Although I personally did not get a tattoo here, I did accompany someone for emotional support. I called ahead of time on a Friday afternoon and was told I wouldn't need an appointment. There was plenty of parking, metered and unmetered around, as well as the 25 Av (D) train station two streets away. We walked in and immediately started speaking to someone about the design we had in mind and within 45 min had everything finalized and all consent forms signed and ready to get tatted. The studio was very clean and the artists all seemed very nice. The tattoo artist we worked with, Sasha, was very patient with all my questions and efficient. I think the whole tattoo process took 15-20 mins, honestly time felt like it flew by. At the end, the tattoo was wrapped up and we were given instructions to keep the bandage on for the next two days and then apply ointment to the area 3x/day for the next week. In and out in record time, priced fairly at $100, AND I got to do some grocery shopping too. Win win win! read more

If I could rate this place a zero I would ! I got an INFECTED tattoo from here, meanwhile I have multiple tattoos so I know it's nothing I did.. I know how to care for tattoos, I wrote them their response was "I'm sorry about that come in for some cream" excuse me? This is on my body now forever ! For the love of god DONT come here. ESPECIALLY if you're coming to get ur first piercing of any sort. I decided to come and get a septum, and I decided to come here since I heard they were good. First thing I walk in and I tell them I want to get my septum, the man at the front handed me a paper and told me to sign. I sign the paper and I go to follow the guy to get my piercing. First red flag he told me I couldn't bring my friends in w me when there was mad space for them to stand or sit but I say okay whatever personal preference or whatever. Next he sits me in a chair and without saying a word pulls his needle out and gets right to it. I stop him cause I'm mad confused like he didn't bother to explain or talk or ask me a thing. So I ask can I pick the jewelry? He goes no and seems all annoyed. He then goes right back into putting the clamp on my nose. AGAIN, I stop him and ask if I can choose the position of the septum. Cause mind you i have no piercings I'm new to this. Again he seems mad annoyed and goes "I got it". And goes back into tryna pierce me. (And just to back track rq He never bothered to check in my nose or feel around or check the anatomy of my nose or anything. As soon as I'm sat he went right into it.) Anyways i just got a passive aggressive vibe from him and I was beyond uncomfortable. So he puts the needle in, SLOWLY I felt everything it was genuinely unbearable and I have a pretty good pain tolerance but I felt like I was getting shanked in the nose. I think I was moving a little so he basically held me down in the process too. Afterwards He put the septum ring in, stepped back to look and pulled it out right AFTER he placed it in (He messed up and didn't want to say anything to me). WITHOUT SAYING A WORD he pulls out another needle like he's about to do it again (which he was). Anywho not to drag this story on but basically I felt something hot coming out my nose and I asked him if I was bleeding. "No ur not" but I got up and there was blood streaming down my face . Didn't give me a napkin or nothing. Didn't say a single word to me. I was so dizzy and lightheaded I could barely walk straight. They didn't seem to care whatsoever. I was in that chair for SO long my friends were concerned and I left that shop w multiple holes in my nose for no reason. Bottom line it was beyond unprofessional, uncomfortable and WEIRD. He didn't even bother to talk to me or explain anything regarding aftercare. I was literally treated like a human pin cushion. Stay away from this place. read more

This is the 1st time I got a tattoo from this place. Very welcome from the receptionist to the owner to the artist who did this tattoo. The tattoo artist was friendly and professional. I had appointment on Thursday and in which I called on Tuesday to see if I can come in on Wednesday instead and owner fit me in without no hesitation. Great people and friendly and professional I would recommend this place to anybody who looking to have some ink done. The artist who did this tattoo his IG is Jota.c_ink. Got 4 ear piercing from here and got an infection! Had to go to urgent care to have them taken out.

I went to the second shop on avenue u because a bunch of people told me they were good , I looked up the shop read the reviews & everything seemed great. I went to the shop after school for a belly piercing I had to wait about 5 minutes which is fine with me I didn't mind & then they called me to the back. I went alone and I trusted that the piercer would know what he was doing I should've known based of the fact that he seemed like he didn't wanna do it and how fast he was moving. He marked my belly & handled his business everything seemed great until I realized he didn't grab enough skin for the piercing which cause it to migrate and leave an awful scar on my stomach. I just got it pierced again from another shop and it looks amazing & much better. Wouldn't recommend. read more

My husband and I went there last week for a little matching tatt. We just got married, so we wanted something cute and special. We chose 2 little love birds that hung out together when we held hands. We ended up getting tatted by 2 different people because they wanted to leave work. Well go "smoke" as they said in Spanish. We came later in the day and they honestly should have never taken us if they wanted to rush. They spoke in Spanish not knowing we understood, they passed my husband off on 2 different people before he actually got his work. Which was a disaster. Our love birds turned in to crack birds. They look awful! The ink is generic we both got infected. We went back the next day and told the guy who worked on my husband and he said it was because it was over the bone. Well dumbass I'm a medical professional and there was no bone there it was all muscle. In between 2 muscles actually. It's name is Brachioradialis and Extensor Digitorum. He just blew us off not owning up to his mistake. My husband finally saw the owner and he gave us back $100 of the $160 we paid. He offered to fix it for free. But the infections were so bad that I can't take the risk. I now have to spend $400 to get this fixed. Super disappointed with this place. Beware their ink is no good. Doesn't matter how good of an artist you are, unless you have a good Ink your work is shit. They speak down to you if your not Spanish and talk shit about you if they think you don't understand. They chose the wrong folks this time. Maybe next time you'll learn how to treat customers in this neighborhood. I've been in this neighborhood 12 years I know a lot of people. read more

I've been coming here since they had their first location by the F train on kway and I can say hands down that they are my favorite artist and they are polite and kind. They take time into doing what you want and what you want to present on your body. I had my upper sleeve done my forearm my back and I'm looking forward to finishing my sleeve here.
