Service is good. Food is surprisingly good, too. Mother's Day was packed, but they had our party of 15 seated pretty quick.

First time here and as we were walking in a couple was walking out so I asked if it was good they said oh yeah. Told em we drove down from Deltona, they laughed and said they drove from Orlando and do it all the time. If you've ever seen my other reviews you'll know I'm a total chicken snob because most restaurants kill it. So I tried nearly all of their chicken dishes and was pleasantly surprised by how moist and flavorful they were, even the fried chicken glistened in the light and the crunch on it was amazing. The various veggies still had snap. Even the lo mein which looked dry wasn't. Other than the egg roll which I just didn't like the flavor or texture on everything was cooked to perfection and I couldn't have been happier. Even the desserts were amazing and I love the second sizes. The cakes are cut so thin I was able to try 3 of them plus the tiramisu. The Baker in me wanted to shake the bakers hand. The only downfall I found in the food was the drinks which is why I didn't lower the star rating given. The sweet tea a was absolutely not sweet and the CO2 was WAY TOO HIGH on the soda. The service was quick, never had any dirty plates on that table. The price can't be beat. We went for lunch at just under $12 each and the sodas were around $3 each. We'd have paid well above that to have anything delivered including fast food. Even with all the people there or was somehow still quiet. The selections were impressive, the food amazing and we'll definitely be making this drive often.

The concept of southern comfort food and Chinese food had me excited, and affordable prices at that compared to other buffets in Orlando! The Chinese food had the delicious flavor, spices, what you'd expect from a Chinese buffet. However the southern comfort food comes off bland, adding salt and pepper was a must for my collard greens, and grits. The grits were a bit watery, yet buttered pretty good. The service was going smooth, even though they were busy, our drinks stayed full, and empty plates were removed promptly. The desserts were hit or miss. The cakes and pies were better than the banana pudding or strawberry cakes. We'd still return if we were in the area.

4.5 stars for a first visit. We came at dinner time so we expected a crowd since they are in soft opening. We didn't have to wait too long to be seated which was nice. The cost of the buffet is reasonable but if you want a drink, it will be an additional $2.99. We were seated in the small room all the way to the back of restaurant. My opinion is that they have way too many tables and chairs squeezed in there. Luckily we got one of the booths so it wasn't too bad. Our server was awesome! She kept our table clean while we went back for more food and made sure our drinks stayed filled. The buffet itself has something for everyone. Soups, salads, sushi, desserts, fried chicken, baked fish just to name a few. The name is a little misleading as most people thought it was a southern style cooking buffet but the majority of the food is Asian inspired with a little sprinkle of country cooking. Everything I tried was really good. From what I was told, lunch has some different items than dinner. I'll be back to check out lunch. If they manage to keep the same quality and cleanliness I have no doubt they will be around for a while.

Soft opening still. Went on Sunday 3/23. Packed. Definitely packed. We didn't wait long for a party of 2. All of maybe 10 mins. We were so caught up in our own conversation didn't really notice the time. Waiters/waitresses were constantly walking around and super attentive. Didn't need to ask for refills or anything as they kept the drinks coming. Variety was nice. I didn't get to try everything. Some of my favorites that stood out were the buttered potatoes, fried chicken, sushi. Something's that were off putting, the fried rice, bland and dry. Lo mein, bland. Ribs in bbq sauce, super dry. We'll be back again, maybe a different day that's not the weekend. We definitely didn't get to try a lot but after a morning of shopping around the plaza. We were hungry. We'll be back though. Some dishes like the fried rice and lo mein and things need work on. They really need to make sure enough serving spoons/tongs are out. Because people were waiting in line for different foods, I saw people using their own knife/fork to by pass the waiting in line for the serving tong/spoon.

This place is ultra Florida. Super good value. $18 all you can eat. Sushi = decent, Asian food= really good, Southern food= buffet great. Atmosphere is awesome and the line goes quick. 10 Kinds of shrimp. Bring your appetite. The cheesy Krab was disturbing, but ended up being delicious.

