I found this place on Yelp and read the reviews before deciding to come here for a full fluid change on my car--and I wasn't disappointed! They offer great service at a competitive price compared to other auto repair shops. The team knows exactly what they're doing and is open to discussing and negotiating if needed. Be sure to book in advance and plan for a few hours, as they stay busy! Kevin is super helpful and can provide any information you need. I'll definitely be coming back!

Took my 91' Dodge pick up in for an alignment. The service technician was very communicative and did an awesome job.

Tempe Honda quoted me this, but Choice Auto found nothing urgent--and I left owing $0

AMAZING! I cannot recommend them enough. Their business model is simple yet rare in the auto industry: honesty, integrity, and trust. Context: I had a safety recall done at a Honda dealership (for free, as required), but they quoted me over $6,000 in "urgent" repairs. This felt off--my car was serviced just six months ago with no issues, and I haven't driven it any differently. I went to Choice Auto for a second opinion, and they confirmed none of the issues were urgent. They even had the dealership's quote but still estimated thousands less. One supposed $2,000 "leak" didn't even exist--Choice Auto called BS on it. Of the six repairs the dealership recommended, only one was valid, and even that won't be needed for at least six months. While waiting, I noticed three other women come in. One was advised on some needed services, but another was told--like me--that she owed nothing and wouldn't need repairs for a while. It's rare to find an auto shop that doesn't prey on women, and for that, they have earned my trust and my business. Long story short: Choice Auto won't charge you for work you don't need, their prices are fair, and they're transparent--even to a 26-year-old woman who doesn't know much about cars. When I do need repairs, they'll be my go-to, and I'll be recommending them to friends (and you, dear reader!)

This is "1" of my car's that Choice Auto Repair fixes for me.

For a 16-year-old car, it didn't feel right. Before heading home, I stopped by Good Works Auto Body nearby. The owner came out, calmly took a look, reached inside, and adjusted the panel--the problem was gone in seconds. I also showed him the paint scratches on my car, and he gently wiped them off with thinner. Just like that, my car looked clean and blue again. When I asked what I owed, he smiled and said, "I didn't do anything--no charge." I was honestly taken aback. It's rare to meet someone who leads with genuine care instead of trying to make a quick transaction. This kind of integrity stays with you. I highly recommend this shop and will absolutely return.

Good works said it was a battery sensory that was wrong costing me over $600 dollars and a couple of days later my starter went out. They estimate was $1,000 dollars and the starter itself was $700. I had to go and research a fair price and was able to get it down a little, but with labor and SHOP Fee's it was almost the same price to fix. I Will never go back to the this place as the advertise to be a family shop and there prices are very high for all parts and labor. It left a very bad taste in my mouth as i had to spend over $1,400 dollars of repairs and the first battery sensory repair was not even needed. Go at your own risk Rob
