I had a small gathering at my house, and so glad I chose Monica and her team to prepare appetizers for the party, as they made one less thing worry free for me. I messaged a few caterers about an event we were having. A few responded back with no options or took weeks to respond . Monica responded right away and had a list of specific questions laid out to help us make our choices. The food choices all sounded amazing, so it was hard to choose. while the food at this truck is good, the service is very frustrating. This is the second time this food truck was supposed to be scheduled to come to Bowen Village for their semi-monthly neighborhood events, and both times they no-showed without any notice. leaving customers and the operation unhappy. My advice is to spend your time and money at an establishment that you can depend on. I'm sorry for whatever family circumstance is going on and pray for your family. Unfortunately, this was not the first time this has happened, so at this point I can't count on what the scheduling says, which was a shame because I had 4 others come over to go with me to your truck for dinner. Ready for this? Amazing, is not enough of a positive word to explain how incredible the food, experience, or to define the makers of this delicious cuisine. You'd think, "how am I not in an Italian restaurant yet enjoying a beautifully crafted dish made with such love and care." I've talked them up but hows the food you ask? Incredible and delicious. I got the Lemon Bucatini and the flavors explode in the noodles and are enhanced throught the tender chicken with its amazing seasoned crust. The Chicken Alla Vodka is definitely a must on your first trip. Same delicious chicken but over a bed of vodka sauce and gnocchi. Description doesn't do it justice. You have to try it all. Chow Bella is simply amazing! My Husband and I used Chow Bella as our caterer for our wedding and the experience was amazing. I really wanted Italian for my wedding and found out about Chow Bella. The owners Tyler and Monica offered to come to our house and cooked us all the options we had discussed we were interested in. I could not believe that in a short hour they wiped out the most delicious Italian food I've ever consumed. They even brought all of their own equipment and cleaned up afterwards! I knew right away they were catering our wedding. Everything was smooth sailing from there. These two are extremely professional and definitely made my wedding so much more than I could have ever dreamed. If you have a wedding or an event you need to book them! Chow Bella catered my wedding, and all of our friends and family were raving about the food and service! It's a sweet husband and wife business with lots of passion for what they do, and it shows! They were willing to work with our budget and provided us with several options of foods and appetizers to serve our guests, and we even decided on a charcuterie board table, which was HUGE hit! All of thfood was fresh and delicious. We even had some leftovers family members fought over to take home haha!
