    Flourless chocolate cake

I went here for a birthday party. This was my first experience with this restaurant. Staff was very nice, our waitress was amazing. We started our dinner with this amazing bread that was crusty on the outside and soft inside. They bring you butter and something like a garlic oil to dip your bread in. It's delicious. I got a alcoholic beverage, the pear-a-dise. It's was delicious and had a good amount of alcohol. There was a pear in the drink that tasted like it had been soaked in alcohol. It was delicious. For appetizers we got the calamari. Ive never had calamari that was fried. So it was good but the texture kind of threw me off. I def like it fried vs how it was prepared here. For the entree I got the scallops and risotto. It came with like a little vegetable medley on the side. I got three huge scallops that sat on top of the risotto. They were perfectly cooked. Risotto was was too had a good flavor. The veggies were tasty, the carrot was really good. Dessert was a flourless chocolate cake. It was a nice size piece. But enough to share after the meal. It was rich, soft and silky. It was delicious. Only reason I didn't give this restaurant 5 stars is because it did take a while to get our food. And I wasn't a fan of the calamari.

Best French restaurant in Macon. They use the best part of the crab for the Crab&Avocado Special- avocado really brings out all the flavor from the crab. The Surf & Turf is very good: the lobster is extremely well prepared and the beef is tender and tasty. The Profiterole (it's a desert, not heart medicine) is a must-have, with ice cream inside and delicious chocolate source on top. Mark (manager) is super friendly too. Wonderful dinning experience !

I attended a Christmas luncheon with about 50 Macon Realtors and the staff was excellent. I ordered the Steak and it was cooked just to perfection bursting with flavor and taste!

The food was good we ordered the seafood risotto which was the "today's special" and the lamb. For the appetizer we ordered the escargot which was also very delicious. For the dessert we got the key lime pie and the creme brûlée. Best part of the night. The ambiance was beautiful the service was good also however it did take long for all of our dishes to be served. Total experience was 2.5 hours from ordering drinks and getting our dessert and check. Make sure you are planning plenty of time when going there.

If you are looking for fine dinning at it's best in Macon Ga, you will regret not coming here. It's very pricey but worth the cost. The restaurant is elegant but very small. The waiter we had was wonderful and very friendly. I took the family here for my wife's birthday and they made it memorable. There isn't a kids menu here but they were able to make something for my 8year old daughter that she enjoyed. The food and service was extremely good. The free bread that they served was so good, I would come back just for it. This was our first time coming here but we will differently be back after I save some money lol.

It's a good spot for date night, or a special occasion, or just when you want a properly- and artfully-prepared crepe and coffee. Their new location in Dacula is a bit further from home for me, but it is worth the drive - and longer. They have an expanded menu featuring a variety of French classics. They still do offer galette and crepe menu items. This new location also features bar service, and their menu has a short list of specialty cocktails and TGG versions of standard mixes. Amuse Bouche: a fresh watermelon gazpacho (served in a shooter) with a tiny crispy wafer topped with Gruyère and apple preserve. Wild! I ordered the Boeuf Bourguignon. One of our party ordered the Sea Bass and another went light and ordered a selection of appetizers. They reported excellent preparation and flavors. Mine was extremely well prepared, rich and full flavored. The dishes were presented like works of art. It was the luck of the day that beams of setting sunlight shone through the curtains and illuminated our meals just as they were placed on the table. The spiraled lemon on the crab cake caught sun like a stained glass window. The beef arrangement on my side looked like a tiny forest, with tender boulders of mushrooms and meat, fallen trees of carrots, a little shrub of Swiss chard, and a sapling sprig of fresh rosemary. But for real - artistic musings aside, this was some damn good food. I thoroughly enjoyed the main course, and of course, I had to get a crepe for dessert. Tout de Chocolat was such a perfect finish, with freshly toasted almonds and warm buttery caramel to offset wave after wave of chocolate flavors. I always love the atmosphere they create. The owner was in the house and she is always such a delight to encounter. The Galloping Galette should be on your short list for great restaurant experiences in Gwinnett County.

Got in right away, might say something. Ordered a margarita and beer and put in knowing we wanted escargot and got our drinks. My was not drinkable with too much lime juice. The waitress took care of the drink and I ordered a tequila pineapple juice. Perfect. Shaken not stirred. The amouse bush was delicious and a great start. Waited a long time between courses IMHO. Did get the French onion soup which was actually very good. Just needed a pinch of salt Ordered the scallops and the duck special. Very rich but so flavorful and want you coming back for more. Unami bomb. The duck side was this unchcous polenta that ate more like a pudding. The finishing touch was the pear crepe with whipped cream, ice cream and chocolate sauce. We will be back and I want to see if we can them to a 5

We came in on a Saturday morning, no one was there. There wasn't anything crazy happening to excuse the long wait for our food. Food was is eh. Nothing out of the ordinary for me. I got the steak and eggs. It comes with some potatoes as well. On the menu, it says "NY Strip Steak" and our waiter even asked if that was okay. They ended up serving us Rib Roast and the waiter came out as they served it to us and said "oh my manager said they changed the cut"....those are two different types of meat/steak and it would have been nice to have the option to change my meal because really, the rib roast was not good at all. It had no flavor to it and it carried a lot of liquid to it that all the liquid fell to the bottom of the bowl and mushed up the potatoes. My sister got the chicken and waffles, and she said that the chicken was tough and seemed to be overcooked.

We arrived at 12:30 and were seated immediately. The restaurant was not busy but had a steady crowd. I'm not sure of the exact why, but our food arrived at 2:15 p.m. By that time, several diners who arrived after us had eaten and left. One of my friends mentioned her meal was lukewarm. We did speak with a manager, and the individual apologized and sought to make things right, which was much appreciated. I'd love to possibly give them another try--just not sure due to the first experience.
