Sweet & Spicy Mushroom Burger. Normally comes with fries, but I opted for a side salad (not shown) instead.

Was a Sunday afternoon for lunch, so keep that in mind. Great food (and you best bring a healthy appetite, because there's plenty of it), classy place, fairly dim with good but not overpowering music. AMAZING service from Allison. Would make a great place for a date night! NOTE: Listed hours for Sunday are a bit off. "noonish to 10-ish PM"

Really tasty burger and tots! The place is inviting and friendly staff. Almost a little overly intrusive if you want a quite dinner, but honestly, it's more of a "here everyone knows your name" feel type of place. I can't remember the burger I got, but my friend got the one with peanut butter. We both really felt like they were huge, and quality. We both agreed that there was too much cumin in the onion jam. We will probably ask for that on the side next time as it was a little over powering. The truffle tots were perfectly crisp! Next time we come we will share because portions are gigantic. Yumm! We'll be back!

Great burgers, nice staff, reasonably priced drinks from a full bar! We loved the truffle seasoning on the tots!!

    Bacon Cheese Burger on Crack

Managed to get back to Chow a year later. Burgers are still phenomenal. Had the PB&J and the Bacon Cheeseburger on Crack. This place is well worth the stop.

My wife and I just ate here on our date night and I thought it was review worthy. The food was delicious. The slow cook there bacon in a brown sugar glaze that turns it into some sort of all American candy. She had a burger with mushrooms in it and loved it. We also got appetizers-the blue cheese fries which had an awesome cheddar cheese sauce and bits of that bacon candy and- deepfried avacodos that were pretty good too. I got the wolverine#5 burger and it was awesome but HUGE! Probably would have taken a lot of it home but the owner apparently has a challenge where he has anyone who can finish it sign his bar with a sharpie soooo. Yeah I apparently had a 4lb dinner tonight, can't pass up a challenge like that. Must stop for anyone who's hungry trust me!!!

Chelsea MAC and Cheese with Shrimp! HOLY CHOW!!!!!!!!!! My God, my mouth had a food orgasm. I'm not one to do Yelp reviews BUT this place and this dish was so effin deserving of my review! I was passing by after a long day of driving and Chows was the only place open. They sat me down 15 minutes before the last call and the waiter still took his time to explain the daily specials and I never felt rushed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and if you live here then I'm jealous that you have a hidden gem!

The inside was pretty but it REEKED of used kitty litter the second we walked in. I have no idea why it smelled like that but that's what my entire family described it as and it got even stronger when you walked by the end of the bar. We ordered drinks and I did really like mine so that was a plus. We then ordered a couple appetizers as we had a fairly big party. The sourdough trio and the beef carpaccio were okay. We loved the scallop esquites though which were delicious. The bathroom was really weird, you go through a back door down a hallway and once you get to the all gender bathroom it's closed off by plywood doors for each individual stall which was really weird and felt cheap in a restaurant that looks nicer. Our waitress sucked (a middle aged blonde woman). She took forever to take our orders because she for some reason assumed we were just getting appetizers even though we never said that. When taking our orders my stepdad said "oh you're starting with me?" Just because I think he wasn't ready and in a rude tone she says "well you're sitting in seat number one so I'm just going by order". She was rarely at our table and spent more time talking with the bartender and who I assume are regulars who were sitting at the bar. When our food came out she said "you also ordered the teres major right?" While setting it in front of me before I said no. She then said "oh yeah, I knew that was wrong before I even said anything" and that she had put my order in wrong. She said she'd have the cooks put a rush on it but you can't really put a rush on a steak. She brought out the sides that go with my dish so I wouldn't be without food but the green beans were incredibly salty and the mashed potatoes were dry and almost cold. When my mom offered to let me have some of her steak for the time being the waitress butted in to say "she does have food coming". When my steak finally came out everyone else was already finished eating but she did bring it out with fresh sides and the mashed potatoes were much better! Granted the texture and appearance was so different from the first ones it really made me wonder just how old those first potatoes were which grossed me out a bit. My steak was delicious and I did get a side of chimichurri which was the best chimichurri I've had in a long time. My sister said the sauce for her seafood linguini was pretty bland but she otherwise enjoyed her dish. My mom also mentioned the teres major was really good. So there were some pluses but we all decided the negatives outweighed the positives. Would not recommend.

Started with beers and a southwest egg roll order. We ordered because the server said it is running about 30 minutes for orders. The egg rolls came out and they were good. I ordered the Country Fried Steak with poached eggs and gravy on the side (because I planned on taking half home and wanted to preserve the breading on the steak). The panko coating on the steak had me intrigued, but it was great! The hashbrowns were pretty tasty, although they could have been crispier. The biscuit was decent, but the flavor of the gravy and the steak brought it all together. The quality reminded me of another sports bar here in Bend that has really good breakfast/brunch foods. I can't really speak to the other dishes but my wife and daughter were very happy with their French Toast and Waffle. I'd def stop back in if I was in the area.

I got there right at 4pm when they opened since it was a Friday night, 4th of July weekend so did not know if I was going to get a big crowd since I had no reservations. I ordered the following: House Chianti (excellent)!! regret that I did not take a picture of the bottle ($14) Bone Marrow Appetizer: melt in your mouth delicious ($19) Filet Mignon: delicious, it had a morel mushroom sauce and it was absolutely divine. I got it medium rare and it was perfect ($50) 6 Oyster's: very meaty and you need to ask for fresh horseradish and tabasco sauce. They only have 1 small bottle of tabasco sauce for the whole restaurant and they serve raw oysters... what??? that is insane!!! ($4.50 PER OYSTER-that is insane too but they were nice an meaty). I will definitely be back!!!! Will bring my own Costco size Tabasco sauce
