Best chinese food in Sylmar! Living around the corner made it super easy to order and pick up during this quarantine time. My family ordered 5 two entree combos, 2 orders of eggrolls and 1 side of shrimp and only cost around $50. They prepared our food very quickly and it was delicious! read more

OK. I call to place the order and she tells me its too busy and she hangs up. I place the order on line; $42 for three dishes and rice. I show up and she is on the phone and pushed two bags through the plexiglass; I ask if it's all there and she says it is. The chicken was dry; the Chow Mein was greasy. For the area this is a solid choice for Asian food. We ordered 2 bowls with orange chicken and noodles. They were large enough for my 14yo and senior parent. I also ordered 2 combos 1) with noodles, broccoli beef and teriyaki chicken 1) 1/2 noodles 1/2 fried rice, orange chicken and kung pao chicken. The combos were packed full and cane with egg rolls. Everyone enjoyed the noodles because they weren't thicker and well seasoned. The rice was good. The orange chicken was tasty and thick. The kung pao was SPICY like it should be and had plenty of sauce that spread to rice. The teriyaki chicken was awesome. If it's a thin full breast of chicken seasoned and grilled. Was persuaded by the good reviews and there was a coupon for a free drink with any purchase, so I went for it even though it was quite a drive for me. Lo and behold, I got the free drink coupon on the phone, but when I got there, it wouldn't load the link. But clearly the link was for ChopSpoon, and showed it to the girl. But she refused to honor it. I asked for the manager but was told he was not there. So I left very unhappy that people are still being hired not to think for themselves. They lost a potential regular...why? Because they hire people who are not trained properly. NOT coming back! Their business...their loss. When this place opened it was great food and customer service I wrote a review on Yelp that It was great EVERYTHING Today everything changed I ordered combo B (2 items)I asked for shrimp as my 2 items there wasn't enough the lady wanted to give me a lot of onion and bell pepper and was cheating me on my shrimp since there was no more shrimp I asked her if a new batch of shrimp was being cooked she said yes In 5 min it would b ready I said ok I'll wait after waiting over 5 min it wasn't ready I explained to her that unfortunately I had to go to work couldn't keep waiting I cancelled my order had to go to work couldn't keep waiting for the shrimp that was supposed to be ready in 5 min obviously it was taking longer the lady said pay for the incomplete order I told her no all you have is my noodles and you are missing the rest of my order so she literally kicked me out she didn't want me to go there ever again She was screaming and very rude I was in shock after writing a great review I had to share the horrible bad experience I had definitely not going there again or my family Also she put back the food that had been served for me for the next customer unbelievable service and can't understand why she put the food back after she had served it guess she wanted to not waste it and give it to next customer not sanitary at all.Very upset with the service wasn't my fault that she said 5 min for next batch of shrimp and took way longer just for her to kick me out of the restaurant uncalled for UNPROFESSIONAL UNSANITARY AND HORRIBLE ATTITUDE read more

First time trying this place out and I don't know why I haven't been here yet. The portions are a good size, the taste is very good. I did order online and when I got there food was ready. They did mess up on one of the meals, I ordered beef broccoli but was given jalapeño chicken instead but the jalapeño chicken was so good it didn't bother me after I tried it. I'm not sure why people liked this so much, I found it lacking flavor, the sauces extra salty or extra sweet. I ordered orange chicken and Kung pao chicken and 1/2 and 1/2. They gave me a tiny amount of rice and a huge pile of noodles. The king pao had only celery as the vegetables in it- Panda Express Kung Pao is much better! Very disappointing! All of the items we selected were lukewarm. The chicken chow main listed on the menu was not available, so plain chow mean was substituted: it had very little taste. The cream cheese wontons were good but soggy on the bottom. We won't be repeat customers. read more
