I bought pair of heels from their shop then I wore them only one time inside a restaurant then I was shocked that the red sole faded from 1st usage which was gentle, then when I googled it , it appears it's a common issue then I called the customer service who wasn't speaking English well with a difficult accent to understand, was cheeky , rude and said it's known thing about Christian Louboutin that the red soles start to fade from 1st time and faded completely after the 3rd or 4th time you wore them and the staff should tell me this when I bought them , for the rest you of my questions , she was unable to answer them as she claims she doesn't know (when I asked her if there is a branch for them to repair this in Scotland or about the red soles company as an alternative solution for this) I won't advice you to buy from them , you are buying from something meant to fade anyway read more

Unlike other associates I came across while shopping this day, she was pleasant and didn't try to pressure me into getting shoes I didn't like just to get commission. She was super sweet and friendly and made my experience PERFECT. She was patient with me and listened to what I wanted and made fitted recommendations. After explaining what I was looking for, she went to the back and brought out a few boxes. It took me all of 5 minutes to find the pair I wanted due to her guidance. Really patient staff and very nice service is provided every time you go there. Sometimes you can enjoy some lucrative sales, the staff never has the dates to help you try different sizes even when you're not sure. They're very patient about your decisioning and never rush you. This first time visit was nothing short of the freaking Catalina Wine Mixer ( Step brothers movie). From the door the energy I was greeted with was everything! All we needed was an actual red carpet to be real enough like the invisible one I felt was there. I was just going in to check things out, you know window shop. Because I came to the mall to pick up the Yellow Hot Chick from Nordstrom. Nevertheless, the energy was so great between, Rennar, Janeen, Manny and myself that we had an amazing conversation! From learning about size, fit, color scheme, and other luxury stores that sells Louboutins. All we needed was some brunch and mimosas! But honestly I'm saying it without saying it! Came here to look for a specific shoe for my boyfriend for our upcoming baby shower. Out of a good 4-5 employees NO ONE greeted us. We went straight to the men's section so you could tell we were looking for something and spent a good 5-10 min waiting for assistance. Still no one even spoke. It was pretty upsetting. First, let me start by saying if I could give it 10 stars I would. I have been to many Christian Louboutin boutiques in NYC but this one, by far, is my favorite!! The professionalism of the staff is outstanding. The hospitality that I am greeted with when I arrive is like nothing that I've ever seen. I truly feel like a queen each and every time I go there. Being an extremely seasoned shopper, if I say so myself, I know the difference between great quality service and a staff just there to make a commission. Clearly NOT the case here. Absolutely horrible store and company. They gave me damaged shoes, then used ones when I tried to exchange the first pair. Trying to return the second pair for weeks. Have to follow up dozens of times... i've spent hours and hours following up. Had fill out paperwork, trip back to the store, multiple UPS facilities for one that accepts their returns.. and still no refund. Although everyone working is nice and courteous the service is beyond Atrocious. read more

I went there to look for a specific pair I saw online and wanted to purchase them in store. The security guard at the door was very sweet and greeted us on the way in and got the door for us on the way out. The person that assisted me was okay and this other associate kept jumping in and trying to assist as well. They didn't have the specific shoes I wanted and kept insisting that they don't exist but I knew it was available online. I wasn't going to argue with them because it wasn't worth it and I assumed they don't get commission so the sale wasn't important to them otherwise they would've been more helpful and offered to look online or order them for me. Very strange attitude and them insisting three separate times that this shoe wasn't available made the whole experience off-putting. I ended up purchasing the shoes I wanted after I left online and won't go back to this location for future purchases. read more

A truly great experience all around. It started a few months ago when my wife fell in love with the Corneille pumps in black. Janeen took care of us and made sure my wife was extremely happy with her purchase. Janeen is also amazingly knowledgeable of the entire Christian Louboutin line. She made sure my wife had the perfect fit and was completely satisfied with the way the pumps looked on her. Just because a shoe looks good on the shelf it doesn't necessarily mean it will look good on the person. This is why Janeen suggested my wife try on other styles just in case. So ultimately my wife got her Corneille pumps. Fast forward a few months later. Now that my wife has the black Corneille pumps it seems nude is a must have also. So back to the store I go for her upcoming birthday gift. Janeen again made sure the purchase was another complete success! Honestly,,, From the second you are greeted at the door to the final purchase the entire staff is super friendly and helpful. Every single associate in this store made eye contact with my wife, me, even our son and said hello with a smile even though I was being taken care of by another associate. I completely enjoyed my experience with this location, as it overly exceeded my expectations for a high end retail shop ; especially on a Wednesday afternoon. (I was a bit skeptical as it was my first time in the brand shop.) The personable staff greeted me like i was a long lost family member and made each moment worth it. I was stolen away by the expertise shoe fitting from Duncan paired with Peagan's sense of women's style. There was also a male guard there who tastefully secured the premises and was friendly during my time spent. Unfortunately, I didn't purchase this time time around but I truly valued that the staff didn't make me feel pressured nor was security hovering over me.
