We have been coming to this shop exclusively for a couple of years now…read more They have always been fair and honest with their repairs and recomendations. We have had work done on all of our family cars here. Air conditioner repairs, brakes, oil changes, radiator, purchased tires, and most recently had a flat repaired. We appreciated them letting us know it was a small leak and not advising us that we needed a whole new tire. My daughters radiator repair was minimal too, when the other shop she went to recommended major repairs. We trust and value having this location in our community. When you find an honest, courteous, full service repair shop , stick with them.

I brought my C300 in for service, upon picking the vehicle up I noticed the right, front passenger side wheel and tire was not in the same condition as when I dropped it off. After several attempts to have the wheel and tire repaired due to their negligence during the after service test drive (that we didn't opt for or was told it would be driven), unfortunately Trevor refused to make this right. Additionally, I asked to see the before pictures and video that was mentioned on the phone, but was told there wasn't any. Any time a car goes in for service, a detailed report is completed by the technician, but I was told they do not do this. That's a bit concerning to me. Needless to say, be careful getting your car serviced here.

I have my oil change done, tune up, wheel alignment, rotation, and brakes. I also had a problem with my car overheating and the mechanic on duty (which of course is ASE certified) found the issue and explained it to me. He completed the repair and no more issues with my vehicle!!! I needed tires and here is where I came to get them! Very honest person and will tell you exactly what you need and will not give you the run around. Very good prices for the type of work that you need. The mechanic on duty is ASE certified and that tells you a lot. Give them a call or come by. Open 6 days a week.

I went Sunday 1/26/2025 to get a plug in my tire because I had a nail. Fast fwd i took the same tire back to A separate tire shop 1/27/2025 and upon observation was immediately asked Who put the plug in the tire. One they inspected the tire they advised there were 2 plugs used previously and whoever put the plug in actually stripped the belt causing the tire to be flat and unrepairable !And the the leakage detection is actually coming from the plug. As a result I just had to buy a replacement tire . If you can not do simple plugs on a tire and at the same time lack the decency to inform the customer who paid you in full , when you ruined something You do NOT need to be in business. Unacceptable. I absolutely will be informing everyone I know in the Riverview/gibsonton/Apollo beach area to avoid this shop at all cost.

I made the appointment and recieved 2 emails no later than 10 min after. The first email was saying that the store needs to confirm the appointment and the second email was stating that the store confirmed it. The next day, I drove my car to the shop and walked in to give them my key. I told the sales rep in the front my appointment time and where my car was parked and she then asked me what type of car I drove and confirmed the tire size. I had no issues signing in and then went next door to eat lunch and do some work while I waited. I get a call an hour and 20 min later from the sales rep stating that I needed to come get my car because they had no tires availiable in my size... I asked her how that was possible when the website stated that they had 3 different types availiable and she responddd with "ya, sometimes the website says that we do have them. But we really don't." I asked when they would and she said she can get some ordered to be delivered Sunday and that I can just "drop my car off anytime on Sunday". I told her I wanted to make an appointment so I don't get turned away and had her put me down for 2pm on Sunday and told her I would be there soon. When I got back to the shop, she was in the Bay Area unloading tires and they had some mechanics up front. I told them my name and car type and they were unable to locate my key. One of the mechanics went to the Bay Area to ask the sales rep and you could tell by her demeanor that she clearly did not know nor cared to help them find it (they asked her twice). They finally located my key and one of the reps tried to ring me up. I told him nothing was done on my car so I would not pay. Come Sunday and I dropped off my car once again. When I walked in, I told the sales rep (a different woman) my name and appt time. Upon first look, she stated that she could not find my reservation and asked if I was at the wrong store. I told her what happened Friday and she eventually found my reservation. I confirmed that they did have the tires and left with my husband. When I was called back to pick up my car I paid and went home. When I arrived home, I looked at my receipt and noticed that the tire price was not what was advertised online (online: $99, I paid: $109). I realize this was my fault and decided it was not worth dealing with. I will say is that I will never go to this store again. The staff is unorganized and does not take the time to update the site nor confirm that the tires are availiable before confirming the appointment. Even if they do not have the bandwidth tho do that, they could have confirmed upon my arrival and it would have not been an issue. Instead it took them over an hour to realize it. There is also 2 other stores very close that they could have gone to retrieve the tires if they were availiable since the appointment was already confirmed. Many of us do not have the time nor luxury of taking a day off to play these games. The staff had 2 chances to notice that they did not have tired in stock. I was lucky enough that I was able to telework for the day since I had no appointments. I would advise the store owners and managers to better inventory their stock to avoid things like this in the future.
