Bob (the estimator from Olenders) is a real pro. Not only was he super knowledgeable but he was able to explain the work needed and he provided a quick and reasonable turnaround time. It would've totaled the car if it hadn't been so new). They did decent work on my bumper after a minor hit. Well I was just recently hit in the same area and the tire dented in very easily. I took it to another body shop that the tower knew (my father in law knew the tower and trusted him). Without knowing anyone in this new shop, the owner called to tell me that the previous work was very mediocre and just put together off. Stuff was welded in slightly off locations, and so technically the very back of the car isn't straight. Though everything that was off was internal, so you'd never know. The new body shop is going to make it better, but obviously can't make it perfect. It greatly disappointed me that they did this. If you have a minor damage, this place is fine. But I'll never trust them with major work again.

Being very curvy with a tri coat paint, I didn't have much faith but when I picked up my vehicle today, there was no evidence of the damage. None. I'm a type A individual with strong attention to detail but I cannot locate the repair and I'm glad for it! It looks like a brand new door. Best money I've spent since I bought the car. I needed my rear bumper replaced after a another driver hit my car. I brought it to Olenders…read morebecause some people highly recommended them. The work was completed on my bumper and it looked okay. When I got home. I walked around my car and checked everything out. That is when I noticed there was paint residue on my new back tires and the lip of my rear alloy rim was bent. I know it was damaged by someone at Olenders because I had just checked my tire pressure the day before, and my rim was fine. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Olenders. You could bring your vehicle in to have one thing fixed, and end up leaving with something else damaged. Now I have to pay extra to have my alloy rim fixed or replaced.
