The customer service staff was very unhelpful and said that their company is not affiliated with any of those advertising sites listed above, therefore nothing can be done. I find that laughable and uneducated, and the business practice is irresponsible and scam-like. Those above sites are nationwide companies that offer free of use for advertising, whereas Zipcar is also a nationwide company who takes that advantage to advertise yet does not keep the consistency of what they're advertising, but just to cheat money off customers. What a shame. I wasted two days waiting to be approved and $25 for an application that was useless and misled to begin with. What upsets me the most is that the company does not want to take any responsibility for their lack of keeping the most updated and corrected info for their customers. AVOID! SCAM! Isn't it a scam that your company does not want to be responsible of what's being put out there.. especially for such a renowned site like Google Map?

If we wanted a refund (duh), we had up to 90 days to request one in writing. 90 days later, 180 days later, over 365 days later...no refund. At the end of their email they said they're going to take time and focus on their families. I was out over $550.00, and although my bank initially reversed the charges, they could not credit me because the owners did not file bankruptcy. Total scam.

I talked with Rick and he alerted me about a website glitch that allowed me to get a discounted rate but they would honor. He was extremely helpful and I got my questions answered. I got picked up on Friday, May 28th by an agent who recently moved here from OK (sorry, bad with names). He got me checked out quickly and I was on my way. Today, June 1st, I got checked in quickly and was offered a ride home by the assistant branch mgr. Again, very friendly and efficient. Enterprise showed up late to the drop off location and with another car that was much smaller than I am able to drive due to my height and back issues. Jimmy acted like because they were busy that permitted him to rent out the vehicle I specifically called and requested. No option was provided for me to make payment to solidify my exact reservation. The branch manager Jake then chimes in on the conversation stating that no specific car make or model could be guaranteed which is completely understandable, but this was never disclosed to me to any capacity by Jimmy beforehand. Enterprise dropped the ball big time and had to call around to other locations to find me a comparable vehicle which took an additional hour plus out of my schedule/travel time of my day. I would think twice and reconsider before renting from this specific location. I am loyal to Enterprise for my rental needs, but not loyal to inconsistencies with business practices in what is conveyed to customers versus what actually is company policy.
