Chocolate Wave stand. The guy was very nice, he let us sample the chocolate with a glove, to keep it sanitary. The chocolate itself was glorious! I have never eaten a better chocolate. Knowing the chocolate was homemade, I was quite nervous to see the prices, however they were pretty reasonable. One chocolate bark bar sprinkled with pink salt was 8$ USD. I wanted to buy a milk chocolate bark, but it was slightly melted. The guy let me have it for 6$ USD.
