After waiting an hour in line in my car - there is no lobby or seating at all I had to use the bathroom and they jokingly said "$5" but it really didn't seem like a joke. Had I said yes they acually would ahve taken money from me. It was more forceful and honey pissed me off. We jsut moved and in our previous state that kind of thing is illigal. I'm not sure if it is in FL but it should be. The bathroom was however filthy once I did get in. Then they were all a little too comfortable with me (single white petite female) for my personal taste. (lots of mama, pretty girl, etc) there was a long line of cars on both booths so I know I was in fact safe but I do not like that kind of thing. Lastly, after supplying my own oil and filter it cost me $62...I have never paid that in my life. Apparently there is a permanent coupon on line for $25 but I was in a rush and had never been here so I didn;t know. So no I won't be back and neither should you

After switching out the gas cap, the light still didn't go off. We scheduled an appointment with them and they were kind and quick to get us in. My husband dropped off my car at 2:00pm on a Friday and the place was packed! That's always a good sign as others are using them, too. They were prompt in getting us in, communicating with us, and fixing the issue. In addition, they didn't even charge us because it was simply just resetting the light. The sales man continued to loudly tell other employees to "hold off on the oil, he can't afford it!". I had no issue paying the price but he lied in an attempt to get me to switch over. a quick search on google proved otherwise and they were able to magically use Conventional and even conveniently found a coupon to take $15 off. Horrible business practices, I will never be back or recommend Valvoline to anyone.

They charged over $427 just to top off refrigerant... No diagnostics, no filter, no real explanation. When we followed up, they admitted the filter wasn't replaced and refused to offer any resolution, at bare minimum change the $20 filter for us considering the steep price they charged. They've always pushed upsells, but this felt careless and dismissive. We won't be returning, and I'd suggest others take their business somewhere that values customer service & respects their time and money.

Yet within less than three years, I needed jumpstarts more than once--clearly the battery wasn't fine. I even had the car checked by both a dealership and a private mechanic, and they all pointed to the battery. Before coming in, I called and spoke with the manager, but once I got there, they still refused to honor the warranty. Very disappointing--no accountability, no consistency.
