Just transferred over to this State Farm agent to have a closer agent's office I could walk in to and have face to face interactions. I had a couple conversations over the phone and one person told me I was allowed to come in any time without an appointment. So decided to go during lunch one day. I walked in and was immediately asked if I had an appointment. Explained to the man that I did not and was told I didn't need one but just wanted to go over my policy. He proceeded to tell one of the agents in the cubicle behind his desk. I listened to the agents complain about me while I sat to see one of them. Apparently it was annoying to them that I just walked in. Then one of the agents brought me in to an empty office and did go through my policy answering questions for me about a claim I had. She was very transparent and helpful. I spoke with the office manager over the phone the next day about my experience and apologized for the bad behavior which I was appreciative of. read more
