I love Panda Express in general. This particular location I go to once a week at least. Generally the food is fresh and tastes pretty good though if you go during a rush period they seem to struggle with keeping up and there ends up being a bit of a wait for the food. The staff is generally nice but sometimes seems very overwhelmed. I means it's a Panda Express the place is usually clean but I have gone in a few times and seen it quite dirty to being super clean. So this is super hit or miss. Generally recommend. Just depends on time of day. read more

Ordered on line. Got to the store a few minutes after the due time, not ready. Quick restroom break and still not ready but was told "they're working on it" Waited and waited next to a lady with part of her order waiting on the rest. Then she went to the counter and handed them the bag. They gave her the wrong order. Counter person looked at the order and called my name and tried to give me whatever was in the bag. I refused The woman was there before I arrived with my order in front of her. Letting anyone who walks in the door handle my food is not the way it works. They wanted to "make it right." I laughed. "Make it right? you handed my food to another customer, told me my food was being prepped then tried to hand me food that had been handled by another customer FOR SEVERAL MINUTES! What in the world would make you think I'd trust anything coming out of this pit?!" I forgive mistakes. Service is always good, ambiance too. The food is slipping though most notably the teriyaki chicken. They've also taken steamed dumplings off the menu. The fried rice is not so good, ditto the super greens. With the price of groceries I get it, and I think the restaurant biz is in for a rough four year (like the restaurant of us). read more

When I walked into the Panda Express there is no welcome from the workers. So I spoke to the young man and he still just asked what would you like so I carried on with my order. Now Panda Express does have a few items to choose regular or spicy. What I love about it is that your food is fresh I've never received anything old or dry. They have a cook that cooks your food immediately when it gets half way done which is great. Now what I can tell you is that you get your money's worth and more! read more

Express? Not. At. All. Went in to Panda Express as a walk in customer around 6p on a Sunday. When my family of five arrived there were 10 people in front of us. After 10 minutes of waiting only the first person had been served and when she received her food she announced that they were fulfilling online orders before helping customers in line. After another 15 minutes of waiting they began serving the second customer and at this point the line behind us had an additional 20 people. My family ended up having to find another place to eat because our time and business was clearly not important. Very disappointing experience! read more

I frequent this Panda Express at least a couple of times per month, went in yesterday and ordered a plate, one of my items wasn't available so they asked if I could wait, normally only a few minutes, after about 15 minutes one of the workers was kind enough to bring me a large cup, without charge, to compensate me for my wait, about another 5 minutes my food was ready and was given more than a normal portion, none of which were necessary, I definitely appreciate customer service and they went above, plus the food was delicious read more

My wife wanted shrimp fried rice and I wanted chicken fried rice. So with the selections they had. I got added toppings to 2 bowls of fried rice and I was in love with the taste. The service was fast, friendly and pleasant. The Asian selections were very good. You can see the food being prepared behind the counter. The facility was clean. The serving area was clean. Was pretty disgusted with my food and service tonight. I took two bites of my sweet fire chicken and was stabbed in the tongue by a STAPLE. I called the restaurant spoke to the manager, they said sorry we use staples in the receipts. What kind of explanation is that? They then said they wouldn't refund my money for my wasted food. We have been to many Pandas across the southern US, Florida to Arizona. This one is by far the worst. Never consistent. Last time, they were out of white rice, "Prepared steamed white rice with soy sauce, eggs, peas, carrots and green onions." Is from their website. They were cranking out the fried rice. The Beijing beef was lacking sauce on half my order, the teriyaki chicken had NO sauce whatsoever, which ends up to just be grilled chicken. We asked for extra teriyaki sauce, which turned out to be the ONLY teriyaki. We had to share the small amount due to the lack of any sauce at all. I do not expect perfect, but when you wait extra for your food, it should be decent. This is a CHAIN, advertising fresh food which is not what this location is serving. If you're headed south, wait and visit Melbourne or Palm Bay. By the way, we have given this Panda countless chances, hoping it will get better after CORPORATE tells us it will. Walked in about 8:05 & they were out of 75% of their choices. The cook said they were shutting down the grill even though there were 3 groups behind us. We all had to wait for our food to be cooked (which is ok) but by 8:20 they were turning customers away if they didn't have the food already cooked. We have been very disappointed with all of the Chinese restaurants in the Titusville area. We have lived her for 2 years. I stopped in for a quick lunch a week ago and was pleasantly surprised at the food selections, beautifully prepared and displayed..tonight I purchased two plates of food. They were down to the last bits of most things and completely out of others. I settled for what ever I could get, combining a couple things to make a whole serving. Took it home, we were very hungry !Surprisingly it was all fantastic!! The young man that was handling this situation as more and more customers walked in the door did a great job!! However, the lines at this particular location dissuade me from eating there. If you're going during peak eating times, be prepared to wait through 15-20 minute lines in order to get your food. I recently placed an online order and when I got there I still waited 10 minutes before getting my food because staff were so busy making other orders. The staff are very polite and work hard, but usually seem overwhelmed due to being understaffed during peak hours with such long lines . I was so in the mood for some Asian food when I pulled off of I-95, so didn't mind driving to find Panda. It was in a little strip center with plenty of parking. All the food was displayed in cases, so I had some trouble making up my mind. I finally went for the grilled angus beef bowl with an upcharge of $1.50. I didn't really get it being marketed as an upcharge (instead of just showing the price; since there was no lesser priced option it seemed kind of weird.) I'm not really a big eater, but the server seemed overly interested in filling up the bowl with veggies and making sure she didn't put in any extra beef, even taking out and putting back one piece of beef. Well, my meal was very disappointing! My first bite was inedible due to chewy fat. The rest of the "angus beef" was not as you would expect. It tasted like spongy meat that was over-processed with tenderizer. It didn't taste or have the texture of angus steak. I had this dish with the steamed veggies, which were nicely steamed, but very bland. I think the marketing ploy of advertising this as some kind of upscale dish was a mistake, and just added to the overall sense of disappointment. Most of the dishes looked breaded or coated, so my second choice would've been a dish with green beans, except they looked very overcooked, so I definitely wouldn't come back here. read more

Panda Express is a huge chain located all over the country. However, the quality can vary quite a bit from location to location. This one is actually the pick of the litter in my experience. It's clean. It's just busy enough that the options haven't been sitting out forever, but also aren't all empty. It's become my go-to place for cheap Chinese in the area. read more

Just went here for the first time with my daughter and grandkids a couple days ago. It was a wonderful place, the staff was extremely friendly and kind. They let me sample several pieces before I was ready to order. The girl at the counter was very patient and helped me when I was indecisive. The food all fresh and hot and it was worth the wait! Forks and napkins are all self serve by the sodas which is very convenient. I recommend this place to anyone and I can't wait to go back! read more

Low variety and quality of entrees/food. The Spring Rolls and Crab Rangoon are decent/edible; last time I was there they were out of Dumplings. The Chow Mein always tastes like its old or the noodles aren't cooked enough. Honestly IDK why I continue to go here, except to meet friends/family who request to eat here. Titusville has a much better Chinese take-out/small restaurant just a mile or so down the road. With much better food and large variety of foods. Some of the workers are very nice and pleasant, but others have this look of 'this job sucks'. Bathrooms are usually pretty clean. read more
