DO NOT BUY HERE. This place is exactly what you picture a used car dealership is. The man behind the counter will sell you a story about how the car was a family car and nothing is wrong with it. Well, Carfax says differently(Auction). They say they will give you a Carfax report. The owner will "misplace them and call with them along with repair records". Which never happened. The car broke down the next day. Having to be towed back. They did a "goodwill service" which fixed the issue for a moment. Then, once test driving the car to hand the car back, there was a loud clunking sound. The owner stated he couldn't hear. Turns out the after pulling away and having someone chase me down, the tires were completely bald to point of creating sparks on the ground. The car I purchased was a nice nightmare. I paid of my loan as soon as I could and sold the car for parts essentially. Owner lies to get business. And, the other man working there is not someone you want to send your wife in alone to deal with. He makes a lot of odd comments. Since day one it has lit up like a christmas tree, or a vehicular crack-car overdosing, or Nasa control screen for a rocket launch.. Oh, it's bad. Since day one. You've known. That is not ok. I'm very disappointed in you. I didn't want to come to your lot anyway, i believe in @Withnelldodge in Salem. I know them for honesty and cars that have REALLY been checked and are in great condition. I believe in them. You tried to do some things right, like take care of minor engine issues that we were not even yet aware of-diversions. You would have a list on here, but I'm too tired to type them all. I will, another day. Don't worry, I'll tag you again, many ways to do so.. Maybe i will, maybe i won't. Maybe you would have honored your words, but you didn't. What a mess. You know like the radiator leak you fixed instead of the O2 sensors & THAT LIST OF MECHANICAL PROBLEMS (+++). I came to you with a print out of issues from auto Zone and O'Reillys auto parts..actually, a few too many times in distress. Like the gasket you suddenly knew about leaking oil after we kept telling you I had to keep filling it as it kept emptying in several leaks daily. You knew too, much more than a gasket leak.. Many many problems you knew about, much bigger ones. Yet you kept diverting and pushing off, "parts" on hold, not received until the time was up to return the car.. With the hope / confidence that you would follow thru with the words from your mouth. We have spent hundreds on it, actually easily thousands. Now the engine (remember- with the illegal blue smoke exhaust) that is from many many issues that you knew/know about. Its been like surprise every day to see what it might do today! Oh. Yay. All these problems, somehow you skipped reporting all this knowledge and more to carfax. My husband just wanted to get me a reliable car, he knew i loved it, it made him feel great doing that for his family, you took that from him. The security that he wanted for me and the kids to be safe. You took that from him. You took it from all of us. You took our security in an important family vehicle and alot of money. Bought a vehicle through these guys have had issues getting it ready to do what we needed to do, haul a large 5th wheel exactly what we were looking for and told this truck would do the job. Wiring problems, air shock problems Etc tried to talk to the dealership ended up getting hung up on and told it was my problem they are not a charity. Rude, mean, very unprofessional! read more

The staff were all super chill and answered any questions I had about the vehicles. After looking into the one I wanted, they provided the complete car fax history as well as any work they did to the vehicle before trying to sell it. My mechanic says every car he looks at for people before they buy from them, he finds something wrong with them, and the people pass on buying from them. Not even a month after having the car, already had to put money into it. I am pretty sure they make up stories on where cars come from. Mine came from an auction, not from some lady looking to trade for a family car. They buy cars from auctions that real dealers avoid (due to issues with them), then sell them at a huge profit. Their "mechanics" look at them before they sell them, but I am pretty sure they are trained on the job, and have no formal training, otherwise they would of known that my car had a cracked radiator, and needed some tlc. I called the dealership and I was treated like crap because I called them out on it. The owners son said anytime you buy a used car, you have to put money into it, and his parents put $3000 into their used car after they bought it. No pity or care because I had the car and they had the money. It wasn't even 30 days after I bought it before I started to have problems. They said they would call me back multiple times, and never did. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely spread the word. Don't be fooled. Always have a real mechanic look at a car before you purchase it. Lesson learned. Oh, and the picture they took of me and the car I brought they took down off their Facebook as soon as I started to complain to them. I am already telling people to avoid that place. They will try to disguise major issues with vehicles on their lot, and still ask full price. The 2005 GMC Sierra they have listed for $11000 as of 6/22/19 has a blown head gasket. Their asking price would be fair if the vehicle was in like-new condition, but it's far from that. Typical shady car lot, best to avoid read more

I had stopped in to look at used cars on 11/1/16. I was quickly approached and right away said I didn't have a complete down payment until 11/3/16. I had looked at a 2000 Jeep and a 2006 Honda SUV. I did not drive either. I was asked how much of a down payment I would be able to provide, and I said 1800. total, I had only 1000. now, the other 800. on the 3rd. I was called the same afternoon and said to come back, that financing was available. I went back on 11/2/16 and the paperwork was already filled out for the Honda 2006 SUV, and I was pressured into buying. it, which I caved and did. I was told to lie to the financing agent and say that I had paid the full 1800. down payment. Much to my embarrassment, I did. I drove the Honda away the afternoon of 11/2/16. It needed jumped every time I shut it off, I bought a new battery and it still needed jumped to start. Then it would not start even with jumper cables. I then had to get a new starter. I was not able to get it on the road until the 2nd week of Jan, 2017. I went in to get the new license plates and requested an owners manual, which did not come with the car. I was told their office did not have internet. If you do not have a strong will, or do not know a whole lot about cars, do not go here! Hard sell, told to lie, I will never go here again!
