While in Las Vegas, I stumbled upon the boutique while shopping at Louis Vuitton nearby. The Crystal Center Mall hosts more high end designer stores on its multi-level facility. Keshawn was a joy to work with. Not pushy at all and also alerted me that the annual sale was ongoing. Say less fam, let me do some damage. I kept an open mind about what I wanted but insisted my pinky toe had to be happy. For the price point of these shoes, make sure you have a proper fit! Since they had just relocated to this location, there was no champagne, or other refreshments available. Keshawn better remember to send me my samples! He made sure to time my purchase for delivery to arrive while I would be home. There was no additional fee for shipping and it was very efficient. I had a tracking number to remain aware of the status. This was a bonus so I didn't have to fly with additional bags and boxes. Plenty to gush at, but I kept it to two pair. I do recommend prior to making a purchase, to set up your online profile so that your purchases show up there. This helps customer service should you need any assistance. Room for growth, but understand that they were still getting situated in their new location. Very positive experience. This location had mens and women's shoes and fragrances. I can't recall if they had the handbags available but you can order items online and pick up in store. read more

This location is so tiny with very limited inventory. I find the styles to be very basic. I don't see many special edition pieces here. I've gotten shoes here years ago and they had size 5s. This time they didn't have anything in size 5 at all! Our sales woman says they just don't carry small sizes anymore. Cause they are too small and nobody would buy them! Louboutin shoes run even smaller so size 5 is really just 4 and half. I mostly only get shoes from Louboutin and Jimmy choo now cause they are the best fit and most comfortable for my feet. At least hubby got a new pair and they polished them for him. He wore them on our evening out that same day! Lucky him! I will just get my Louboutins at department stores. So excited crystals opened up a Christian Louboutin Store! The city center is hot right now and is the area where we usually stay, gamble, eat or hang out at, which makes the location sweet for some late night shopping. We were blowing our money at the tables so we decided to make better investments and go shopping. We were at the Aria and had 20 min left before closing. We rushed over and made it in time to go to Christian Louboutin. With red cheeks from a few drinks I went from shelf to shelf to decide what red bottoms I wanted. The SA's were sweet and gave me lots of good suggestions. I decided on So Kate in black suede which they brought out in all 3 different leathers, kid and patent as well and was also recommended to try on the Pigalle Folies Degrade, in 120 of course. The Pigalle Degrade is gorgeous and is a patent ombré from red to black. I was really excited about the great customer service and my new red bottoms. The SA Thalia and I switched numbers and I will be happy to shop with her every time I come into Vegas! She was very sweet and helpful. The minus star is for their selection not the service. Why does it seem like the retail stores carry more options? Wish they had more choices to choose from in store rather then always having to order. So this time I had my eye set on something along the lines of Pigalle Follies. They had them in stock, now for the size. I asked if they had it in a specific size (euro) and to confirm I was matching it up with my US size she asked my regular size. She brought out the exact size and the fit was on point while the shoe looked perfect. She offered to bring half a size larger to see if that would be more comfortable, but I could tell immediately they'd end up slipping off due to small gap in the back. Dressed to the T, I had one of my pair of reds on already (My Claire de lune's to be exact)... my husband was wearing a rather expensive pair of Jordan's & I had all my diamonds on. We live in Miami, my husband got me a very nice Iriza pair for Christmas and while at the Design District Shop a fellow French Customer asked if I could try the pair he wanted to get to this wife and our advice on it. We ended up calling Design District store to get also that pair the day after Christmas but they were out. The girl who answered the phone in Miami gave me the Vegas Crystal shop number who had one pair left.
