Olender's is on the USAA insurance short list of accepted specialists and, since they are only 3 miles from my house, I figured it was as good a place as any. USAA may be onto something. I was lucky enough that I could still drive the car, so my down town was minimal. Once the parts were in, I dropped off the car and, after an estimated 11 business days of work, I got the call 8 business days in that it was ready. Like a new car. Mom's been happy with their work for years, and now I'm happy with it as well. I had to recently have some work done to my father-in-law's car and it took a little bit of time to get the first appointment in (just under 2 weeks) so that wasn't an issue. We had questions about replacing the coils, should we replace all 8, should we test and only replace the bad ones, could I buy the parts somewhere else if I found them cheaper. They answered every question and talked through the options with me. In the end, we did all the spark plugs and they tested the coils and replaced the single bad one they found. We made another appointment and brought the car back to have the passenger window repaired a few weeks later. We'll definitely continue to bring work here. After a ridiculous amount of a wait, Brenda, in the office called the tow company that we were waiting for, and "shook them up". Within 20 minutes the tow showed up.
