Great customer service and great products. My friend and I decided to go grab smoothies at this place about 30 mins before they closed. We finally found the place after being directed by yelp to go to the wrong side of the plaza. We arrived literally 5 mins before they closed. Fiona who is the manager there, was very welcoming and had a great smile and energy for customers who walked in only 5 mins before she closed the place. She took care of us, made us the smoothies and was very professional in the way she conducted herself. The smoothies we got were good but honestly it was the warm welcome we had that made it for us. It is the best açaí bowl around. They blend it and don't use the sorbet method, which is the best! I had to take two stars away because the prices are insane. They charge for each individual topping you put in your bowl. My wife and I get two bowls with 2-3 topping on each bowl and the price is over $30. You can go to a nice breakfast for this price. The thing that stands out to me about any place is the friendliness of the people working there... So there I was, one Friday, looking for a quick caffeine fix before going to try the Fitwall workout in the same area. And seeing that everything else was closed I proceed to Choice in the hope that there would be something with caffeine in it. Good food...good atmosphere...healthy The reason that I give Choice 3 stars is that it is overpriced and infamous for the nickel and Dime phrase. They ask for the tag back (not a big deal) we give the bottle back right away but they will charge an extra $.25 for one extra date in an already expensive drink. They do offer a $1 refund on glass bottles only on future purchases. This means you have to take the bottle home and bring it back for the refund. Last week I saw them give a man $1 credit on paper for a jar to use for the future. I thought that was a good idea. I finished my drink and brought the bottle up and the girl said they just stopped doing that. 15 min after!!! It's really hard to return with this mindset from the staff. I understand everyone needs to make $$$ but please be fair. read more

(you better believe I was there 3x a week for them delicious heavenly treats) The girls are always nice & welcoming. My only question is every time I order the spicy amor, why is it that it always falls short? My husband and I go together & his smoothie is always filled to the top. Mine, no joke every single time I order my spicy amore it's at least 1.5in from the top. Now I'm not trying to be petty patty here about inches n shiz but $10 for 16oz I want my 16oz!
