Huge shoutout to Charlie, who went above and beyond helping us get the tree secured on top of our car. Super patient, cheerful, and genuinely nice. Highly recommend coming in the morning if you can. All of the staff were so attentive and ready to help us pick the perfect tree. The spot is so close to the door, you'd think an employee could easily keep that spot clear. But the entire parking lot has a problem with carts blocking parking spots, so the issue is more than just a veteran parking spot. We also checked out their flooring styles and compared to what we bought elsewhere. I can safely at that the ones I have at home are of much better quality.
