I called them up seeking advice or help and they basically said that these trees have been soaking in water since Thanksgiving so they won't be drinking much anymore. He was acting as if this was some specific circumstance and this is not what they do with their trees every year. I've never had a tree not drink water when we've brought it home. And Frosty's has always had their trees in water. In the end, they were no help at all and basically said I'm on my own. So purchase at your own peril.
