This is the first time being out of town where I knew I had to find someone. I received a recommendation but that person, even though he knew my family, would not see a new patient. But I saw good recommendations for Complete Care, and they were able to get me in 2 days later. New patient paperwork was done online, and when I got there I did have to fill out a current assessment, which apparently is what they do with each visit (good idea). I was matched up with Dr. Greg Baumler who spent a lot of time with me and we had a good rapport even before I got on the table. He quickly diagnosed that I had one side probably 3 inches higher than the other, so he was able to adjust that and get me back in balance. I was able to work out over the next week, feeling much better and without pain. I had a 2nd visit, which was more maintanence then anything but gave me even more confidence. Sadly I got sick, so didn't want to go back to the clinic until I was certain I was negative. When I visit the area, I will definitely see Dr.Baumler if I need care. I highly recommend this place. It's conveniently located and they apparently have 6 therapists on staff.

The place is located on the bottom floor of a commercial space. There are three massage rooms available, two which look to just house one bed each and then one which was able to accommodate two beds for a couple's massage. The whole place was appointed very tastefully, with little touches to enhance relaxation. We filled out a form asking about any particular problems or areas of focus, and we were able to talk about our goals for the experience with the therapists before they started. After we were undressed and on the table, the therapists turned down the lights and there was some calming music played. Our massages were extremely professional and relaxing. I know that I prefer a lighter massage, and Katie was great at making sure that I wasn't experiencing any pain but was still getting the circulation and muscle manipulation benefits. My fiance prefers a deeper massage, and his therapist was able to get some knots out of his neck that have been tense for awhile. The therapists definitely took their time, and we felt like we got our full 60 minutes worth. We left feeling very pampered, and will definitely return in the future!

I had a terrible day and was hoping to treat myself that day. I called at 4pm hoping they'd have some openings. I wasn't holding my breath, but to my surprise they were able to get me in that afternoon at 530PM. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted and felt very welcomed. I was taken to the back to the massage room where I undressed. I laid face down and the masseuse walked in the room shortly after. I booked a 90 minute massage. My masseuse made sure I was comfortable the entire time. He used a mix of hot stones, oils, chopping techniques, etc. There wasn't a single part of my body that didnt feel good afterwards. The 90 minute massage was $98 and I gave a 20% tip. My masseuse provided me with a bottle of water after the massage as well. I'm extremely happy with the massage and they have a new regular customer!

I woke up sick and dizzy Saturday morning, the day of my massage. I immediately called massage envy and left a voice mail to cancel because of my illness. I called at 6am. I woke up later and see they charged $62.50 from my account. I called and the receptionist said it was Policy. How was I to know that I would be sick. And it was less than 24 hours that I made the appointment. I was not told the policy upon making the appointment. I will never go to them. I am yet to receive a call. Be careful when going to them .
