These guys are the best! Based on other reviews, I brought in my Mom's 2006 Charger for break repairs back in July (my mom died in Feb and I sort of inherited the car). Had an estimate on breaks/pads/rotors from a shop back east (NH). Brought the car to the guys at Choice and they fixed my front breaks first and told me I had another 1k on my back breaks. They charged me much less than the estimate from NH and gave me a bit more life on my rear breaks. When the time came, I brought it back in and those were fixed too! I am writing today to say "Thank You," to Kevin in particular! Two weeks ago my car "died" and yesterday I had it towed over. Seemed to be an anti-theft or key fob issues, as battery was fine. Kevin and his crew ran their diagnostics, came up with the six computer codes and (sadly) informed me that I would have to take it to the dealer to get sorted out. While I now have to have it towed again, Kevin graciously agreed to fax over my diagnostics to the dealer and charged me...nothing...for it all! Given that this will be my third tow in two weeks and I am expecting a bill of no less than $350 form the dealer, I cannot say how much having this one act of kindness and generosity means to me - especially the few days after a difficult Mother's Day. I had a master fuse blow. This place was close and so I towed it there. They had the car for two weeks and said they replaced the fuse. When I got to my car the fuse wasn't replaced but sitting on the seat. The plastic piece holding the seat was also broken off. I towed it to another shop and was on the road in 3 hours. This was my first time going to this shop, I had a missing shifter linkage pin which is what helps my Truck to shift and without it my truck dies. This is my first time using Choice Auto and will certainly not be my last! I went in because my A/C went out and I needed my motor mounts replaced in my 2003 Ford Taurus. I had been calling the shop for a few days but did not realize they were closed for the entire week of the 4th of July and finally got a hold of one of the owners, Savo. He thanked me for my patience and allowed me to take my car in that day, without an appointment. Shortly after having the work done on my car, I noticed my coolant was leaking and again they were able to take me in that day. Savo diagnosed the issue and told me that because I just took my car in and had it worked on, that he would only charge me for the parts and would not charge for labor. I picked up my car today, it is running great, and was shocked when I looked at the bill and was not charged for labor whatsoever. The professionalism and quality customer service represented by the staff here is phenomenal and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great prices, great service, great staff! read more

There are not enough words to express how amazing Choice Auto Repair is. I have been going there for about 1 year now. When I first called, I was dealing with an issue with my Honda Insight Hybrid and an a/c issue. When I finally called them after calling many other repair shops, Savo answered and immediately answered my question about my hybrid a/c compressor, which is internally and electrically different than non-hybrid a/c compressors. The point is that no one else knew the answer! Savo immediately knew!! I have come back many times since and the service, prices and expert knowledge of all the techs there is the best I have ever experienced. These guys are always honest, and never overcharge, or try to say there is something wrong that isn't wrong. If they tell you your starter problem is going to cost you $317 to fix, then that's the cheapest deal you're going to find. I go here regularly to get my oil changed, and they charge about 20-25% what is will cost me anywhere else. Why I was going to Jiffy Lube for all of those years, I will never know! If something is wrong with my brakes, I go to Choice. If my engine light comes on and I don't know why, I go to Choice. (And if it's nothing serious, they'll let me know what it is and won't charge me a dime unless I want it fixed.) If I need an oil change, I go to Choice. Basically, if I need any work done on my engine whatsoever, I go to Choice. Came highly recommend And I now highly recommend. Honest, quick and affordable! I took my car to a big chain oil change place who gave me a long list of things wrong with my car. They told me it was dangerous to keep driving my car and quoted me about 6,000 to fix everything. I of course didn't believe them but knew my brakes needed something since they were squeaking. I won't ever take my car anywhere else. Ever since my previous repair shop shut down I asked around with my friends and they mentioned this place. They are extremely fairly priced and won't nickel and dime you for everything. They are also the kind of shop that will tell you if something needs to be replaced that's easy (I.e. air filters) instead of trying to get you to pay a premium for them to do it. Extremely honest shop and great work done! I've gotten my transmission fluid changed, oil changed and tires rotated multiple times and the prices are great. I've also gotten my blinker bulbs replaced twice and this shop was kind enough to do it for free both times, not often that you find a shop honest enough to do that! This is the second time I have brought my car to them. First time my check engine light was on. They came out to check it tighten my gas cap and reset the light. Then set me on my way no charge! I took my car in for routine oil but was expecting a rotor resurface because of some shudder in steering when braking at certain speeds. I asked Kevin to check it out. He let me know that the shudder was not a safety issue, I had about 60% of brakes left, and to wait to get rotor resurface since it's part of the new brake service. He easily could have conducted and charged me for the rotor resurface since I was expecting that as a diagnosis going in.
