On my first visit the portion was generous and the flavor was OK. The Hot and Sour was not the same, but I liked the Orange Chicken more. However, as I returned, portions got smaller, flavor got weaker and the chef ignored my requests for more heat and more seasoning. The last couple visits the food was flat out terrible and I now refuse to return. Unless they make significant changes, I don't see them remaining open. It's a slap in the face to the name, if you are not going to honor the original restaurant, CHANGE YOUR NAME.

I recently visited this restaurant, and while it was clean, the atmosphere was dark and uninviting. Unfortunately, the service was the real issue. From the moment we walked in, the server was borderline rude. It only got worse from there. Our server didn't just hand us menus; he practically SLUNG them across the table. I was stunned. Did that just happen? Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. When I asked whether they served Coke or Pepsi, he simply replied, "Pepsi." But what I got tasted nothing like it more like a cheap generic cola. At that point, I had little hope for the rest of the experience. I ordered the orange chicken with steamed rice, which explicitly stated it included soup. When I inquired about it, the server snapped, "Yes, what do you want?" His dismissive and irritated tone completely ruined the meal. It was utterly unprofessional and made the entire dining experience deeply unpleasant.. As for the food, the orange chicken had decent flavor but was mostly breading. I also ordered crab rangoons, which tasted fine, but they barely had any filling. "Oh, look, it turns out this server's delightful personality is a well-known feature. Shocker. I came in a few days after their opening for take out and wanted to try their food but their service was so backed up and a there was a long wait. Also after tasting the food I feel like my food was not crispy and not well prepared but the sauce is good. But I ended up coming back the 2nd time because my family already have a reservation there. We ordered quite a lot of food and wow, food was warm, it came out at a good timing and the sauces for general Tao and almond chicken is my favorite. Service definitely was a lot faster than when they first opened being crushed up. Glad I came back to retry. Ill be coming back again! Ps. Wow this place has changed to a very clean and modern feels! I loved the food here, their fried rice have definitely improved to better tasting and more flavorful. Oh just make sure you plan ahead if you want to order a take out, because it's crazy in here with takeouts and deliveries. We opted to dine in and took our seat waiting for food. They have offer fountain drinks and bottled drinks, as well as water cups. We got our utensils and sauce cups first then our food arrived not too long afterwards. My boyfriend got their chicken teriyaki and chicken katsu combo with fried rice while I got their chicken teriyaki and California roll combo. I love that they have steamed veggies as I like to enjoy any remaining teriyaki sauce with them. The California rolls were decent, not the best but not the worst either. The teriyaki sauce is pretty good, it is a great mix of sweet and savory. They are also very generous with rice as there was a bed of under my teriyaki and two scoops. My boyfriend enjoyed the katsu and the sauce that came with it was very delicious! The only issue we had was that the fried rice had no seasoning or color, I almost thought it was white rice with some veggies at first. Other than that, a solid teriyaki joint that seemed to have a good amount of people coming in to pick up orders for the most part.
