After switching out the gas cap, the light still didn't go off. We scheduled an appointment with them and they were kind and quick to get us in. My husband dropped off my car at 2:00pm on a Friday and the place was packed! That's always a good sign as others are using them, too. They were prompt in getting us in, communicating with us, and fixing the issue. In addition, they didn't even charge us because it was simply just resetting the light. They charged over $427 just to top off refrigerant... No diagnostics, no filter, no real explanation. When we followed up, they admitted the filter wasn't replaced and refused to offer any resolution, at bare minimum change the $20 filter for us considering the steep price they charged. They've always pushed upsells, but this felt careless and dismissive. We won't be returning, and I'd suggest others take their business somewhere that values customer service & respects their time and money.

When I explained my frustrations to Tilly, he literally spoke over me and responded with, "Lady just pay the bill and get out of my store. I don't want to hear your mouth anymore". If you think I am lying, PULL UP THE CAMERAS. He then stood there, not processing my payment. And when I told him I was needing to leave he threatened to call the police on me for walking out on a payment THAT HE WAS NOT PROCESSING. Then he literally just walked away, into the bays. It was the other Manager, Tony, that was the ONLY great thing about my experience. TONY deserves a raise, as he was what good customer service is all about. Refusal to honor battery warranty…read more I brought my car in multiple times to have the battery tested, and each time I was told it was "good." Yet within less than three years, I needed jumpstarts more than once--clearly the battery wasn't fine. I even had the car checked by both a dealership and a private mechanic, and they all pointed to the battery. Before coming in, I called and spoke with the manager, but once I got there, they still refused to honor the warranty. Very disappointing--no accountability, no consistency. I wouldn't trust this location for accurate diagnostics or reliable customer service.

They do not offer free tire alignment checks nor do they show all the inspection that Aaron, a front desk worker, said that appointments don't guarantee that your car will be taken in at that time. It just means "the next available slot". Whatever that means? Terrible experience. Go down the road to Tires Plus. There were multiple customers in line here too and some were complaining as well. Not a good impression was made.
