I ordered a pizza for delivery to evergreen campsites. I called to make sure they delivered to the campsite. I was told yes on the phone. The driver sat at the gate and turned around. In the past the food and service has been great. But I ordered delivery tonight and I was given a salad instead of the lasagna I ordered. I called the store and they said the driver made a mistake and that he would be bringing my correct order back to me and exchanging it for the incorrect order I received. I came here while visiting some friends, and was very pleasantly surprised! My friend had actually ordered a pizza to go from work, but we called shortly thereafter passing through town and wanting to go to dinner. Staff took our friend's pizza and changed it from to-go to dine-in. Our service was great and everyone at the restaurant was super nice. The place was very spacious and had some really neat decorations. I shared a veggie pizza with the third friend, and it was delicious. A pretty standard beer selection, but we all found something to drink. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping here for some pizza! They do have other Italian food options... but pizza is my favorite! read more

In these times of restaurants consistently looking for help, it was crazy good to walk in and see multiple servers and a ton of cooks. We each ordered a medium pizza a piece cuz who doesn't love left over pizza. We ordered the gourmet, marqarita and shrimp made to order. Delicious pizzas that come out fast and hot. Delivery driver left order outside the door in the middle of winter. No knock, no doorbell, and no phone call. When I called the restaurant I was told to look outside- really? Sure enough it was sitting there in the freezing cold! Never again Christianos - totally unacceptable! read more

So.... The cheesy bread sticks, weren't very cheesy and the bread chewy. Tasted ok, but missed somehow. The thin crust pizza was severely lacking in quantity. Seems like it should have been more. The place is LOUD. Echos everywhere and with radio and telephone on LOUD. Plus patrons with noisy kids. On top of that, the pizza " chef" fount it funny to drop something very heavy and loud, probably a wooden pallet. He and the other "servers " peaked around the corner to see if they got a rise out of anyone. VERY CHILDISH. The decor is nice buy to many hard surfaces to reflect sound. read more

My boyfriend literally told me the pizza was not very good here, I decided to get delivery anyways ( all the way to wild rose!) they didn't bring my drink I ordered with the pizza and honestly he was right, the pizza was awful. I have been a long time customer of Christianos. I usually get the same 2 things every time for myself for years. Today I ordered delivery. I gave specific instructions including what decor I have in my yard ( I am literally the only one with Halloween stuff out). I watched the driver pass by, then turn around and come back. Then as I was starting to eat I remembered that I had ordered a 2 liter of coke, double check my electronic receipt its on there so I call, he brings it back in a few minutes, thank you. I finish eating and open my salad, no dressing, Ok I have dressing at home no need to call. I always get the tomato basil pesto, today I think I had noodles in a water sauce with pesto in it. I have noticed their food has slowly been declining for years which is sad. There is no consistency between the cooks. Sometimes the pasta is drenched in oil, sometimes is so creamy I can't stir it. For an almost 35$ pasta delivered on the other side of town they really should be doing better. read more

We stopped in for a quick lunch and I as surprised to see they now have wine on the menu. My sister suggested splitting a pannini. We chose the chicken and artichoke. The sandwich arrived and it was huge! Do glad we decided to split it. We also each tried a cup of the daily soup, the roasted red pepper. The sandwich and the soup were both delicious and well made. We stopped in for lunch today since we were in Wautoma. I had never been in the restaurant and upon entry, you are met by the hostess. I noticed that even though the building is old, the interior was newer (it had that small town feel to it) and it was clean. We ordered a Italian sausage and a meatball sandwich to go. I was told the wait would be 15 minutes and it was just that. The reason for the 15 minute wait was because of other "to go" orders ahead of us. My wife had the meatball sandwich which she said was excellent and on a fantastic 3" x 6" very fresh Italian bread roll. It was a bit messy but in a very good way. I had the Italian sausage which was a 3" x 6" patty which fit nicely on the roll. There was a fair amount of Italian sauce, but it had no onions or cheese, which was disappointing as that would have really made the sandwich even more memorable. Even without those items, it was fantastic. I wish the clerk would have asked I wanted the extras as I would have said yes...definitely. We sat outside and could not happen but notice that Cristiano's had a lot of people coming and going. They also had 5 delivery vehicles in the parking lot, so they must really have a huge fan club. Good every time! And they deliver. We have dined in and ordered delivery multiple times. The food is consistently great and fast. Most of their pizzas come on a thin crust, except for a few of their specialty pizzas. A few of our favorite non-pizza menu items are the mozzarella bread and the chicken avocado salad (which comes with a large piece of garlic bread). Their dining room is family friendly. It offers beer and wine, I don't believe they have any hard alcohol. They also sell bags of Collectivo coffee by the register. Delivery is fast. They usually tell us 45-60 minutes and show up well before that. Some areas have a delivery charge, so just make sure to ask. Excruciating. That is the word to sum up my experience. I ordered carry out and they actually forgot about my pizza. Not the friendliest bunch of employees as I walked in I got a stare down by the kids behind the counter and I witnessed one messing with his head after taking his helmet off and not wash his hands. I had to look away because I didn't even want to know if he actually touched anything. In any event to sum it up the pizza took 15 minutes longer than I was quoted, they use canned mushrooms as they were waxy , pizza was burned on one side and soggy on the middle. This place was awesome! I'm from out of town but was here on business. Fresh handmade pasta, fresh herbs, and vegetables. You get so much food for your money and everything tastes amazing! Unfortunately the meatballs had pork in them so I ordered the Chicken Milano and it was divine! Servers were super nice and the food was prompt with enough left over for dinner. The service was awesome from the time we walked in the door, until we walked out (full and satisfied). They will do half and half with their specialty pizzas and the size and price are great. The only downside is that they do NOT have a changing table in the bathroom. read more

Best Pizza in Wisconsin! If you like thin crust pizza you'll like Christiano's a lot. Bill's in Stevens Point is okay, Faye's in Sheboygan is good, Edwardo's in La Crosse is better and about the same as Balisteris in Wauwatosa; Christiano's based on at least six different samples is the best. As an aside, since I'm reviewing pizza in Wisconsin, Slice of Chicago in Sparta is about like Faye's. All of these places are locally owned for those of you who prefer locally owned establishments. Although we've not yet tried it, I have it on pretty good authority that Il Ritrovo pizzeria in Sheboygan is excellent. Plan to give it a try next time we visit Sheboygan. read more