This new Titusville restaurant has started off pretty good. Chow's uses dynamic pricing based on time and day of the week as well as age category but it is on par with other buffets in the area. Dining room and food bar areas are kept clean and stocked. There is a variety of options that should satisfy every customer no matter what the age. For me personally I thought the food temperature could have been a little higher but the rest of my party felt it was just right so it is a personal preference. Beverages are extra. Service was good, attentive but not too much. Gender specific restrooms which were clean. So far a great addition to the Titusville food scene!

On a complete whim, after spotting enough billboards to convince me today was the day, we pulled into Dixie Crossroads. Right off the bat, the building welcomes you with an outdoor lobby attraction: clusters of people leaning over railings, completely transfixed by giant koi fish like they're watching the season finale of a prestige drama. Inside, the vibe is an immediate breath of fresh air--warm, open, and buzzing with the happy chatter of people aggressively bonding over seafood. We were seated immediately near the front door and handed our drinks, accompanied by an unexpected divine intervention: a complimentary bowl of powdered doughnut holes. Let me be clear. I have zero memory of what we actually ordered. It had fish in it, presumably. It was great! But those powdered doughnut holes? Absolute sorcery. We had to channel every ounce of our marital self-control not to inhale the entire bowl before our entrees even had a chance to show up. Great food, wonderful atmosphere... but those powdered doughnuts are the real reason to make the trip. Greatness with sugar on top. Literally!

Fast, curious, light-hearted, anticipatory, and the server helped us successfully peel and eat the rock shrimp. Even the hostesses were pleasant. Atmosphere: 3/5 We were seated in an inside area, not close to the window. So, it felt a little dreary with the lighting. Nothing negative, but I perceived it to be an average atmosphere. Value: 4/5 Really good value. The food was affordable to almost cheap on some items. I was very pleased with the pricing. The food was seasoned, the portion size was nice, and again, the service was great. It was also a nice nostalgic experience for me. Opportunities for Learning: 4/5 The Dixie Crossroads has been around for decades. And the founders are pioneers in the peeling of rock shrimp, particularly in FL, so the restaurant story is amazing. Additionally, with the variety of seafood, there's much to discover and learn about the menu, rock shrimp, and the founding family's story.

I'm that type of person who has no qualms about driving 2hrs to go get food if the quality and…read moretaste is what I am preferring. So when I gleefully say that AKO is 10minutes away, I am literally not 'settling' just because they are close by. We actively PREFER them. Their prices are reasonable, their taste is outstanding, the quality of the food is above par for the area, and especially for Titusville and all surrounding areas, they are 5 stars. My reasons for not leaving a review well before now have been selfish. I liked that they weren't overcrowded save for special occasions. But I realized that isn't fair to them or others who would enjoy their food so... let's talk about the food. I'll start with my secret hidden gem - a combo NO LONGER on their newest menus but still orderable via phone or their online order via website. The box dinner! For just over $20 you get soup, salad, a couple each of gyoza and shumai, fried rice, fruit, and a choice of *2* items which include sushi's, sashimis, various teriyakis and katsus, tempuras and negimaki, in portion sizes that will make you stutter. Another favorite of ours is the steak and lobster tail hibachi dinner. It includes soup, salad, vegetables, noodles, and fried rice for under $30. We usually get an extra salad and split all the food. I will fight for the last pieces of lobster and steak and regret nothing. Once again, taste and quality leave you speechless. Favorite roll? Godzilla for me, unagi for my partner, and not only do I need to share my Godzilla with this man but his incredibly fussy self covets that unagi like it's the One ring and someone might steal it. I make up for that treason by adding shrimp shumai (delicious) and rangoons (the good kind with the hint of sweetness) to every order. I'm no fool - he fills up on unagi and the extras are left unguarded. Mine, all mine! The outside of the building doesn't do it justice by any stretch. While it has its own spacious parking lot, it needs a makeover badly. However the food is great and the sushi chefs are actually pretty talented. I have seen some absolutely GORGEOUS creations come off that sushi bar. I'll add pix today once I pick up my lunch order. Seriously, try them. Plenty of parking, attentive staff, good food, there's no misses to this, only hits. They've never once messed up our orders, never had a bad experience, just 100% YES every time.
