My car was sideswiped by a hit-and-run driver (yay, Houston), and I received a recommendation to take the damaged vehicle to Cho's Auto and Body Shop. They have a relationship with my insurance company, Progressive, which made handling the claim a snap. My car is a somewhat rare model, and there was a part that had to be replaced that had a waiting list several months long due to a parts shortage. Cho's was somehow able to get it in just a few weeks. Wonderful! When I picked up the car, the repair work looked great, and the car frankly appeared brand new because they had thoroughly washed the whole thing and even cleaned-up the interior! Brought my car here for an estimate based on all the positive reviews. The Hispanic gentleman didn't really seem interested in wanting to do the estimate based on his demeanor. Told me there would be a fee for taking off the bumper and other parts and the parts may not go back on. Then I mentioned how insurance had totaled my car based on the estimate and he stated it's probably not worth fixing. I had one other estimate with without any issue so I guess this shop didn't want my business. I ended up taking my car to another shop and got it repaired within one week. read more

My boyfriends truck was scratched on the side going through a tiny drive through, both sides had dents and yellow streaks in it. Great customer service and finished work! I brought my explorer in after an accident and they fixed the body and matched color perfectly. Moreover, they even buffed out any existing scuffs on the car that weren't even in the same vicinity as the accident repairs. I was introduced to this business January 2020 when someone backed into my SUV, Cho's Auto & Body Shop did an amazing job at getting my vehicle repaired and even allowed me to leave my Enterprise rental with them and returned it for me as they have a professional relationship with the Enterprise in their area. Fast forward to February 2021, I was hit yet again, this time much more uglier, and I knew I'd return to Cho's should my vehicle be repairable....So it was repairable and back to Cho's I went! DEFINITELY didn't want to be there again but honestly I am glad that I have such a professional and highly skilled business in my corner at this point! This business kept great communication with me and answered all of my questions and concerns each time. I even left my garage door opener in the rental car this second time around, they removed it and held on to it until I came back to get it. So, while I 1000% do not WANT to visit this body shop EVER again (LOL) I WOULD RETURN TO CHO'S AGAIN AND AGAIN....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BODYSHOP! I was blown away for Cho's. They called me and kept me informed, they were up front and honest, they only had my car 4.5 days! The dealership would have probably had it much longer. This was so convenient. They even worked with the enterprise close to them so nicely which really helps out the costumer. My car looked like new once they were done with it. (Fixed bumper and tail light) PLUS they cleaned my car! I never expected that but they did, and I mean really cleaned it! It was the extra touch and them going above and beyond!! Young came outside to check it out with me and called the following day to make sure I was happy. I have never found this in another shop! This repair shop offered EXCELLENT service. I was having my car repaired because of an accident and they went above and beyond. Not only they fixed what it was covered by the insurance but also any other scratches in my car. I went to pick it up after just four days and the car looked awesome. They cleaned the inside and outside and the repair was really well done. The staff is friendly and professional and they always make sure you're happy with their service. Recently my less than a year old Toyota Tacoma was rear ended and I was devastated. It was my dream car that I take care to make sure it is in pristine condition so when someone destroyed the back of it I was a wreck (no pun intended ha). After a short waiting period I was contacted by insurance and told to take my car to somewhere they told me to but I told them, "No, I'd like to do some research for a place I trust. Please send me a list of body shops in your network that I can go to." Cho's was one of the listed shops and it immediately caught my eye. It had been in business for over 30 years and so far I had yet to come across a bad review. So based upon that I told my insurance that this was the place I would like to go. I dropped my vehicle off on a Thursday and Mr. Cho explained to me what the process would entail and told me that I could expect possibly a weeks time for repair. They kindly dropped me off at the nearest Enterprise to pick up my rental. On Tuesday I got the call that my truck was ready. I was surprised, and thrilled, at the turn around rate. When I picked up my vehicle Mr. Cho went through each item of the invoice and physically walked around my truck showing me each part they worked on. I was extremely impressed. It looked like new. I made sure to check for slight disfigurations in paint, extra overspray, etc. - things that would give away that it had been worked on. I honestly couldn't find a single flaw in their work or in the parts they had ordered for replacement. On top of flawless work I also noticed that they made sure to replace the custom letter inlays in the TACOMA logo I had put on, and even cleaned up my stainless steel New Orleans Saints fleur de lis and applied new tape for it to be applied like new. My tailgate, bumper, lights, and paint were PERFECT. As an after thought I even asked Mr. Cho if they did any customization work and he was very honest with me about that not being their specialty but said that he could recommend me to some other spots. Some shops would have done anything they could to simply get money from me for these type of jobs but I greatly appreciated his honesty. There is a reason this shop has been in business so long and why you won't find any bad reviews. They do professional, flawless work and are hospitable and kind to all their customers. If you are getting any type of body repair work done I highly recommend Cho's Auto Body Shop. You won't be disappointed. read more
